Chapter 86: The Six Academies II

[Viltania City]

Night came for Viltania city, a city which isn't monopolized by any surrounding territories, the only land in which everyone of all shapes and sizes among the land that they could go

As the night came, so is the day for the stall ended, as every Academy's representative needed to Meetup before the matchup for the following days, the kingdom soon held a party that will serve both as a welcoming event and the Meetup event for different Academy's representative

Dressed in his black tuxedo, Shun even dares to use the old tux he used back at Sephiria's birthday

Next to him were Goran who wore a tight blue tailcoat which showed his workout muscles which is enhanced by his clothes, Sonia who wore a lavishing purple open back one piece dress, and Rosalyn who wore a grand red fiery dress that has some unique features along with it that is quite beautiful and eye-catching

From the side Shun could even see the Ruby necklace that Sonia bought earlier turned into a purple jewel through transformation magic

Upon seeing it Sonia herself took notice of his gaze on it and gently but seducingly smiled back causing Shun to felt danger ringing all over his head

With that dress up of the four they soon entered the hall that was being held as the venue for the welcoming party for the six academies

"The representatives of Gritonnia Academy has arrived"

Upon announcing that to the people inside, the four of the soon entered the venue which was filled with not only the representatives but also the nobles who helped establish this event and the nobles who ordinarily lived here due to their own volition

Not only that on the platform one could see that the royalty was also there together with the King, Queen, 2nd Prince, and the princess

Since Cedric was still on an airship going to this place, it is only natural that they weren't here yet

On the screen beside them shun once again saw the list of participants

With that as a custom the four of them soon appeared before the royalties and payed their respect before heading to the sides

Soon after another batch of group came in

"The representatives of Orbium Academy has arrived"

Upon entrance all eyes was then set on them as the four representatives confidently head up to the royalties giving their greetings in succession

As Shun stared at them, Rosalyn however scooted over and poked Shun from the side

Upon noticing her naturally Shun's gaze would be on her, but the former immediately pointed her chin towards the person on the he back wearing a lavish black suite but held a sheathed Japanese sword on his waist

Upon seeing the sword Shun immediately recognized that certain person

"Akito Tomura, that's your guy right?" Asked Rosalyn who was one step ahead of him

"You... How did you..." Asked Shun in surprise

"I saw your reaction on the ship, no need to thank me, it's my job" said Rosalyn with a smile

"Your job? Is your job leading us into victory or observing the reactions from your teammates?" Asks Shun

"Both"

"....."

With that Shun soon turned his gaze back at the guy who he speculated that comes from another world as he saw him walked away

But just as the guy named Akito Tomura walked down, that particular guy soon stopped on his tracks and looked around the room until his gaze landed on Shun who already had his back turned on him

"Akito!!! Are you okay?"

"Huh? Yeah! It's nothing"

"Are you sure? It seemed like your looking for someone"

"It's nothing I thought someone was observing me, that's all" said Akito as he moved away and somehow slightly smiled

From his place Shun was sweating buckets as he instinctually tinted around and avoided Akito's gaze

"That was close... That guy... He's dangerous! Way dangerous" he said as he walked away

From the sit above King Hendrick oversaw the slight interaction between Shun and Akito together with his wife

"Haha! That shun boy got some good reflexes, he immediately noticed the danger" praised King Hendrick

"I agree, maybe that just shows how scary is this Akito guy right dear?" Said Queen Bolivia

"Yes! Yes!"

As for the prince and the princess they just looked over the two people mentioned by their parents with curiosity and expectations, since they knew that only interesting people could get the attention of both their parents

Back on his place as Shun scowled over their academies position, he soon saw Goran surrounded by both the grown nobles and some of their daughters seemingly wanted his connection through engagement

As for Sonia she was somehow being surrounded by guys who have lustful eyes on her by both the local and the other academies representatives

As for Rosalyn she could be seen talking to influential people in the room seemingly trying to get as much information as she could

As for himself he somehow felt at peace as he was freely eating his piece of almond cake which he haven't tasted in a while

Soon after as everyone that was I voted was in session of the hall with no late nor absentees, the king soon walked over the podium as he stood tall and starts the event

"Greetings everyone from all places within my territory, I am king Hendrick Gallahad the current ruler of our Kingdom here before you to Announce the start of our welcoming event for the participants for this year's Joint tournament"

With that announcement sound of applause could be heard all over the place which was instigated by the nobles

"Together with the nobles of these city and the help of financial of us the royalties, we expect to see something amazing and beneficial for our kingdom especially see the future figureheads of our very own territory in the future"

After that another round of applause

"With that if I may call the few academy principals of the respected academies please head on stage and say some few words coming from yours truly"

Upon hearing that the principal's soon was called and was given a chance to say some encouragement for their representatives

But among of all the principal's present, the most eye-catching was the principal of Ascalon Academy whom he gives his greetings and support with full authority much stricter than the king himself

Of course the representatives soon replied with outmost certainty that they would win and show dominance throughout the tournament

Unknown to Shun due to that both him and Akito set their targets towards Ascalon Academy representatives

After all of that chit chat they were now free to converse with each other which Included the royalties

From their seat the King talked with the principal's while the Queen goes towards the lady's of the nobles, as for the prince he seemingly went to the young masters group while the princess goes to people near her age and has some high status

Left all alone Shun then went to the sides and sits down on his seat with no one to talk to

The reason is simple though as everyone is talking with people with high statuses, he himself wasn't a heir nor a person with high status, but rather a commoner among the masses

Upon sitting Shun then boldly opened up his status window followed by other functions of the system as he enjoyed himself in browsing through his systems functions

Luckily only he could see it, as he can control it using only his sight cause if not he would look like a crazy person lifting his arms on the air

As he was busy however king Hendrick soon came over to him which surprised the nobles that were following him together with everyone in the room turning silent as they glanced towards his direction

At that time however he was in the section in his system in which he could see ten profiles of different people in his system including himself

Except for his profile, the other 9 were a mystery for him, when he tried to access it all his system would only say was

What's more he only found this out last night as he had more time to look over his system

But the good part was he would know the personality of the 9 hidden profiles using impersonation button that would make him impersonate their attitude for a minute or so

Using this he clearly knew the attitude of the first hidden profile in his system deep information room

The only thing he could say about this person profile from his attitude was arrogant, confident and mostly authoritive

As he clicked the impersonation, it was at that time that king Hendrick came over as he asked

"By chance you must be Shun Kurosaki! I've heard so much about you coming from Cedric, I'm glad I've met you" said King Hendrick respectfully as he expected a respective reply

But unknown to him his timing was really I'm a bad time as the impersonation button has been clicked

Sighing on his seat while slumping his head, Shun's demeanor suddenly changed as his aura turned cold from his suppressive authority which is even greater than the king

"Shun? Ah yes that was my name..." Said Shun as he glared at the King

Seeing that all nobles suddenly felt the chills crawl up their spine as some people looked surprised from the interaction

Soon shun stood up from his seat as he slightly bent forward and looked closely at the king of this Kingdom

"Your the King? Heh... Good thing your a goody two shoes ain't I'm right? Unlike the Emperor in where i came from, his just a freaking useless backstabbing idiotic little ruler" said Shun in disdain

Soon after he tapped his hands on the king's clothes as he said

"Looks fancy, it's must be nice to have your era of peace rather than war..."

At this attitude and performance infront of royalty

Everyone somehow was speechless at this sight

Soon shun headed beside the King and stood tall as he spreads his arms as he said

"All of you are humans right? Then that must mean this is a world with only humans no?... Looks like I'm wrong... Well anyway good thing none of you are a greedy assholes or else I could burn you all up with a snap of my fingers! Hehehehahahaha!!!"

"!!!"

"Well anyway my minute is up... All I could say is have a nice life you bunch of lowlifes" said shun in a bow

With that the minute was up as he returned back to normal, but as he did he clearly became flustered as he looked at the the shocked gazes coming from his teammates and even everyone in the room especially from the King who felt suppressed by that domeanering aura

Immediately after he turned towards the king's and did a dogeza as he deeply apologized from his previous attitude

Seeing that he wasn't himself for about a minute, the king somehow guessed that it was the hidden second personality of Shun that somehow slipped

After getting him up king Hendrick somehow patted him as he laughed and waved the worry of the crowd saying that it was all an act that was performed by him and Shun

Seeing all of them turning back to their usual ways made Shun greatly respect the King even more

Before they parted the king even said something to Shun

"Your hidden personality is quite something, I would've like to see that again, it's quite a unique feeling of someone greater than you hahahaha!"

As he said that Shun even wondered

'I don't even know the person who owns that personality, it's horrible!!! But the power is great... Yet it's not even one of the champions... Just who are the people that are in that 9 profiles?'

After having that cleared away, the king naturally left, which gives leeway for Goran, Sonia, and Rosalyn to approach him

"What the heck was that?" Asked Rosalyn

"Bro! That was sick... You always have that kind of personality?" Asked Goran as he placed his arms over him in a over friendly manner

"I didn't know you have a two faced personality too, how should I say... That other one who is arrogant is quite dashing" said Sonia

After hearing from that all Shun could say was

'What the hell...'

After that the four of them soon engaged in a bit of talking here and their until shun was left all over again

After that he took another look at the 9 profiles in his system and even wondered just how worse are the other 8 impersonation from the 8 remaining profiles he has yet touched

With a seat of his head he soon closed his system as he returned everything to normal and judged that he would soon found out about it as he leveled up

But just as he thought that his night couldn't even get any worse he soon found out that he was wrong

After all what came next to him was the very person that he's wary off

"Akito Tomura?"

"Shun Kurosaki"

"Fuck!"

Anyway I'm going back to updating by this upcoming week as I had all the time in my life for myself and doesn't have to worry about guests
