From the shadows emerged a figure of a lady.

Oh, it was the same dangerous lady which blew up my dormitory and because of her my already down image hit rock bottom but what is someone like the black death doing at a frontier village like this, was she chasing those girls or was she chasing me or the news of the fall of the invincible Fort Wayne reached the capital faster than I expected.

Either way, I can't fold now so I have to either scare her away or simply kill her.

???-" Why the hell are you're smiling you undead you are creeping me out."

Death Lord-" Oh I was just surprised it's not every day you see someone as famous as The Black Death."

???-" From your looks you appear to be the same undead that attacked the Academy."

Death Lord-" I was simply following your steps but unlike you I was successful."

???-" Being beaten by a boy makes you successful"

Death Lord -" Certainly I am not useless as a certain someone who fails an assassination which becomes the hot topic for gossip in the kingdom ."

I said so while clapping in mockery. her face crooks on seeing my clapping and now for the final nail in the coffin.

Death Lord-" More of a joker than an assassin".

A flying knife clad in purple flames was thrown towards me I stopped the incoming knife just an inch away from me with my finger and after giving out a smile I continued

Death Lord-" Weren't we talking what does this knife mean?"

???-" At least you have some skills."

Death Lord-" Not everyone can defeat the Head of the Royal Court Mages or now can they?"

???-" A martial artist always have an advantage at close range."

What makes them think that I am a Martial Artist?

Was it that kick I used at last?

or the fact I didn't use any weapons?

Either way, it is beneficial for me if they think it like that, I have to consider they continue to believe that I am a martial artist so that I have more cards to play later.

???-" Avenger?..... Whom do you want to avenge and against whom?"

Death Lord -" Why curious? or you will help me?"

???-" Oh I needed something to differentiate you."

She appears just in front of my face

Black death- " From all the people black death killed."

I immediately try to punch her but she vanishes

She then disappears and keeps appearing from one place to another like those ninjas that came in the cartoons, Oh I need to correct myself Anime hope I didn't offend anyone.

she then threw several of those purple flamed knives towards me but something at that speed could easily be dodged by me.

Using [Super Sonic] several time had increased my overall reaction speed.

Well how do you catch an enemy that keeps vanishing without any weapons

The answer is

Death Lord -" You blow the whole area but first

With my [illusion] skills I created many clones of myself they aren't much strong but they only have to serve as a distraction.

I moved and collected the three girls and hid them in the village.

on returning I found none of the clones had survived and she was simply sitting by folding her legs and waiting for me.

Death Lord -" That's not how a lady should sit."

Black death-"A gentleman should not leave a lady

Death Lord-"Oh then pardon my rudeness, I will be sure to keep you company now"

I sad so while making a slight now. She smiled at my action and said

Black Death-" Were you behind the fall of the Fortress."

Oh, so she came due to the fall of the fort and was not pursuing someone. well if it's like that then this must be also true

Death Lord-" From when did the Black death start doing escort missions?"

Black death-" Tch."

bullseye huh, looks like the blind arrow I shot was successful.

But killing her would be too wasteful and troublesome simply not worth the effort.

I didn't want to make enemies with the Assassin guild at least yet.

I was looking forward to the rematch but honestly having a friendly relation with them looks better in the wider picture.

I needed information and the assassin guild is famous for it.

She was getting impatient from the continuous silence and was moving her towards the handle of her knife.

Death Lord-"Why not make a deal?"

She stopped her hands

Black death-"A deal?"

Death Lord-" I won't interfere with you guys and even help, you guys just have to not interfere with me and give me information."

Black death -" What help can a mere undead possibly provide?"

a question instead of instant denial means she has already accepted the deal and now just want a better position

Death Lord -" The guild must have many targets and enemies right?"

Black death -" It has so what?"

Was this women just a battle junkie or is playing the fool?

Death Lord -" Those enemies must be keeping a tab on you guys right?"

Black death-" Of course they will what are you a fool guess undead are only good at fighting your brain must surely be regressed, HO HO HO"

She was liking like some rich lady while covering her mouth. I soo wanted to punch her face but I have to be patient.

Death Lord -" What would happen if someone makes your enemy vanish?"

Black death-" It would be good ,wouldn't it?"

It would be good and I want to punch myself for thinking you are capable of reading between the lines.

Death Lord-" I will deal that so you can quietly go back to escorting your fleeing duke, I will contact you later with. further details so go now before I lose my patience."

Black death-" Calm down, why are you getting so excited, I am going back. contact Rush bar in the capital and say Indigo to the bar master he will arrange our meeting."

I lost my cool there. Well let's wake up the three of them they must have rested enough.
