White new year.

It was another new year eve and once again the family huddled together. The older generation had slept with the youngest, only the youth were all up.

They were sat on the verandah circling the burned coal to warm their body.

"I miss this moment. We used to huddle in your granny house in new year eve" Mike laughed.

"Time passed" Nick pulled his wife to his embraced to make her warm.

"What the heck ! Angie has boyfriend" Sasha shouted but her eyes still glued on her phone. She just checked her social media and saw Angie posting of her and Liam picture.

"Let me see" Alice stood up and took Sasha phone.

"It's my brother ! since when they are together. why didn't he tell me ?" Alice was furious. She took her phone and called her brother.

"Hey, why don't you tell me you and Angie together ?" She roared as soon as Liam answered her call.

"Oh, I forgot" Liam chuckled.

"Congratulations by the way. are you with her now ?"

"Yup"

"Ok. enjoy your time" Alice ended her call as she heard mm sound, she knew what they were doing.

Liam left the company new year party as soon as he delivered his father speech then rushed to Angie side. Angie cancelled her plan to go back to her parents house and went to country T to spend new year together with her boyfriend.

"I remembered when Nick broke up with Nia, your mum tried to match you with Angie. But now she is with your brother in law" Hans grinned while winked at Nick

"But the one that she fancied was him" Nick pointed at Sean.

"Man, the one that fancied her was him" Sean pointed at Alan.

Alan chuckled "Ah, do you remember who stalk her back there ?"

Nick, Sean and Mike pointed at Hans.

"But he was the mastermind. I did a favour for him" Hans pointed at Mike.

"It was when we were young and had not met our true love" Mike grinned.

"Dito" The Male put their thumb up to Mike and laughed. While the female glared on their otherhalf.

"By the way, This is our wedding gift for you" Alice gave an envelope to Sasha.

"Awesome thank you" Sasha bowed.

"What is it ? ah.. Maldives. I love you" Hans tried to kiss Nick who was fast enough to avoid him "Only my wife is allowed to touch me".

"Not me" Sean warned Hans

"Don't you dare" Alan gave him deathly glared.

While Mike laughed at his silly brother.

"It's nearly midnight. Lets lit the fire crackers" Cacha was excited. She, Lana and Ed brought the various fire crackers and sparklers earlier then they put the fire crackers on the ground.

They made the final countdown " 10, 9, 8, ...,3,2 happy new year".

Hans, Ed, Lana, Josh, Cacha and Fred lit them one by one, it made the sky turned very bright.

After that they burned the sparkles.

Alice never played with sparkles before, she was reluctant to touch it but Nick was insisted. At first, She was scare but she had fun after her second stick. Cacha took a lot of pictures of her siblings and their partner, and she sent it to them.

Alice uploaded one of the picture to her social media with caption 'Happy new year world'.She did not have much friends on her social media but those were her closest friends. She hardly updated hers but that day, she was very keen to show her friends her mood.

Tara was the first one to respond 'Happy new year Dear'

Dora was the next one 'Happy new year sister Alice and Brother Nick', followed by

Angie 'Happy new year then

Liam 'Happy new year My sister and My brother in law also My cute little nephew'

They packed up soon as the snow started to fall and went to bed.

The next day, Alice woke up, opened the curtain and dumpstruck. Thick snow covered the earth, It was all white.

"Happy new year" Nick hugged her from behind.

"Happy new year Darling" She tilted her head and kissed his lips.

"Lets have breakfast rhen play with the snow. Last year, We missed snow fun due to your pregnancy. Austen is ready to touch his first snow" Nick grinned

While Alice got her self ready, Nick unlocked his phone and sent a text message 'Happy new year Father un kaw. We hope you well. If mother in law is with you, please pass her our new year greating'.

After Alice was ready, they went out to play in the show with the rest of the family. Nick asked Cacha to take a picture of him and his small family then he sent it to his father in law.

Alice also took her husband and her son picture then uploaded it to her social media 'I'll trade ever thing as long as I can be with them. Because they are my happiness. He is my everything, one and the only.'

Chairman NG was woken up just before lunch. He celebrated new year eve with his sworn brothers and their family as well as his ex wife and her family. But Liam was not there, he said he had to go somewhere. It was a fun night for him, it full of laughter and Joy but he wished his two children and his grandson were there with him.

He took his phone to wish them happy new year. He was glad that his son in law wished him hapoy new year first and he was sobbed when he saw the pictures. 'happy new year. thanks to make her smile happily".

He went down stairs and hugged his woman "Happy new year. Xixi, our son in law wishes you a happy new year. I am so glad our daughter choose the right person for her".

Madam Lin froze "Did he ?"

He nodded and show her the message. Madam Lin smiled when she read tye message "He is very good looking and gentleman. I am so ashame that I insulted him before".

"Me too. Xixi, I'll do my best so next year, we can spend our new year with them".

Chairman NG phone rang and it was few messages. They all came from Liam.

and the other two was screen shot of his sister social media status.

"I'll make sure you live well with them. I want you to be happy. I love you and I am sory My poor girl" He muttered as tears felt on his cheek. He was a tough and strong man but he shed his tears for her, he owed her too much.
