He Doesn't Like Her

As soon as Gizelle returned from her errand, she eagerly made her way to Ava's room to check if her young boss had returned yet.

To her surprise, Ava was in the room, standing by the window in deep thought. She didn't even hear Gizelle knock on the door.

Gizelle had to use her spare key to enter.

"Are you okay, Ava? You don't look well. Did something happen? Why are you giving me that strange look?" she asked, showing concern as she noticed Ava's peculiar expression.

As Ava remained silent, her gaze fixed on Gizelle, a sense of concern began to gnaw at Gizelle.

"I apologize for not being able to accompany you to class today, but I arranged for someone to keep an eye on you and ensure your safety," Gizelle explained, aiming to reassure Ava and alleviate any worries she might have about being unprotected.

When Ava heard Gizelle's shocking statement, she swiftly rushed over to her and enveloped her in a tight hug.
