The White Garden

Heed the dead, follow up the past, and the souls of the people would again grow great. But, what is courtesy to a man without love? Rules grants a responsibility upon the soul of a man, a purpose to live up to the expectations of his maker. A sinner would one be if one walks the wrong path, a sinner is a dead flower and a dead flower belongs to a black garden, a garden of emptiness and loneliness. Fated enmity was a pain to the protagonist’s ass. His kind had always been at war with the Vampires, creatures of the night that always vied for blood, a liquid tissue that soothed their throats and granted unto them, immortality. That was a trait his kind lacked, they were only considered as strong as their archenemies whenever they had an advantage in numbers. Fate had always proven to be a provider of an oddity. Amongst thousands of Werwolves, he was but the only odd one which might have been due to his origin. Envious was his kind of him for he possessed immortality but they could do nothing to him since he was their sire, an entity that had lived as long as the oldest Vampires. He had never participated in the war between the two races for he was a hater of battles and lover of peace. The peace ended when a mortal appeared in the plot. Loved was she by the resident of the white garden but hunted was she by the resident’s enemies. Her blood was proven to be useful to them but how could the protagonist let his hope be hurt by fate? The mortal was the only redemption he had left, for the sins he had committed. So, he yearned for a white garden, one filled with endless peace.

Redemption And Rebirth

(•Michael Morien•)

The White Garden was but my home, it was really a garden filled with countless beautiful flowers. A mansion stood rooted to the soil of the garden, it was within the heart of the garden. Several white suited figures roamed around the garden with their cautious gazes, those were but my loyal subordinates.

The White Garden was but the only Pack that all Packs submitted to. I was the Supreme Alpha, a title that naturally belonged to me. I went to my chambers and enjoyed my nap which lasted till the next day. Got up early just as soon as dawn arrived and had a nice bath, before walking towards my sparse audience room. I attended to some urgent matters before exiting my home, which was situated within a forest. It was a thing of Werewolves to strengthen their bonds with the forests.

I sat my butt within the passenger seat of my White Rolls Royce and driven was I by two subordinates of mine, two Alpha Werewolves. I loved touring the beautiful city, everyday. After hours of sightseeing, I caught sight of a policewoman exiting a restaurant. She must have eaten to her satisfaction, I guessed. A sudden urge to converse with her arose from the inner depths of my soul, I was not needed to be told that I had found my mate.

Mate? That word was a vital thing in the life of every Werewolf. A Werewolf that had no mate was considered an incomplete supernatural. I had tried searching for my mate, centuries ago, but I found none. I had naturally believed I would not find a mate, I thought that was heaven's way of punishing me for my past sins. I ordered the driver to stop and alighted from the car, with the intention of walking towards her.

I hesitated not and went on with a direct approach by standing before her for I had the urge to see how my mate really looked like. She was much beautiful than any lady I had ever seen in my lifetime, she had a waist length silvery hair and gorgeous emerald eyes. Her breasts were huge and I couldn't say much about her butt for I had not gotten a view of it but her hips were quite too enticing. She had a fair complexion and was as beautiful as the moon. She flinched at first on the sudden arrival of a stranger but she regained her calm demeanor after placing her right hand on her holster.

I walked towards her back to get a proper view and when I did, I finally knew she was the real deal, a perfect but sexy fairy. Her butt was quite perky, a thing I had always loved about ladies. I went back to my previous position, with my gaze directed towards her emerald eyeballs and spoke. `I clearly mean no harm, young lady.'

Her hand remained still with no intention of leaving the holster. I loved the cold expression that was plastered on her face, she was just too perfect to behold. I did wonder why my mate was a human, for it was something that was unheard of. `You mean no harm? So, why are you blocking my way, old gentleman?' She retorted, whilst smirking. Normally, if any female human had seen me, she naturally would have been dumbstruck by my otherworldly beauty but she seemed unaffected.

`You're beautiful so I had to alight from my car to tell you that but since my aim has been achieved, I have to leave. If fate permits, we'll see.' I walked back towards my car and a subordinate was already standing before the entry which he put open for me, respect was to be given to me since I was the great sire of all Werewolves. `Gabriel, tag along with her wherever she goes and report to me about the detail of her movements, every nightfall.' I instructed him before informing my other subordinate, Uriel, to drive me back to the White Garden.

I had three loyal subordinates that I personally raised up and all were turned by me. They were orphans, abandoned by the world. I gave names to them and personally saw to their training. They became Alpha Werewolves within few years. Amongst the trio, Gabriel was the fastest, Uriel was the Strongest, and Raphael was the smartest. I saw to it that Uriel drove me to wherever I wanted to visit and Gabriel was my reliable messenger, whilst Uriel remained the Regent Alpha, overseeing the affairs of the Pack, whenever I wasn't present.

With a nod of approval, Gabriel was gone. Uriel drove the car back to the White Garden. Tens of white suited figures, male and female alike all bowed whenever I walked past them. Raphael welcomed me when I did get to the audience room and seated beside my high throne was he, on a smaller throne. I dismissed everyone present within the audience room, except Raphael. He reported to me about some matters and I made quick decisions before heading back to one of my large bedrooms.

Nightfall swarmed into the world and Gabriel had already reported everything about my mate to me. Her name was Silvia Argent, she was a twenty three year old policewoman. She was quite a competent one at that and her rank was a bit higher than her peers. She was a Lieutenant and had garnered a lot of respect within the station. She was every male officer's crush within the station but she cared not about any of them. She resided at the fifteenth house of a street not far away from the station. She was working on a case which proved to be a tough nut to crack, a rape case.

A rapist sent his orchestrations to the world and had affected a lot of female victims. He has been at it for two months and he had not been apprehended. `What do you think about this, Gabriel?' I questioned him and he had no other choice but to provide a reply, even with his lowered head.

`A rape case shouldn't be too hard to crack. There are so many hidden factors affecting the solution to the problem she's facing. The rapist could likely have an informant within the station or he could even be a stray Supernatural. From the pictures I stole from the station, the victims had a nasty injury on their necks, something that could have only be caused by the fangs of Vampires or Werewolves. This should be considered a supernatural rape case and she might not even be able to solve it unless we butt in. M'lord, why are you so much interested in this human lady?' A smile appeared on my face after his whole talk.

`She's different, Gabriel. I would very much like to help her with the case. Your speculations were correct but you made a mistake. The rapist should be a supernatural and also a police officer. That brings us to this, a Vampire would naturally not be fit to be a police officer because of the weather factors.' I gave a reply, just as I gulped down the tea I had brewed in the kitchen before entering my bedroom.

`This is nothing but the orchestration of a rogue Werewolf. Why have concern towards a human, m'lord? If your enemies catch a whiff about this, she would be used against you.' I could see an expression of concern on my subordinate's face. `Amongst the trio, you're but the only person I trust. Inform no one about this, she is my mate.' Shocked was he just as I revealed the truth about the human to him.
