Her

The flutter of the hearts and the clothes. The shining of the smile and the spotlight. Every noise the pen makes were like a scratch to everyone's soul, making them melt. All pairs of eyes were focused on the five breathtaking men who were sitting on the stage.

With a dazed expression, the man on the furthest right reached out to grab the crown on his head and set it on the table.

This evoked a few disappointed sighs of "Oo~ wae?"

A flash of mischievousness quickly flashed on the man's eyes. With a smirk, he picked up the crown and put it back on his head. The fans who saw this reacted with an "Ah!" and another "Oh!" whenever he removed it. He did this a few times and even threatened the fans as he reaches out the hat behind him as if he was going to throw it away.

It was really funny.

Bae Jihyun who was watching at the corner covered up the laugh threatening to come out of her lips.

It was at that moment when a bulky man screamed in impatience "Taehyung-a!"

Kim Taehyung flinched. His lips opened and closed but no voice came out of his mouth. With a frantic manner, he set the crown back on his head and left it there. This cute reaction of his was just too overloading for anyone to handle. Some people even heard their own bias list getting wreck because of this man!

The laugh hovering on the woman's throat finally burst out, followed by the other fans' laughter on how adorable the man was.

Kim Taehyung pouted at this. He was vexed but he turned obedient like a puppy who got scolded by its owner. With puffed cheeks, the handsome man leaned back on his seat. He was glaring at this fanboy of his who screamed his name informally... until his ears twitch and seemed to pick up a familiar voice.

"Aa?" He raised his head to scan the crowd.

Kim Namjoon who was sitting beside him saw his strange actions. "What's up?"

Taehyung didn't answer. He couldn't stop himself from standing up to see the surroundings clearer which quickly attracted the fans attention. His head swiped left and right but couldn't find what—or who was he looking for.

Jeon Jungkook who also noticed him raised his eyebrows. "Hyung?"

"Hm?" The latter finally turned its head. He looked as shiny as before but as they were friends for the longest time now, Jungkook noticed the anxiousness the older man was hiding.

He seemed to be looking even… hopeful?

"Nothing." He mumbled.

"Must be my imagination." He quickly composed himself to flash his signature teeth as he raised his two fingers high to form a victory sign.

The fans laughed at his weird antics. They didn't think too much of his strange movements, after all, Kim Taehyung always seems to have a mind of his own. And thus, they didn't notice a small figure who already slid down from her chair to sit on the floor the second the man stood up.

Though most the fans didn't notice it, the people who were seated beside her did, especially her niece who was on her left.

"Jihyun-unnie, are you okay?" the little girl asked at Bae Jihyun in concern.

"Do you need the candies?"

"Aa?" The small figure let out a confused sound similar to Kim Taehyung. "Oh." She followed before clearing her throat and sitting back on her seat.

"I just dropped something."

'Then why did you hold your head like a turtle hiding from its shell, Unnie?' Lee Sora didn't believe her but she didn't ask any further. She didn't want to waste any second away from her five prince charmings after all.

When Bae Jihyun saw that the little girl turned her attention back to the five men, she heaved a sigh of relief. She went into deep thoughts as she began to fix her long hair that got messed up because of her abrupt actions.

There was a tremble in her heart as she thought 'Did he notice me?' but that would ridiculous. There were hundreds of fans attending the fansign event. How could the man pick up her voice from the countless of other voices?

It's not like she was special.

"Are you sure you're not coming, Unnie?"

Bae Jihyun nodded before petting her head. Her niece smiled in satisfaction as she grips the book she was told to hand to Kim Taehyung.

"Behave, okay?"

"O~kay!" The little Sora giggled. As she walks towards the stage, she couldn't help but skip her legs. Her adorable actions made the fans go "Aww~" while the men who were in the spotlight also had their hearts melt.

With the way every member of the BTS treated the little girl, all the fans couldn't help but bite into their fingers and mutter in frustration "I want to be a cute little girl too ah!"

What else can they do? From Park Jimin to even the supposedly cold-hearted Min Yoongi felt their Father instincts sprout even though they didn't even have any girlfriend in the first place. They couldn't stop themselves to spoil this little girl whose braids were swaying behind her like a beautiful vine.

"Hiiii~" Kim Taehyung smiled blossomed. "What's your name?"

"Lee-So-Ra!" The little girl answered respectfully with a giggle.

The man who saw her held his chest and squeezed as if he couldn't handle the cuteness. With his lips curved into his cheeks, he began to have a sweet conversation while he signed his little Army's album.

"Oppa."

'She called me Oppa!' Kim Taehyung eyes turned into a crescent moon.

"This is for you!"

The man looked down to see a small book. "For me?" He laughed. "Can I open it?"

"Yes—" Just as her word ended, little Sora froze like a block of ice before going into a panic. "Wait, no! Not yet, Oppa!"

"Aa-?" The fingers that were already hovering to open the cover stopped. He curiously smiled at his fan. "Not yet?" With a playful glint in his eyes, he repeatedly flapped the hardcover open and close to tease the little girl.

"No!" She screamed as she shut the book off with her small palm. "Unnie told me that you can only look at it after!"

"Unnie?" Taehyung repeated. A small face flashed before his eyes and strange enough, she seems to resemble the little fan that was before him.

His heart shook as he asked. "Are you talking about Bae—"

His voice was interrupted. His oldest brother, Seokjin was laughing madly while the fan in front of him was covering her face in embarrassment. If it was like usual, he would've playfully screamed at them for being noisy but Kim Taehyung couldn't find his tempo. He turned back to little Sora, cold sweat pouring out of his forehead.

"Do you know–"

"Oh?" The little girl raised her head towards the manager behind the man. "It's time already?" There was a disappointment on her face but it couldn't be helped, there was still a long line waiting behind her.

"Oppa! We'll see you next time!" Lee Sora waved her hand and without waiting for the man to react, stepped down the stage to run.

The words 'Wait!' got stuck on Kim Taehyung's throat. His grip on the book that was handed to him suddenly felt hot and sizzling but he didn't let go even if it burns him to ashes. The pair of dark eyes followed the small figure all the way as she walked towards a corner.

"Taehyung-oppa!" Another fan called and sat across his.

The man had no choice but to pull back his eyes and asked: "Hello, thanks for being here!" There was still a smile on his face but he didn't feel any joy but rather felt frantic. Either way, he was scolding himself for not giving his full attention to his Army but he could not stop the cries of his heart.

His eyes once again darted to where Lee Sora has run to. This time, she saw the little girl was already on her way to the exit. She seemed to be pouting as she crossed her arms in discontent. A woman who was walking beside her paused and squatted to her eye level to coax her. Kim Taehyung couldn't see her face clearly as it was far away and hidden by the crowd but he knows.

How could he not know?

After all, it was a face that he has been dreaming every single night. A face that he has been longing to see and kiss. A face that he has missed more than his heart could handle.

The beautiful face of his first love, Bae Jihyun.

Kim Taehyung suddenly covered his eyes with his palm to stop the mixed emotions showing on his face: sorrow, eagerness, anger, and longing. His enchanting lips pressed into a thin line before he discreetly wipes his emotions away. When he removed his palm, only determination was left in his shimmering eyes.

'I finally found you, Jihyun.

And this time, I won't let you go.'
