Chapter 32 Cheating Death

"Dammit, we got to do something before it is too late and I need to make sure that none of us die."

"Roki, we got to face him."

"Him?"

"Yes, he might be the face of death but this isn't a captain-level threat."

"What do you mean captain-level threat?"

"The Shinigami also have a ruler and that is the death king."

"The death king?"

"Yeah, but I tell you later but now. We better focus on the fight at hand."

"Are you two done talking to each other?"

"Yeah, whenever you are ready."

He dashed toward them and he had clashed with Roki and he had held his ground but he was going back to the castle wall.

"You not bad."

"Dammit, what the hell is this?"

Roki had never felt this power before and so he had to hold his ground and he must figure out something before they go on and attack him.

"What is your name?"

"My name is Roki what yours?"

"My name is the Third seat of the fourth squad, Goko Santo."

"What? Third seat."

"Yes, my strength is up with a second seat or a Lieutenant."

"A Lieutenant?"

"Yes, there are 12 squads among the nether realm of the Shinigami."

"I see. So you might give me a challenge."

While Roki and Goko were facing off. Benimaru was surprised by the girl that was in front of him and she had the same uniform on but she had a rose design on her left side of hers.

"Who are you?" She asks

"I am a Sorcerer."

"You can leave while we deal with him. You don't have to go down with him."

"Sorry but that isn't an option."

"Okay then. Suit yourself."

She had slash upward and she had connected with Benimaru's body.

"Dammit, what was that?"

"Oh, you don't know who I am? I am the third seat of the fifth squad, Rosen Hinata."

"Damn."

Benimaru had used his fire art.

Fire art: The Crisp of Cracking Ground.

The ground started to move up and there was fire coming out from the ground and they were a raging fire coming off the ground and it was surrounding Hinata.

"What is this?"

"My fire should surround her and grab her and then I will attack her."

"What the heck?"

"I got her."

"Haha, this is nothing."

She disposes of the flames with just a tap of her feet toward the ground and she taps again and then she had gotten to Benimaru and Benimaru kneel.

"Oh look at you. You are on the ground now. I will make sure that you be treated just right."

"Damn, how is it that she got me."

"Oh, are you thinking how I got you, well I not telling you anything?"

Benimaru tries to get up but he was shaking and his legs gave out and he had stayed down on the ground.

"Is she controlling the gravity?"

"You figure it out yet."

Benimaru was trying to get up but he soon starts to use his flames and it travels underneath the ground and he had put it in the next direction she was going and there he had blazed the surrounding area.

She was burning alive but she soon was not there and she was behind him.

"What?"

"You thought you could fool me."

She laughs and then kicks Benimaru.

Roki and Goko were fighting but they had been peaceful watching each other moves and they were making sure that they are testing each other skills.

"He just testing me. This might take some time to figure out. I not fully 100% after the fight against Raijin and Susanoo."

"You moving slow."

"I could say the same thing to you. What? Are you worry about your comrade?"

"I not."

"Why aren't you worry about her?"

"Because she not part of my squad and she isn't very much not my problem."

"You sure are a bad liar."

"I told you. I not worry."

He thrush in and Roki had moved toward the side and he had a smile at him.

"Are you alright?"

"Oh shut up."

"What? You the one that moving slow."

Roki had slash upward and then he pushes him back and Goko had blocked his first attack and hold his ground and he was hoping to make sure that nobody takes him back.

Goko was having some fun and he remembers that his life had been boring until he met with his captain.

"What is he doing?"

In Goko's eyes, he was looking at Roki as an opponent to be worth fighting and so he had got a little serious.

"Let go."

Goko had held his katana and he had called upon the soul of his katana.

"I call upon you the moon soul of twilight and dawn of darkness, Skylar shine."

His Katana had transformed into something else and it forms into a shorter sword and he then slashes downward across Roki's chest.

"What the heck?"

He felt the slash through his soul and he pauses and then he notices that there were no cuts.

"You must have noticed."

'Notice what?"

"You just have an image of your fate."

"My fate.."

"Yeah, and you will be slash if you keep going on toward this path."

"My fate is in my hands and I will make sure that I live and change the universe for the better."

"I telling you that you will die and if you don't then you will not go up in heaven. You will suffer in hell forever."

"If that happens then I will change hell."

"You change the history of angry and hate and then plus you might not live to see any of your friends."

"Yeah. If that happens then I will make sure my friends have good lives."

"You say that like you are not scared."

"I not scare but I don't feel like dying."

"I see."

"What about you?"

"I am what you call a soul reaper in your language but I will live for a long time but you will see the vast darkness when you die. If you don't believe then I will show you what waits for you in the future."

He had taken Roki toward the future and there Roki will see what darkness awaits him.

He sees that there was nothing but smoke and ash everywhere and there he would look around and ground on the ground and then he see that there a tree and then he sees his brother and Skai.

"Guys. Why are you here?"

He looks and he sees that it was the logo of the seven seas kingdom and he sees that there was nobody alive and so he look up and he cries out.

"Who could create such a future? Who is the person that makes people feel such pain and hate?"

He holds Skai and he cries and then he sees his mother and she had her right hand up and she had no eyes and her mouth was open.

"Mother, what have they did to you?"

"Roki, Roki."

A voice in the distance and sounds like Benimaru.

"That is Benimaru's voice. Why is he calling me but where is he at?"

There was a light that comes around the clouds and there he had seen a hand reaching toward him and it seems like Benimaru's hand.

He was crying the tears of regret and fear of death of others and so he looking at this hand and he had to look at it as a hand of the glory of hope and a symbol that can bring him the hope he needs. The light that brings hope of the future.
