Ava’s First Day

Everyone noticed Ava on her first day at Woodsvalley high. Her eyes were so odd in a beautiful way. When she looked them directly in their eyes she always got what she wanted. There was something evil about her stare too but no one knew exactly what. Ava sat with Clara at lunch but soon more and more people were at their table. There was something drawing them to her. Clara reached for one of Ava's french fries but she slapped her hand with inhuman strength something wasn't right about her. Then she giggled innocently and apologized. She left her phone at the table and went to the bathroom. Vanessa who had joined the table at some point grabbed it and started going through it. Beware of Gold probably meant Ava. There was nothing suspicious in her messages. But in her camera roll there was pictures of her and Eliza. How? She was new to town. When Ava got back Nessa confronted her. "It's not what you think!" "I was her friend." "We met on Twitter." Vanessa still didn't believe her. But she looked at her with her enchanting innocent eyes with a concerned look on her face. And Vanessa immediately dropped the conversation. Ava's story didn't seem believable but her eyes made it seem so realistic. Was she the killer? Or was she telling the truth? Either way something was off with her. Maybe the guilt of murder... but Vanessa needs Clara's help she's more of the detective type. But she would NEVER believe her. Vanessa decided it was time to make amends.
