Tashina placed her hand on her stomach as she tried to picture the child inside her body.
She closed her eyes as her mind vaguely pictured a small bud the size of a large grape inside her tummy.
Ren had said she would have to wait two more weeks before she could hear its heartbeat and she couldn't just wait for it to develop to that point.
Right now, it felt weird as her baby was still not a living thing even though she felt like it was already alive and kicking.

A wide smile spread onto her face, she couldn't wait until she would see the baby. Would it be a girl or a boy? Would it resemble Xavier or her?
She was so curious that she found it hard to sit still sometimes.
Speaking of which, Tashina stretched her legs on the bed as she huffed out in exasperation.
When Xavier had told her she wasn't going to move an inch from their room, she had silently hoped he was joking but it turned out he wasn't.
