Her long eyelashes fluttered open and her deep brown eyes quickly shot back when they got almost blinded by the bright lights.
A slight wince left her lips as she found it hard to adjust to her vision to her surroundings.
Her sight met with a bare white ceiling and confusion came up as a fog in her head, blurring all the past memories.
She noticed she could barely feel any of her muscles and it was as though her body had been amputated from her head.
"Chivia? Chivia, can you hear me?' She heard a familiar voice calling out to her but she couldn't pinpoint where it was coming from or who it was.
"Chivia, look at me, can you recognize me?" the same voice called again and she lowered her head a bit to see his face in her view.
"R-Ren," she whispered gently, only to be hit with an immense amount of pain all over her head.
"Sorry. You need to take some water," Ren said as he poured some water in a paper cup and fed it to her gently.
