Hearing the question he asked, Lily suddenly felt a pang of disappointment well up within her heart, which baffled her a little.

She didn't understand why, but it was just there, but at the same time, she also couldn't help but let out a sigh of relief.

Seeing this, Lily nodded and left, as she wanted to avoid disturbing him. Although he was acting weird, she didn't think too much about it and just attributed it to the problems he was facing.

Besides, he never really left the house due to his condition

She closed the door and left Ethan to sleep. However, Ethan currently wasn't sleeping at all. He just sat there and stared towards the ceiling, even though he couldn't see anything.

What was he doing? Well…. He was pondering.

"If what is happening is really what I think it is, then... Things will be somewhat tricky". He had two theories about what was happening.

Theory one, there was either a psycho guy who wanted to get revenge on him for stealing his woman or something.
