Mesopotamia Empire

Empires and kingdom that were able to withstand the test of time remains and others became vassal territory of the stronger Empires and Kingdoms.

Mesopotamia is one of the strong Empire with it territory in the Eastern Wilderness. As the Human World is the four times the size of earth before the disasters stroked, after the disaster, the Human world expand more to the size of 2 times of it former sizes. Easter Wilderness got its name for the huge amount of forest, wastelands and mutated life forms in the continent. The Human territories in this continent share the continent with mutated beasts and mores of the land space are made up of forest and wastelands. Some of the areas becomes inhabited by human through human tenacity and technology developments. Apart from Mesopotamia Empire, there are other two Empires – Achaia Empire and Tel-Abib Empire who are part of the dark faction and other 10 Kingdoms in the Eastern Wilderness. The 10 Kingdom formed three parts, and each group allied with one of the three Empires and in constants fight with each other to conquer more territories for the faction they represent.

The Capital of Mesopotamia is Caesarea, the territory of Mesopotamia is surrounded by natural barriers as defense which make it difficult to attack – on one side is mountain ranges and on the other is ocean body with only one front that leads directly to the Empire. Any war coming to Mesopotamia Empire can only either come in the only front or through the ocean. This make the Mesopotamia Empire the empire with the Strongest Navy Force and Rangers. The ocean also blessed Mesopotamia Empire with many rare natural resources and sea trades, 30% of the Mesopotamia revenue comes from the natural resources from the sea and sea trades. Caesarea is situated in the Northern region of Mesopotamia, away from the sea region and backed with mountain ranges as natural defense. The Imperial Palace of Mesopotamia is situated in the inner region of the capital. The inner region consist of the Royal family residence, Chambers of Court Officials where every head of important department carry out of their operations, Hall of Ministers – the place the Prime Minister and other Ministers of the Empire carry out their daily activities and operations and the Throne Room where meetings and debate are held. It is also the place the Emperor approve any proposal before it pass to bill at the Hall of Ministers.

In the throne room, the Minsters and Head of various departments have already assembled themselves waiting for the Emperor and the Empress to commence the court meeting. The various ministers and head of departments are in various robe, denoting their ranks in the court and the department they hold. The official rank in Mesopotamia Empire that can attend court session are the Ministers irrespective of their rank and Head of department at rank 7, Military personnel that are allowed in the court session are from rank 6 to 9. The Prime Minister is the highest – only below the Emperor and Empress. All activities pass through him for approval before getting to the Emperor expect for the matters relating to the Royal family which is handle by the Empress and the designated royal family officials.

All the ministers are in purple robe linen with golden thread and an insignia of scribe and pen on the left chest region of their robe. The heads of department are all in silver robe with the insignia that indicate the department they head attached to their robe. The military personnel are all in the ceremonial military outfit, they all look stern and what is left is their weapon and you will think they are going for war.

The Emperor and Empress entered the throne room to commence the court session for the day. Everyone in the throne room stand as soon at the Emperor and Empress enter. Emperor Sosthenes in his golden imperial robe and his wife in identical golden robe with golden crown fitted with gems and pearls on their head. As one of the Individuals at Tier 10 Spirit Path Realm in the Human world, Emperor Sosthenes exude an aura that induced reverend to everyone who look up to him and fear in the mind of his enemies. It was said that he was one of the people who fight the Battle of the Legion who is still alive. He was still a young Prince when he fought the Battle of the Legion and bathed in the blood of many members of the dark faction both in the human world and the Spirit Realm and was nicknamed the Blood Lion King. His aura can be suffocating if he did nothing to suppress it, but even the residual still make people around him still reverend and fear him.

Sitting on his throne with the Empress sitting on his right side on a throne made out of pure gold with the head of a lion carved at the top of the throne he said "you all have your sit".

"Thank you Your Majesty." The officials chorused with a bow and sit down.

He look around and continue "The things that will be discuss in today's court session will be the matter of Aeneas and the Silvermoon family and the others will be debate among yourselves and bring to me later for approval."

The matter of the Silvermoon is one that shake the Human world and affect the light faction because a Tier 7 Soul Sea Formation Realm Healer strength was destroyed and banished through the instigation of a Tier 7 Soul Sea Formation Realm Spellblade warrior who becomes a wanderer went into hiding, making no one to be able to find traces of him for the past three years. The Light faction also lost an important item due to this matter.

The Light and Dark factions might have been the most prominent faction in the Spirit Realm and the Human world, but that does not mean that there are no other factions. There are people who decide not to join either of the Light or Dark faction and join other factions that are not as prominent as the two factions. Though some of these factions are under the influence of the Light and Dark faction, but they are other factions that decide to stay neutral and stir away from the ongoing fight between the two, though they are not completely clean but they make sure to maintain their neutrality in the open.

"It has been three years since the incident of the Silvermoon family. Has anyone not discover the location of Aeneas yet?" Sosthenes asked

After Chloe lost connection with her Spirit Avatar it caused a lot of trouble for the Silvermoon family and also affect the standing of Mesopotamia in the Spirit Realm, this cause the Silvermoon family to instigate the banishment of Chloe and her children as a way to redeem themselves and handover the ruling power of Silver sky city to another aristocrat family. It was after investigation that it was discovered that the all situation was orchestrated by Aeneas and every attempt to locate where he is has been futile. The only thing people could think of is that he is not satisfied with being married into the Silvermoon family and that is why he did that to break free from the family, causing them a lot of damage.

"Your Majesty, we've discovered the whereabouts of Aeneas" One of the Military personnel with Uduak on his nameplate stood up and inform Sosthenes, he is from the information and investigation department and have saddle with the task of locating Aeneas and keeping tab on the Sivermoon Family.

"Where?" he asked

"We discovered the traces of him in the Sourthen Continent and follow the trail to Nuizen Republic" Uduak replied.

This cause whispers among the Ministers and Heads of department while the Military side shows no reaction, indicating they already know about it. Yet they feel happy about the breakthrough in locating Aeneas. They have been on the case for three years without any leads. Aeneas has always been a slippery eel and after the event of three years ago, no one knows is whereabouts, like he disappeared from the surface. Now that they are able to track him and know where he is, all that is left is the order from His Majesty.

"Did the Kandeke of Cyrene know he is in the Southern Continent?" Sosthenes asked. As one of the strong Empire in the Human world also affiliated to the Light faction in the Southern Continent, it is almost impossible for the Empire not to have known before they did.

"We approached the Kandake on the situation and her responds was that as long as Aeneas did not cause any trouble for her Empire and did not do anything that will endanger the Light faction, he can do as he pleases." Uduak replied. Everyone expression changed in the court room, even the military officials looks troubled over this, they were not expecting the ruler of Cyrene to respond the way she did, sometimes, the way this ruler think can make one go nut.

"Do as the Kandake said and don't approach him, I know you are in doubt about this responds, but there's no need to explain anything at the moment. Aeneas ways are not easy to understand and approaching him does not mean we will be able to get hold of him. The best thing to do is to keep him under the radar make sure to be ready when he wants to make his moves again." Sosthenes said.

"Yes Your Majesty, we will do as you say" Uduak respond and sit down. Other matters with great important where discussed including the intelligence from Tel-Abib and Achaia empire and other enemy nations for the Emperor to make a decision.

"You can continue with today's court debate and report to me any matter that still needs my attention" Sosthenes said as he stand up from his throne alone with his wife and leave the throne room.

All the officials stand up to bow and only sit when the Emperor and Empress left to continue their debate which is now been preside on by the Prime Minister.
