The Last Tears

Emerald Castle... Jemmy sat lonely with his laptop hosting an online meeting with his staff. When he heard a slight movement, he looked at the bed attentively. "Send someone to protect Marina. She's my sister." Naysa said while still asleep. Jemmy didn't understand whether she was dreaming or meant what she said. When he tried to wake her up, she was still sleeping. But anyway, Wade was send off to Polar hotel. Evening, Naysa opened her eyes and stared into the black shiny eyes. Jemmy was too happy when she woke up. Though the doctor just said she was ok, Jemmy could still not believe his words. "How do you feel?" Jemmy asked. Naysa wanted to sit up but the strong hands held her back. "You'll hurt yourself." "Am fine I can sit ok?" She said but Jemmy didn't let her go. "Naysa there is one thing we have to talk about. The way you do take rush decisions is alarming and that's endangering your life. At least, wherever you go, take the guards with you. For the sake of your protection." Jemmy said. Naysa, with Jemmy's support sat up and looked at him. "I just don't know what came over me. Am sorry." She said, lowering her head like an obedient child to the parents. It was too cute that Jemmy stared at her admiringly. Even at her weakest point, she's still never lost her beauty. "I'll make you something to eat." He said as he stood up and headed to the kitchen. "Hey, some wonders here today!" Adrian started. "He's going to personally cook for her." Another guard said. "Wait, does he even know how to cook?" Stenson couldn't help laughing. In a matter of five minutes, the kitchen looked like a tornado zone. Broken pieces of glasses and plates were all over. Flour was all over the place plus in his face. His whole clothes were covered in flour and other kitchen ingredients. When he came out, Naysa who sat in the living room burst out laughing. Stenson couldn't help it as he took pictures. The other guards went out the couldn't suppress their laughter any longer. "Ooh my God! What were you doing?" Naysa held a mirror close to his face but Jemmy closed his eyes. "Do I look terrible?" He asked in a cute deep voice. "No... Not really. Who said my husband can look terrible? You look cute and funny. You've won a suit to the kitchen? I can't help it." Naysa laughed again. Looking at his suit, Jemmy couldn't help frowning. "What did you prepare for me?" She asked. "I made instant noodles." He said. "And how did you have your whole body covered in flour?" She asked. Jemmy kept quiet. "Can I go to the kitchen and have a look?" "No... Don't go there!" Jemmy stepped forward to stop her. "Can we go together then?" Naysa asked. "If you insist." He replied while leading the way. Naysa followed. The whole kitchen was a mess. The trash can was full of spoilt dumplings, pan cakes and many other goods he tried to prepare. He looked at Naysa innocently. "Ok you did a good job, but you're a pretty bad cook." She said. Jemmy stared at her as if digesting what she just said. "Ok, don't be mad at me for that kind of a comment. Can I be your teacher then?" "Sure." He replied. "But there is a fee to pay. Are you ready?" She asked. "How much is it teacher?" He asked eargerly that Naysa laughed. "It's not about money. It's something else." She said. "Whatever you want, I'll do it for you." Jemmy said. "Good, now take a guess before I tell you."

CHAPTER FIVE: DISTRICT HOSPITAL.

CHAPTER FIVE: DISTRICT HOSPITAL

WAVE VALLEY UNIVERSITY

Naysa sat silently in the G square besides her two roommates, Marina and Livia. She was just gloomy and she couldn't explain what was happening to her mood today but she just felt something was not all right. She had called uncle Tarran but he didn't pick up her call. Her mother's phone wasn't going through. She couldn't stop worrying about her mother who had heart problems. All the world around her seemed gloomy. With her spoon, she toyed with the food on her plate.

" Naysa, I think you're overthinking yourself." Marina said but didn't receive any answer. Naysa was lost in her worry.

" Hey... Your phone is ringing." Marina shook her hard. Uncle Tarran was now calling. Naysa sighed with relief before picking up his call. Probably he was just busy, she thought.

" Hello uncle..." She started.

District hospital room 106," uncle Tarran said that simple yet heavy sentence.

" What? What happened?" Naysa stood up abruptly, pushing the chair violently that it fell backwards. Marina stood up also, what was up? But uncle Tarran cut off the reciever without any further information. Naysa rushed out. Marina followed her and pulled her to a stop just outside G square.

" You know you can't leave with an explanation right? Tell me, what's wrong with you, what happened." Marina said.

" I don't know, but it isn't good news either. Uncle just... Just... District hospital.' Naysa stammered. Marina let her go, but followed her. They entered a taxi.

RED STATE COMPANY

Jemmy sat in his office in the same posture after Hank left, checking with all the files of the office. He was very calm and peaceful. Suddenly his phone rung. Stenson picked it up and talked. Moments later he trembled before Jemmy.

" Boss, Frank says second boss is in the district hospital." Stenson said.

" What happened? Talk now!" Jemmy roared. Hank was in hospital, what happened? Worst of all in the cheap district hospital? Was he not in LA state already?

" James Caskey trailed them and shot him." Stenson said.

" How? Hank couldn't deal with one person?" Jemmy stood up abruptly and walked into the elevator. Stenson followed quicky. The cars aligned and as soon as Jemmy got in, the convoy of cars left. Stenson ignored the traffic as he sped off. The air in the car was chilling. As Jemmy raged, he kept asking himself, what happened between Hank and James? Why did James shoot him?

" Of all the hospitals? Hank is in the district hospital?" Jemmy asked Adrian.

" Boss... Second boss was bleeding we couldn't wait that long to fly over." Adrian trembled. Jemmy pushed him aside and walked in. When he saw Hank, he smiled. Hank was shot right into the heart, on the left side of his chest just belowe his breast. Jemmy new Hank was safe because he had a disorder where is organs were aligned from the right, so his heart was on the right side and not on the left. He had lost alot of blood and was unconscious.

They dare hurt my brother? Jemmy smiled bitterly as he make a call. Hank was supposed to fly to country LA. Now he had to options, to call for the Grant's helicopter to carry Hank to country LA or command for Dr. Robert to fly over. He made a call for Dr. Robert to fly over at the same time a plane landed on the roof of the hospital, Hank was supposed to be flown to country LA as Dr. Robert attend to him.

Before Hank was placed to the stretcher, Jemmy received a call from his dad Augustine Grants. He asked about Hank who was supposed to be in country LA and also told him that he had a dealing with the Scotts family who were supposed to meet him in person.

" If it's not on business matters, I can't come over." Jemmy replied as he cut off the reciever.

Hank had already been placed on the stretcher and Stenson was ready to push it out. Jemmy kicked the door open and accidentally it hit the girl who was walking into the opposite room. He was too shocked to react at first. The girl rolled to the ground and then supported herself with the door frame and stood up. She snorted at him. Jemmy pulled out a card just before the girl entered the opposite room.

" Call me when you have any discomfort." Jemmy handed her business card with golden edges to her. " I'll take care of the bills."

Jemmy felt bad because he accidentally knocked a girl off the ground. She was probably here to see her sick relative. The girl took the card, angrily pushed into her pocket and walked into room 106.

Naysa felt bad. She had just been knocked off the ground and her face was now a mixture of feelings.

Jemmy would still remember that angry face when he saw it. It was cute but sympathetic at the moment.

Naysa looked at uncle Tarran confused. The bed was empty but the expression on his face was more than just ugly, it was worse.
