The Last Tears

Emerald Castle... Jemmy sat lonely with his laptop hosting an online meeting with his staff. When he heard a slight movement, he looked at the bed attentively. "Send someone to protect Marina. She's my sister." Naysa said while still asleep. Jemmy didn't understand whether she was dreaming or meant what she said. When he tried to wake her up, she was still sleeping. But anyway, Wade was send off to Polar hotel. Evening, Naysa opened her eyes and stared into the black shiny eyes. Jemmy was too happy when she woke up. Though the doctor just said she was ok, Jemmy could still not believe his words. "How do you feel?" Jemmy asked. Naysa wanted to sit up but the strong hands held her back. "You'll hurt yourself." "Am fine I can sit ok?" She said but Jemmy didn't let her go. "Naysa there is one thing we have to talk about. The way you do take rush decisions is alarming and that's endangering your life. At least, wherever you go, take the guards with you. For the sake of your protection." Jemmy said. Naysa, with Jemmy's support sat up and looked at him. "I just don't know what came over me. Am sorry." She said, lowering her head like an obedient child to the parents. It was too cute that Jemmy stared at her admiringly. Even at her weakest point, she's still never lost her beauty. "I'll make you something to eat." He said as he stood up and headed to the kitchen. "Hey, some wonders here today!" Adrian started. "He's going to personally cook for her." Another guard said. "Wait, does he even know how to cook?" Stenson couldn't help laughing. In a matter of five minutes, the kitchen looked like a tornado zone. Broken pieces of glasses and plates were all over. Flour was all over the place plus in his face. His whole clothes were covered in flour and other kitchen ingredients. When he came out, Naysa who sat in the living room burst out laughing. Stenson couldn't help it as he took pictures. The other guards went out the couldn't suppress their laughter any longer. "Ooh my God! What were you doing?" Naysa held a mirror close to his face but Jemmy closed his eyes. "Do I look terrible?" He asked in a cute deep voice. "No... Not really. Who said my husband can look terrible? You look cute and funny. You've won a suit to the kitchen? I can't help it." Naysa laughed again. Looking at his suit, Jemmy couldn't help frowning. "What did you prepare for me?" She asked. "I made instant noodles." He said. "And how did you have your whole body covered in flour?" She asked. Jemmy kept quiet. "Can I go to the kitchen and have a look?" "No... Don't go there!" Jemmy stepped forward to stop her. "Can we go together then?" Naysa asked. "If you insist." He replied while leading the way. Naysa followed. The whole kitchen was a mess. The trash can was full of spoilt dumplings, pan cakes and many other goods he tried to prepare. He looked at Naysa innocently. "Ok you did a good job, but you're a pretty bad cook." She said. Jemmy stared at her as if digesting what she just said. "Ok, don't be mad at me for that kind of a comment. Can I be your teacher then?" "Sure." He replied. "But there is a fee to pay. Are you ready?" She asked. "How much is it teacher?" He asked eargerly that Naysa laughed. "It's not about money. It's something else." She said. "Whatever you want, I'll do it for you." Jemmy said. "Good, now take a guess before I tell you."

CHAPTER FOUR: THE WAR HAS OFFICIALLY BEGAN

The drive to the airport was smooth until half way when the guards realized they were being followed. Frank looked through the side mirror and concentrated on the logo imprinted on the car behind. It was the Caskeys logo.

What's wrong? He thought. The Grant's and the Caskeys were neither friends nor enemies. In fact, they haven't had contact in any field, but why were they being followed by the Caskeys?

Hanks sat calming, playing with his phone on his lap. This whole journey to the airport was boring. He had just wanted to go check on their dad but now he regretted having that whole idea. I think I should just fly back early tomorrow morning., He murmured to himself.

" Second boss, we're being followed." Frank said.

" So? "

" Should we get of and deal with them?" Frank asked.

" Who are they?"

" The Caskeys."

" Don't mind them. They would do nothing since we haven't had grudges." Hank ignored them. But the Caskeys car sped off and stopped right in front of them. Now Hank was enraged. This whole journey was boring and long enough and this people just made it even longer by forcing them to stop. He stepped out of the car and casually walked towards the other car. The bodyguards followed suit and didn't dared be ahead of him because they knew he'll push them back.

" Why did you stop right in front of our car?" One bodyguard asked. He was Adrian.

James Caskey stepped out of the car and stood in front of Hank. Hank looked at him with a bored expression. " I personally came to warn you, and the Grants in general to step out of the political seats of this country. This isn't your root."

The bodyguards stiffened. Is he tired of living? They thought. The Grants weren't interested in politics." Is that it? Is that why you stopped me?"

" Second boss, we'll deal with this." Frank said.

" No need." The stubborn Hank said." James Caskey, you got the wrong person. Actually political matters aren't my concern, but I won't let you go freely because you've already delayed my flight by almost thirty minutes." Hank said, checking with his watch.

Now it was the turn of the bodyguards to worry about the life of the other party, James Caskey. They already knew the power of the Grants. But they still wanted to deal with this to prevent Hank from dirtying himself.

" So you really want to fight me because of the political shit?" Too late for anyone to react. Hank pulled the close two men and crashed their heads together like watermelon. The was a mixture of pain and agony as the two men cried. A round kick brought two men to the ground as they ankles clicked.

Frank and the other bodyguards were confused and didn't know what to do. James was in a daze as the looked as his four men on the ground. He was too shocked to react.

" I don't have to deal with the remaining. I need to catch the flight." Hank brushed his hand through his hair and turned back, but James held a gun behind his back. The bodyguards reacted uniformly and held their guns against James.

" Now I won't let you go unharmed, but I'll give you a slight warning. Before James could process what was happening, a hot slap landed on his left cheek and Hank's hand was imprinted on his face.

" You're forcing me to join politics? Now am in." Hank snorted as he started to walk away. James used had lost two teeth in an instant and his head was spinning. He pulled the gun and aimed at Hank's chest and pulled the trigger. Frank and the other guards were too late to react, the bullet got Hank right in the heart. Hank didn't go down immediately, he still held on despite the pain and tried moving towards the car but he was already bleeding and he fainted to the ground. The guards panicked. A punishment waited for them.

James was tied up and thrown into the car boot as Hank was driven to the nearest hospital for first aid. The Grant's had their own hospitals and trained doctors in country LA, but Hank's bleeding had to be stopped. He was rushed to the district hospital.
