Reborn
I was awoken by the pain of suffocation
'Where am I?' the pain was surreal
I felt my squishy bones slowly getting crushed, it felt like something was pushing me out.
Instead of falling into despair, I endured and helped myself to get pushed out.
The pain was intense, it felt like every single bone in my body was getting crushed
But when I got out, I felt a hand carrying me.
When I opened my eyes, I was greeted by an elegant women with charming red hair along with red eyes.
'Mother?' The innate feeling of being near family was felt through her. It was by instinct
Another woman who was in a nurse outfit asked the elegant woman in a questioning tone
"What's the baby's name?"
My mother thought deeply but as she stared into the baby's eyes, she let out a voice and said,
"Akihiko"
I, who was suddenly feeling hunger was helped by mother as she began to feed me her milk. The pain of child birth was still surreal to me. I felt the love that my mother gave me. The suffering she went through for me.
After feeding me,
My mother then passed me to a man with brown hair.
His cold exterior softened a bit after seeing me. But moments later, he passed me back to my mother
I started to organize my thoughts towards what was happening right now. But one thing came to my mind.
'I'm reborn.

1 month later
The house which I stayed at was pretty big and you could tell just from a glance that we were in fact a rich family. Inside the baby's crib, I tried to crawl so many times. Alas, my soft baby bones couldn't keep up with me yet.
But I didn't give up, sooner or later I'll be able to to conquer this god-forsaken crib.
While I was trying to crawl once again, my mother picked me up and once again it was feeding time
'Some people would find this hot, but that's just perverted' I truly saw this woman who showered me with love and care as my mother.
It may sound naive as a person who was reborn but, there will come a time where I will be forced to say the truth. Even when she fed with me, I did not have any lustful thoughts. I just had appreciation towards my mother.
She smiled towards me as she patted my head.
After feeding me, she picked me up and carried me as she went outside the room. I was greeted by a big hallway as she made her way towards a room.
She knocked first but she opened the door right after.
*Creakk.....*
My eyes went towards the room, I was able to notice every single detail that was inside the room. I then saw my father. He was very cold to me, even as a baby. Sooner or later, there would be a problem between us. But seeing my mother's glare, my father softened up a bit as he picked me up from my mother's grasp and held me as he looked at the window.
Night falls, the blue and blue sky is dotted with countless small stars. One by one, as if to invite people to the vast space to invite. The chaste moon sails like a silvery boat in the deep blue sea.
We looked at the stars admiring it quietly.
This calmness I missed, these small moments are what I want to cherish forever. Now that I think about it, I don't even know my parent's names along with our surnames. But one thing I knew for sure, that I truly valued my family. Small moments like this are what we humans take granted the most.
But I quickly fell asleep due to the quietness and calmness I felt in the moment.

1 year later.
I was already able to walk in my 7th month. Not only that, I was able to talk also.I also realized from the start that I was in fact, Japanese.
I learned it by recalling the conversation between the nurse and my mother. Of course, the dead giveaway was my name. Luckily, in my past life I was Japanese as well. Language would no longer be a problem that I have to consider.
This would be a problem if I were to be born in a country which had languages I didn't understand such as countries inside Europe and so.
I also found out that my surname was in fact, Akashi. But I didn't think much of it
Nothing important really happened. Of course, my mother celebrated that I was already walking and talking so fast. My father was even surprised but he hid it with a nod.
'Is it possible for that guy to even smile' I thought in a ridiculing manner.
But right now, I was in the hospital where my mother was giving birth once again.
The screams ended as I was finally let into the room. I came to my mother as she held the baby.
I heard the nurse's voice saying
"It's a boy."
She continued
"So what will you name your child?"
My mother immediately replied with a tired smile,
"Seijūrō"
And then it clicked,
'S-s-seijūr-ō?, Seijūrō Akashi'
He immediately recalled the name.
Who wouldn't know the guy with the emperor's eye in that one sports anime.
'So, I've been reborn into the world of Kuroko no Basuke?"
