Mating Ceremony

Ava was very nervous. Today is the day she gets marked in front of all of the members of the Crystal pack.

"Ava, the carriage is ready to take you to the Crystal pack." Elizabeth says as she entered Ava room, but when she saw Ava she was shocked by her beauty. "Wow you look so beautiful Ava and I think Logan won't be able to take his eyes off you."

"Do you really think so, I feel so nervous Elizabeth and also I keep thinking if it will be alright, leaving you here alone with mother."

"I'll be fine Ava, and you have no reason to be nervous. Dad, mom and I will be there at your mating ceremony, so calm down"

"Come on, your fiance is here to pick you up. I will really miss you Ava" Elizabeth said with tears in her eyes as she hugged her sister.

Ava came downstairs and saw her father and mother waiting to bid her goodbye and she could not hold back the tears in her eyes. She hugged her Father and said with tears "You have to come for my ceremony, if not I won't speak to you again."

King Ford gave a light chuckle and said "I won't miss my daughter Ceremony for anything in the world. Now stop crying if not you will ruin your makeup, I don't want Logan to run away because you look like a ghost"

Ava pouted "How can you say that to your daughter?"

"Yes that is right I apologise, my daughter is the most beautiful girl in the whole of Aldia." King Ford said with a smile.

Ava smile and went to hugged Queen Rosaline but before she could, Queen Rosaline stopped her and said coldly "There is no need for that, and will you stop crying, what will the members of his pack says if they see that their Luna is so weak"

Ava stared at her mother with an hurt expression on her face and she couldn't help but say "It is times like this that makes me wonder if you are truly my mother."

"Ava ignore mother, you already know she is bitter, she can't be happy for you because she doesn't know what happiness means herself. Don't let her or anyone spoil your mood." Elizabeth said as she looks at her mother with disappointment.

"Ava it is time to go, Logan is waiting for you outside of the castle gate." King Ford said as he held Ava hands but not before casting a cold glance at Queen Rosaline. King Ford led Ava to outside the castle gate and she saw Logan waiting for her with a smile on his face. To Ava, Logan looked extremely handsome today, she wonder if the reason she thought so, is because today is the day she finally will belong to Logan.

"I am handing my daughter to you, ensure you take care of her." King Ford said coldly and seriously.

"I will, I promise to protect Ava and to make her happy" Logan said as he looked at Ava in the eyes. He felt so lucky to have Ava as he mate and the mother of his future children.

King Ford handed Ava to Logan and hugged her one more time before Logan and her left in the carriage.

"I thought horses were your thing?" Ava was a little surprised she saw Logan using a carriage to pick her up rather than a horse.

"You think your father would have allowed me to take you away if I have bought an horse instead of a carriage" Logan said leaning in on Ava.

Ava blushed when she saw his face so close to and asked "What are you doing?"

"I am looking at my beautiful wife"

"Until the mating ceremony is complete I am not your wife" Ava retorted and before she knew it Logan kissed her slowly and gently before devouring her lips. The sensation was too much for Ava and she held his shirt tightly and let out a moan, and Logan stopped immediately after hearing Ava sweet moan, only him knew how difficult it was for him to stop, he wanted to taste every part of her.

"Yo-you can't keep doing that without my permission" Ava said blushing profusely.

"But you enjoyed it, didn't you?" Logan said with a mischievous smirk as he stared at Ava face, he gave Ava a pecked on the cheek and decided not to tease her anymore.

"What do I need to do at the mating ceremony?" Ava asked getting nervous again, thinking of how she would be marked by Logan.

Logan saw her nervousness and held her hands then he said "You don't need to do anything Ava, the mating ceremony will happen under the full moon and then you will completely be mine."

"Must you say those things" Ava said blushing at his last statement.

"What did I say wrong?" Logan said with an innocent face.

After a long journey, Logan and Ava finally got to the Crystal pack. Ava realize that their final destination was built at an isolated forest, but what caught her attention were the men who were waiting for both her and Logan.

Logan took her hands and led her to the two men and then introduce them to her "This is Jack, my beta"

Jack smiled at Ava and bowed down slightly to her as he said "It is a pleasure to meet you, my Luna"

Ava was dumbstruck at his gesture and quickly said "No need to be too formal and beside, Logan has told me that you are his best friend and I would like us to be friends too, of course if you don't mind."

Jack was slightly surprised at Ava words after all he knew, girls who were born from nobles family were spoiled brats so he was definitely expecting this princess to be the same. He still remembered how she reacted when King Ford told her of her marriage to Logan, she had gotten angry and even left the dinning table, but right at this moment as she asked him if they could be friends as well, the sincere looks in her eyes made it impossible for him to say no. "Yes princess, I would like to be friends with you as well" Ava smiled happily when he accepted her offer for friendship. Ava remembered Jack as the man who tagged along Logan the day her father made the marriage proposal with Logan, as she looked more at Jack she realized that Jack is the type of guy that has a boyish charm and his long dark hair made him even more handsome. She was still analyzing Jack when she heard a voice that sounds a little angry and teasing.

"Hey Logan, you should hold your wife tightly or else your 'Best friend' will steal her away from you" Brian said as he looked at Jack blushing face under Ava stared.

Logan groan and said "Shut up Brian"

"Since my former best friend failed to introduce me, then I will introduce myself." Brian said as he shot a glare at Logan then he turned to Ava and gave her a charming smile and held her hands. "My name is Brian. I am the Delta of the Crystal pack and it is a pleasure to meet you once again, my princess" Brian said as he kissed the back of her hands.

"Brian!" Logan growl at Brian action and Jack just shook his head wondering how he became friends with an idiot.

"It's alright and I remember you, you were the one who brought the horse for mine and Logan date. I hope we can be friends too." Ava said politely, she liked the fact that Brian seems like a playful and mischievous person at least she won't be bored.

"You don't have to be friends with this idiot, even I still wonder how we became friends in the first place." Logan said as he looked at Ava with a soft smile on his face.

"Admit It Logan, you love me." Brian said with mischief in his eyes.

Logan ignored him and said to Ava "let's go inside and get some rest, the moon will soon be up and then we can begin the mating ceremony". Ava nodded at his words and followed him inside. When she entered inside the pack house, it looked like a mansion she couldn't help but ask Logan "Is it just the three of you that lives here?."

"No, some other pack members live here but they are not around right now, later I will introduce everyone to you but for now let's get some rest." Logan said as he led Ava to their room.

"Is this your room. Am I going to be staying here too with you?" Ava asked feeling nervous of sharing the same room with Logan.

Logan looked at Ava then he stepped closer to her and said "Very soon we are going to be husband and wife, so of course we will stay in the same room and don't get nervous I assure you nothing will happen until you are ready for it. Now stop worrying and get some rest."

One hour later, Ava was told to get ready for the mating ceremony, a young woman named Hilda came to get her. Ava felt comfortable with Hilda and asked her "Has my family arrived yet"

"Yes Luna, they are at the field with the rest of the members of the pack" Ava felt more relaxed knowing that her father and sister will be here, as for her mother she knew her mother might not care about her ceremony.

When Ava came to the field she saw a lot of people staring at her, and she knew these people were werewolf, she felt vulnerable under their gaze, but decided to calm down and to not be afraid of them. She smiled when she saw her father, but that smile nearly faltered when she could not see her sister and her mother.

"Come" She heard a deep voice behind her, she turned and became hypnotize when she looked at Logan blue eyes, it was as if the moon made it more clearer and easier to fall in love with it.

Logan smile when he saw Ava looking into his eyes and then he held her hands and led her to the front of the Werewolves. All the Werewolves gave way for them as they walked and stood in front of all of them for their Alpha to address them, then Logan spoke with an authoritative voice "After many years being the Alpha of the crystal Park, I have finally found my mate. Although she's human, she is to be respected and every order she gives must be followed. We are gathered here to witness as I mark her as my mate under this full moon" Then he turned to Ava and smiled to her, he moved closer to her and whispered in her ears "Relax." It was as if his words were a spell because it made her relax immediately.

When Logan saw that Ava wasn't nervous anymore, he looked at neck and saw the spot where he needs to bite to claim her and without warning Ava felt a sharp pain on her neck a gasp sharply. Ava tried her best to blink back the tears that has formed in her eyes but before she knew it, that pain turned into a pleasure she has never felt before and then she felt Logan tongue licking that particular spot that he has bitten, trying his best to soothe the pain.

"Logan" Ava moan his name softly and he stopped and when she looked into his eyes, it was no longer blue but it was dark grey.

"Luna" Ava turned to the crowd that called her Luna and she watched as all of down knelt down and bow down to her and Logan saying "Long live Alpha Logan and Luna Ava."

Logan held Ava hand and turned her face to look at him as he growled out one word "MINE."
