Chapter 72: Meeting his in-laws

"... What's wrong?"

Lucias asked the 'creator' who was snuggling at his arms without saying a word causing Lucias to look at her in worry.

"You... aren't mad anymore?"

She asked as her arms tightened around his body from the anxiousness that she felt, thinking that he was still mad about finding about the truth a while ago.

"... I'm not mad anymore... If I was mad why would I even be here?"

Lucias answered with a gentle smile on his face causing the 'creator' to look up to him with reddened eyes as her body started to relax. 

"Lucias... do you forgive me?"

She asked causing Lucias to let out a soft chuckle before pinching both of her soft cheeks with his hands.

"Promise 'creator'... Don't hide anything from me anymore... I feel like you don't trust me if you keep hiding all of this from me, 'creator'..."

"I promise... but... I need you to promise something from me as well"

The 'creator' said before looking at him with a frown on her face.

"I saw your new Quest... I will only allow you to get at maximum... 100 girls in your official harem and that's all... It will be difficult for us to spend time together when you're managing more than that..."

The 'creator' said causing Lucias to smile wryly due to the fact that his own harem was so lax in letting him bring home new girls to add to his current harem.

"... It might not look like it but... you're harem is pretty strict... more than you expect"

The 'creator' explained as she noticed the wry smile on his face causing her to sigh due to him underestimating his own harem.

"... What?"

"There are a strict set of rules made by Asia and Lucifer to maintain equity among your harem members and... to see who is qualified to enter it based on a set of criterias"

The 'creator' explained causing Lucias to look at her in confusion as he never once heard of such things before even though it was his own harem.

"Criterias?"

"Indeed, one is that they need to be independent and can assist you in difficult situations. They wouldn't want a harem member that is dead weight to you so they'll only allow them to enter if... They incredibly sharp and strategic, or they're incredibly powerful"

The 'creator' said causing Lucias to think back and look at the qualities of his every fiancées finding that most of them have this kind of quality.

"The second one is that they must have complete loyalty, love, and devotion towards you. They must not be greedy for your attention too much and allow the other members to have a moment with you every month"

"..."

Lucias remained silent as the image of Bell, Mikan, and Koneko suddenly appeared in his head. They're not as powerful or as smart as the others but they'll all wouldn't think twice to kill themselves rather than betraying him.

"The third is that... they must have to undergo the test that you're fiancées created to test and bring out their inner desires for devoting herself to you... If they want power, authority or any of the like, they'll immediately get eliminated..."

The 'creator' explained causing Lucias to look at her with a strange expression on his face due to the criterias that he never once heard of for the past 7 years.

"Finally, you are willingly adding her to the harem. They trust your judgement on women quite well. That is just a gist of the criterias they set to allow a woman into your harem. As long as they fulfill 3 of those criterias. They'll be allowed to enter the harem"

The 'creator' said causing Lucias to dryly cough before the image Sona and Ravel suddenly appeared inside his head

"How about Ravel and Sona?"

"Only one of them have been officially accepted int your harem. Ravel Phenex was able to pass the test set by your fiancées and the only criteria that she failed is the first one. Sona Sitri on the otherhand isn't accepted as of now since she failed the 3rd and 1st criteria, she isn't properly introduced to your fiancées but... they know about her existence and her relationship with you"

"..."

"You cannot hide anything from them, Lucias. The only secret that they don't know of is my existence in your harem and... your new quest"

The 'creator' said causing Lucias to shiver in fear, remembering his offspring together with Rimuru. Even though he expected for them to find out about it, he never expected them to be this quick.

"Why are you so surprised? Nia's angel can search through any kind of information as long as her ability isn't jammed by magic. From what I've discovered... some of your new servants are now currently applying themselves to join your harem"

"WHAT!?"

Lucias shouted in shock from hearing the sudden news before quickly getting up from the bed but was stopped by the 'creator' who tightly held his hand.

"Even if you go there... You wouldn't be able to do anything. I know how weak you are when it comes to your fiancées that is why they hold the 2nd highest authority after you in your faction. Authority that was higher than Sephie and Riku themselves"

The 'creator' said causing Lucias to grit his teeth before sighing in defeat as he sat back down on the bed together with the 'creator'.

"Your fiancées are all powerful in their own way, and each of them control a part of your authority as a faction leader to make your work load lesser than before... so that they can make some time for you to spend with them. Even though you handle most of the affairs of your faction. They're the ones who keep everything in motion, everything other than you are like chess pieces to them to use"

The 'creator' explained causing his eyes to twitch before tiredly laying down on the bed.

"... They'll kill me once they hear about my quest..."

"Your quests doesn't specify that you'll need to add them to you harem. You just need to seduce them, Lucias"

The 'creator' said causing Lucias to look at her with a strange expression on his face.

"So you're telling me to become a playboy?"

"In a way... no... since you're fiancées already conducted a plan to keep all of the people you seduced in the past at bay... so that they'll all become a use for you in the future"

"... and that is?"

"By spreading a "toy" of you as a reward for their deeds"

"... what the..."

"I already have my own plushie of you, Lucias... that I obtained when I was still in the mortal realm. They didn't tell you because they know that you'll never agree to this"

The 'creator' revealed as she grabbed a cute plushie of Lucias under her pillow.

"..."

"I also have good news for you, Lucias... I have found a way for you to impregnate girls that are far weaker than you. I was planning on telling it to you as my apology for what I did in the past but... I didn't expect that you just forgave me so easily..."

"..."

"After you obtain the runes of Chastity and Lust... I'll tell you how to use the holy relic [The bible] to modify the runes to allow you to truly control your fertility during intercourse. So rejoice, Lucias!"

"Don't tell any of my fiancées about this..."

"I'll be back at midnight for the conference 3 days from now so prepare everything before it is held, am I clear?"

Lucias ordered as he gazed upon the 10 dragon slayers in front of him, all wearing a white and luxurious uniform with a weapon of their choice hanged in their waist.

"Understood, Lucias-sama"

One of them answered while they all kneeled on one foot on the ground to show their respect and loyalty to their faction leader.

"If any of my fiancées search for me, tell them that I made a short visit to the underworld"

Lucias said as he prepared to open a gate connecting to the underworld while a slime was happily bouncing on his head.

"Hai!"

All of them shouted in unison as Lucias suddenly pierced his finger on the space in front of him before bringing his finger down, slicing the space in front of him open as the scenery of the underworld appeared from the other side of the portal.

"Be careful on your way, Lucias-sama"

One of them reminded causing Lucias to wave his hand at him before entering the portal floating above the ground.

"Thanks"

Lucias muttered as he gazed at his subordinates before sealing the portal in front of him, causing the portal to slowly close it self in front of the 10 imperial guards.

"May the 'creator' be with you"

Lucias said before the portal completely dissapeared causing the 10 of them to stand up from the ground to prepare and execute his orders.

"Kate, would you please?"

Lucias asked causing the slime on his head to obidiently jump towards his arms causing Lucias to smile as he started to access the slime's status board.

The notification rang causing the slime in his hands to jiggle its body from the ticklish and warm feeling that it felt as Lucias gently caressed it's body.

"Kate can you press this, right here?"

Lucias asked while pointing at the [Shapeshift] skill and [Predator] of her status board causing it to obidiently stretched out its gelatinous body before clicking the skill several times, maxing the proficiency of the skill.

"You're such a good girl"

Lucias praised causing it to excitedly wrap it's body around his arm to show it's affection.

"Can you copy this girl's appearance, Kate?"

Lucias asked as he showed a detailed drawing of a little girl to the slime causing it to nod its head before it's gelatinous body started to distort.

Lucias immediately placed her on top of a large rock close to their location as it's body slowly stared to deform as it struggled to find the appropriate proportions that it needed for its Shapeshift ability.

"Just take it slow"

Lucias comforted as he watched it slowly form into a petite figure of a 3 year old little girl with shoulder length hair and extremely delicate facial features causing Lucias to proudly smile as it's body started to create the appropriate color of each proportion of its body.

"Hwaa!"

The newly formed little girl shouted in joy while raising both its petite arms towards Lucias. The little girl has shoulder length silky black hair and deep violet eyes that complimented its facial features.

It has smooth porcelain skin with several baby fat visible on her underdeveloped body causing Lucias to smile before taking out a simple gothic lolita dress from his inventory.

"Let's get you all dressed up"

"Da da!"

She cutely called as Lucias carefully dressed her up with the small dress in his hands causing it to obidiently stay still as it let Lucias carefully touch its body.

"Almost done..."

Lucias muttered before taking out a large black headband with light blue flowers decorating its side from his inventory and tying it above her head.

"All done!"

"Hug!"

She happily raised her arms at Lucias causing him to carry her in his hands before making his way towards the Sitri Mansion with a mischievous smile on his face.

"I wonder how would Sona react once she sees you"

Lucias said while observing the child's facial features that he purposely made similar to how Sona looked before covering her with a layer of mana to make her look more authentic.

He set up a large magic circle below him to teleport them at the gate of the Sitri Clan causing the slime to look at it in interest due to the brightly colorful light that the magic circle was releasing.

"Not bad~"

Lucias praised as both of them arrived at the Sitri Clan mansion causing an uproar among the servants of the mansion due to his sudden appearance.

The mansion was surrounded by a rich vegetation of various species of plants and herbs, which Lucias greatly appreciated since his taste in exterior design was the same. He didn't want it to be too luxurious since it would feel extremely uncomfortable to live in that kind of mansion. He preffered for his mansion to be surrounded by a garden to give him a peace of mind.

"Who are you and how dare you trespass our territory?"

One of the servants asked as they surrounded Lucias, looking at him in suspicion before their eyes landed on the 3 year old girl in his hands.

"... Is Sona in this mansion?"

Lucias asked as he noticed the shocked stared that they were giving the little girl in his arms causing it to shyly hide her neck on his head.

"Y-Yes... May we ask who is the child in your arms?"

One of the servants asked out in curiosity, finding that the child's facial features was similar to how Lady Sitri and Sona looked.

"If you want to know... then tell Sona that I have a surprise for her"

He said with a mysterious smile on his face causing the servants to frown before a loud deep voice shouted at them as he made his way towards their direction.

"WHO DARES-"

Lord Sitri shouted in anger from seeing his trespassers but froze when he saw the child in his arms while his family followed him from behind to check who the trespasser is.

"Lucias!?"

Sona shouted in shock from recognizing the man who confidently stood his ground in front of their residence.

"Sona, long time no see"

Lucias said as he gazed at Kate with a mischievous look on his face causing it to innocently nod its head in understanding.

"Why are you here?"

She asked, confused about his sudden visit before noticing the child in his arms causing him to stare at her in confusion due to the extremely familiar facial features of the child.

"I just wanted to visit you, Sona"

Lucias answered before placing Kate on the ground causing it to immediately ran towards Sona with a joyful smile on it's face.

"Mama!"

Kate shouted before stretching out her arms towards Sona, signalling for her to carry and hug her in her embrace.

"Mama!?"

Lord Sitri shouted in shock from how the child called her daughter before glancing at Lucias who had a gentle smile on his face.

"It's our first time meeting and... I'm sorry for not informing any of you after I took your daughter in my care"

Lucias said causing Lord Sitri and Lady Sitri to look at him with widened eyes before glancing at their daughter who had an equally confused expression on her face.

"My name's Lucias Frey, it's a pleasure to finally meet my in-laws"

"Hehehe~ Call me aunty Kate-chan ☆"

"How cute~"

Lady Sitri muttered while feeding Kate who was sitting on her laps, staring at the various treats in front of her with an excited expression on her face.

"You... Sona, I can't believe that you had a daughter without our knowledge..."

Lord Sitri scolded the two teenagers who were kneeling on the ground causing Sona to look at Lucias in confusion.

"Otoh-sama, it's impossible for us to have a daughter so sudden-"

"You don't have to lie, Sona. The evidence is already in front of us"

Lord Sitri shook his head in dissapointment while pointing at the 3 year old girl happily eating everything that Serafall and her mother gave her.

"Lucias, explain this to him!!!"

Sona whispered with a desperate expression on her face before punching Lucias on his side.

"Why do we need to explain? It would have been difficult for me to get their approval the normal way... Especially when Serafall is here"

"This is too extreme!!"

She loudly whispered close to his ear causing Lucias to grin causing her veins to appear on her forehead due to the anger that she felt.

"In the first place, wouldn't they find it weird that our daughter is already this big!?"

Sona asked while pointing at Kate.

"They wouldn't believe that I had a daughter when I was just 15!"

She whispered causing Lucias to shake his head before giving her a thumbs up to assure her.

"I had a daughter by the age of 11"

"That's not the point!"

"Don't worry, can't you see in their expression? They're quite happy to finally have a granddaughter... and your sister has no intention to marry whatsoever so the legacy of the Sitri Clan rest in your hands"

He said causing Sona to frown as she decides to give him another punch across his face but was stopped by Lord Sitri who looked at them in dissapointment.

"I'm happy that the two of get along, but Sona... why didn't you tell us about our granddaughter?"

"T-That is"

Sona stuttered as she tried to explain but froze when his father suddenly shedded a tear in front of them.

"I missed the chance to hold my granddaughter when she was still an infant! How could you do this to your own father!?"

"..."

Sona remained silent while looking at her father with a strange expression on her face as she didn't expect that he was angry for that reason.

"Please forgive me, Otoh-san. I wanted to hide her identity so it was all my fault... I hope you won't blame her"

Lucias lied without a single trace of hesitation kn his face causing Sona to look at him in disbelief for lying with a straight face.

"Tch, you brat. I don't care if your a faction leader, I kill you for taking my daughter and hiding my grandchild from me for 3 whole years!"

He angrily shouted causing Lucias to raise a victory pose inside his mind.

"It's quite refreshing to be treated like this despite knowing my identity"

Lucias muttered causing Sona to blush as it was partly her fault that her parents didn't fear him due to the stories that he told to them about him.

"Lu-chan, you're quite naughty for stealing my So-chan behind my back!"

Serafall shouted with pouted cheeks while hugging Kate in her arms.

"You brat, I'll forgive you just this once in consideration for my granddaughter. I don't want this to happen again, are we clear?"

"Thank you, Otoh-san and I promise you that it won't happen again"

Lucias said with a kind smile on his face while Sona looked at him in disbelief.

"Sona, how about you?"

Lord Sitri asked as he noticed that her daughter didn't answer him and just blankly stared at her fiancée.

"I... promise that this won't happen again, Otoh-sama"

She answered while pinching Lucias' waist causing Lord Sitri to smile from their close relationship.

"I heard a lot about you from our daughter... and I was a bit hesitant to give you my approval given how dangerous your situation is but..."

Lord Sitri suddenly said as he gazed at Kate with a soft gaze on his eyes.

"... I want a complete family for my grandchild so don't suddenly die on us you brat"

"I promise"

"Good, now then if you excuse me"

He said before walking towards Kate with an excited expression on his face causing Sona to guiltily look down at the ground from deceiving her parents.

"If you feel guilty... we can make one if you like"

Lucias suggested while remembering the effects of both the Rune of Lust and the Rune of Chastity combined, giving him a way to impregnate beings that are far weaker than him.

"... Can I hit you?"
