Chapter 30: Reinforcements

-with Mukuro and Valerie-

"Ano... Mikoto-san, are you sure we can stay here? Won't we be a bother to the other students?"

Valerie shyly asked as the 3 of them walked towards the dormitory of Tokiwadai Middle School of Academy City.

"Don't worry, I already got permission anyway so it's okay"

Mikoto assured her with a light smile as she opened the door of the dormitory but stopped in her tracks when a small figure suddenly dashed towards her location, hugging her like a koala.

"Onee-sama~"

"Kuroko! Unhand me!"

Mikoto shouted while pushing a girl with tawny hair tied into two curly pigtails away from her body.

"They're quite close"

Valerie commented as she stood behind them, watching their shinenigan with a sweet smile while Mukuro watched them with a neutral expression on her face.

"Are, who are this two ladies, Onee-sama?"

Kuroko asked as she noticed Valerie and Mukuro standing at the entrance of the dormitory.

"Let go of me first!"

Mikoto shouted as she successfully peeled the little girl off of her body before slowly walking backwards to create some distance between her and Kuroko.

"Ahem... You remember task given to us before right? The task of investigating suspicious 2 individuals?"

"Yes"

"This are those 2 individuals... They meant no harm, the only reason why they were wondering a lot at night is because they have no place to go to. So brought them here so they can stay in my room for the time being since I have no roommate anyway"

"S-stay in your room... You can't be serious Onee-sama"

"... I'm serious"

"T-tha- I won't allow this!!"

She suddenly shouted before pointing her finger at the two of them with an angry expression on her face.

"If you want to stay in Onee-sama's room you have to go through me first!"

"..."

Mukuro who heard the challenge, tried to summon her angel to disintegrate the little girl in front of her but was stopped by Valerie who had her hand placed in her shoulders.

"Don't... she'll die instantly if you fought her"

"But this mistress hast issu'd a respectable dare for Muku"

"... Just let Mikoto-san handle this problem, we can't butt in with her personal relationship"

"... Fine"

Mukuro reculantly backed down as the two of them were suddenly pulled by Mikoto towards confusing the two of them of what happened to the little girl from before.

Valerie looked around the entrance and found her unconscious on the ground as sparks of electricity occasionally came out of her body.

"So she can control electricity?"

Valerie muttered out of curiosity while staring at the twitching body on the ground.

"So it seems"

Mukuro nodded her head before ignoring the body on the ground as both of them followed Mikoto towards the upper floors of the dormitory.

"You two can stay here for the time being until we find this Lucias person, don't worry we'll make it our top priority so that both of you can return back to his side"

She said before taking out 2 uniforms out of her closet and giving it to the two girls standing inside her room.

"You two haven't showered for the past few days right? You can wear those clothes after you finish bathing, I'll go on ahead since I have to make a report"

"T-thank you for your hospitality, Mikoto-san"

"It's not a big deal, then see you two later"

She says before hurriedly leaving the room, while both Valerie and Mukuro unfolded the uniform on their hands to see if it will fit their size.

"This is the perfect size for me"

The 9 year old Valerie sweetly smiled before placing her sight on the frowning Mukuro.

"This uniform shall not fit Muku, t's a did bite too tight in the chest area"

"Is this her little sister's uniform?"

"I think not, her stature is thy perfect fit for this uniform"

"... Let's not mention this in front of her, Mukuro-san"

"???"

-with Kurumi, Flandre, and Tohka-

"Hoh... Lucias Frey, huh... I guess we can discuss a cooperation with him, I don't really want to stay in this dimension anymore"

Ains muttered while rubbing his chin with his bony finger while staring at the 2 girls in front of him with his eyeless sockets.

"Ara Ara, that's wonderful to hear, Ains" (Kurumi)

"But... he needs to come here to discuss about the cooperation, I can't really go there myself or else the floor guardians will get really agitated... especially Albedo" (Ains)

"Hmm... That's a bit of a problem, Ains since we can't really contact our allies from the other dimensions... I don't think my clones in our dimension will be able to convey my message since we're entirely separate entities, and they're all from the past timelines" (Kurumi)

"Then I shall wait here until he comes since if what your saying about his personality was true, he will surely go to this dimension and aid the 3 of you for your quest" (Ains)

"Well, that may be true but it might take a long time since I have no idea whether or not he has finished his quest yet... and I don't think he has the ability to travel to another dimension" (Kurumi)

"... That's a shame then, I don't know how to fully convince them... I don't think my death knights will be counted since their loyalty will be always be aimed towards me, their summoner" (Ains)

"I see... then that's a shame then, it looks like we have to find some other way to recruit allies... This maybe our last time seeing each other Ains since we have to leave and try to search for other potential allies" (Kurumi)

"Can't I just mind control skeleton-san" (Flandre)

"I don't think that a good idea, Flan" (Tohka)

"Thank you for taking care of us in the past week, Ains if you need any help in the future, you can just call my name. My clones will deliver the message to me while we travel" (Kurumi)

"You can stay here for a while if you want, we'll provide everything that you'll need for your journey as a farewell gift from me" (Ains)

"Then... We'll take you up on that offer" (Kurumi)

"Are we leaving skeleton-san?" (Flandre)

"Yes, we're going on an adventure Flan, so that we can meet Onii-chan again" 

Kurumi answered while rubbing her head with an innocent smile on her face before facing Ains once more to say their goodbyes.

"Then, let our path mee-"

She stopped as she felt a familiar yet incredibly powerful aura coming from outside the headquarters causing a wide grin to form on her beautiful face as she stared fixedly at the shocked Ains in front of her.

"It seems like we still have a way to form the cooperation, Ains" (Kurumi)

"Don't tell me this aura..." (Ains)

"Indeed, it's one of our allies... One of the most powerful in fact"

She said before a soft, emotionless voice called out on top of them before the ceiling broke into pieces as two figures landed down inside Ains' office.

"ANYONE CALLED FOR SOME REINFORCEMENTS!?"

The red haired woman shouted in a loud voice causing her feminine voice to echo through the halls of The Great Tomb of Nazarick, alerting all of the members as they hurriedly made their way towards his office.

"Shut up, baka-red"

A gothic Lolita says in annoyance while staring at the other figure just beside her with a frown before she looked around the entire room as her sight landed on the shocked skeleton on the chair.

"Skeleton?"

She stared at Ains with her cold, lifeless eyes while tilting her head before placing her sight on the 3 figures they were looking for.

"Found you"

"Oh! It's Ophis-chan!!"

"How come no one greeted me?"

The red haired girl asked in annoyance before all of them felt a sudden surge of incredible killing intent coming outside of the room, causing both Kurumi and Tohka to reflexively take out their angels.

"Sandalphon!"

Tohka shouted as a throne appeared inside the room. She then climbed the throne and grabbed the handle on top of it before pulling it out, revealing a large sword before she swung it down, slicing the throne in half as it broke into pieces, plastering itself towards the large two handed sword on her hand.

"Zafkiel!"

Kurumi says causing large clock appeared behind her back as two flintlocks appeared in each of her hand, before pointing it towards the door with a large smirk on her face.

"It seems like we aren't welcomed here, Ophis" (Great Red)

"If you stopped, creating a, ruckus then, none of this, should've have, happened" (Ophis)

"You're no fun, Ophis" 

"Ains-sama!!"

Several voices shouted in unison as soon as they entered the room in a battle stance, angrily looking at the 2 new figures inside the room and the 2 girls that they took in, pointing their weapons at their direction.

"So we we're right, you two are nothing but ungrateful bitches who will bite the hands that fed them" (Albedo)

"Ara Ara, I'm sorry, but I'm quite sensitive to killing intent. Also, if you don't trust us, why should I trust any of you? Well, except you Ains" (Kurumi)

"I will not allow anyone to hurt my friends" (Tohka)

"We're going to fight? Sounds Fun!" (Flandre)

"Huh? So this pipsqueaks are trying to challenge me?" (Great Red)

"Don't cause, trouble, Baka-red" (Ophis)

-with Yoshinon and Yamai Sisters-

"... We're lost"

"Agree: Indeed we are lost"

Yuzuru responded as the 3 of them walked through the wide forest for an entire 2 weeks straught without ever knowing when will they get out.

"W-what should we do?" (Yoshino)

"Report: Yuzuru thinks we're walking around in circles. We have been passing this broken tree 10 times already" (Yuzuru)

"Should we move towards the East? It's the only direction we haven't tried yet" (Kaguya)

"Can't you two just fly to see where we are?" (Yoshino)

"Y-Yoshino..." (Yoshinon)

"... Why didn't we think of that?" (Kaguya)

"Comment: How embarrassing" (Yuzuru)

Both of them blushed in embarrassment before summoning their astral dress to try and fly to the sky to help them navigate out of the forest.

"I'll be the one to check where we are, Yuzuru stay here and protect Yoshinon" (Kaguya)

"Affirmative" (Yuzuru)

She nodded her head before walking closer to Yoshinon but stopped moving when both of them felt several figures surrounding their location.

"State your business for entering our territory?"

A feminine voice asked while appearing on top of the tree, revealing a delicate looking young girl with a messy black hair with two red ribbons tied to its side wearing a traditional black kimono standing above the tree.

"Don't worry we meant no harm, we're just trying to get out of this forest" (Kaguya)

"That's what they all say"

The girl commented before disappearing from the tree before several figures coming out of the shadows attacked causing Kaguya to swing her giant Lance around her body to protect herself from the attacks while Yuzuru heavily injured the other figure's limbs to immobilise their movement with her pendulum.

"Tch..."

The young girl clicked her tongue before moving at high speed behind Yuzuru as she performed an axe kick towards her location, but to her surprise, the little girl froze half of her body almost instantly before she spread her ice around their area. Freezing the figures' feet on to the ground.

"Good Job, Yoshinon"

Kaguya praised while giving her a thumbs up causing Yoshinon to shyly avert her face from them.

"Now then let's see who attacked us... Wait... they're... not alive"

Kaguya commented as she looked around their attackers and found out that all of them except the young girl are lifeless as their prosthetics hanged on their body.

"Puppets?"

She muttered as a loud voice came from behind her coming from the black haired girl that Yoshinon froze.

"Let Yaya go!!"
