STRANGER

Lim kept on staring at her, lost in thoughts.

Seeing his expression Aliya guessed that he was among those stalkers who follow her every move.

Aliya sighed and was about to go back when the stranger finally woke up from his daydream and asked.

"Will you be free for dinner?"

Aliya turned back at him with arched brows

' What a brave pest ' She thought.

Seeing her expression Lim d coded to rephrase his sentence and try his luck one more time.

"I'm new here and don't know anyone, just a friendly dinner..."

"We are not friends" Came the short reply from Aliya.

Lim smiled seeing her reaction.

"Neighbors then?" Lim said again

"No" came the reply from Aliya.

"Was that for my dinner invitation or...."

"both" came her reply.

seeing the he understood her statement she turned back and strolled back to her condo.

She stepped into her condo, which was cold as usual.

The lights were off but she could still find her way around her condo.

She stepped into the bathroom, pulled off her clothes piece by piece and then she let the coldness of the water engulf her body making her shiver a little but she didn't mind. She came out of the shower with a towel around her body.

Her hair was still dripping wet making her look like a goddess that just emerged from the ocean.

She walked to her closet and picked up a black pencil straight gown, knee length. and matched it with a black high heel, not too high.

Aliya was already blessed with height so she didn't need the shoe but for the sake off her gown she put it on.

She dried her black silky shoulder length hair and let it fall down. She then added a little make-up, Aliya was already blessed with natural beauty so the make-up was not needed.

She added a touch of pink lipstick. Giving her a casual and classy look. Aliya then grabbed her purse and made her way outside her condo heading to the parking lot.

A pair of eyes followed her as she made her way towards her car and they didn't live until her small figure entered the car and drove off.

Aliya parked her car and walked out, Her usual coldness engulfed her and her demeanor changed. Her eyes were in their usual state not giving anything away.

Aliya walked towards the hospital not bothering with the stares she was getting, fear, jealousy.

She had gotten used to it and it didn't seem to bother her anymore.

She walked towards the private Elevator which was reserved for the head of departments.

'Ding' hearing the sound of the elevator Jane quickly straightened and brought out the coffee she had bought for her boss.

Aliya walked out of the elevator and stretched out her hand and Jane seeing the signal understood the gesture and placed the coffee on her palm.

She had been Her secretary for years now, and she already able to understand how her boss operates. First she asks for coffee and then..

"Report" Came the quick words from Aliya as she made her way towards her office door.

" You have a meeting scheduled 30 minutes from now, and an appointment with one off your patients, you also..."

As Jane kept on talking Aliya just walked towards her chair and then her gaze was drawn to her laptop.
