Hearing Carla's voice Aakesh stopped in his steps. He then put Clara down on the ground that he had just cleared, using another one of his Apocalyptic Blast.

Carla stayed frozen for a few seconds, and then finally, movement happened as her left eagle claws moved.

Time flew by.

Carla finally opened her eyes after losing consciousness for a span of days.

Carla hurriedly looked around her after opening her eyes, searching for Aakesh. When she found Aakesh not far from her, blasting the snow spread around, she heaved a sigh of relief.

She then focused on the environment around her, only to find that she had no idea whether they had moved or not since everything was engulfed in snow as far as she could see.

She also had no idea how much time had passed when she was unconscious.
