The sudden explosion knocked the two combatants to opposite sides while a large cloud of magma and smoke erupted in the sky.

When the smoke subsided, the current picture of the battle presented itself. Elia was lying with negligible parts of her body remaining, while the same was the case for the beast. But in comparison between the two, the beast was the one that looked to be the victor of the battle.

But if the battle only demanded physicality, then strong physical races would have been the only remaining races. It also required the will to fight and the tenacity to survive.

Even though Elia was unable to fight any longer, she still couldn't give up on the battle. Whatever remained of her eyelids were turning heavy, while her mouth could no longer make a sound due to her burnt throat. She tried to remember the scene of her husband self-exploding to make her aware and survive the onslaught.
