Slight Animosity

As we walked Runihura would constantly try to hold my hand. He intended for it to look like an accident but I did not believe someone could fully take your hand in his then proceed to interlock your fingers as an accident. "Runihura," I hissed, "Have you forgotten which country we are in?"

"Nothing will happen," he grinned, "This walk is very romantic."

"You just mentioned a few minutes ago that we are not in America," I frowned, "And last time I checked I never gave you consent to touch me."

"Very well since consent seems to be your favorite word. May I please hold your hand Pharai?"

"No."

He gasped and waved his hands, "Then what is the point of asking if you are just going to say no."

"Because I will do it on my own free will."

"So you're saying there will be a day I will be allowed to hold your hand," he grinned.
