All the uchiha has less chakra, but Ryu got 7 times chakra, if he activates sharingan, he wont suffer from chakra loss, due to high chakra regeneration from Indra's blood.

Blazing meteors is used by Jonin konohamaru, which is powerful, small and more in quantity which can be more useful in battles than fire ball Jutsu.

Chaotic petals and Deep Flame Explosion is blue and black in color and have more temperature similar to Scorch Release.

Ryu practiced a huge amount of time into ninjutsu in fire and wind release techniques and huge deal with Sun dance Halo.

Constantly practicing fire style made him very proficient with Fire Release: Blazing Meteors and Demon Lantern technique.

The demon lantern technique is very lethal in usage of battle, we can control the amount of explosion in the technique with chakra.

Ryu ended up competing 35 D-rank mission, 37 C-rank mission and 3 B-rank missions and become popular

Which ends up Lord 3rd to give B rank Bandit extermination to Ryu, which was accompanied with 2 chunins and 3 genins including himself.
