The little boy sniffled while he sat on the cold stone floor with his legs sprawled to the sides.
"Don't be scared," the rabid vampires spoke to him, but it only aggravated the little boy further.
He screamed and cried uncontrollably.
The rabid vampires were out of their wits and could only turn to their master for some words of advice.
"Leave him," was all Aiden had to say. "When he gets tired, he will calm down."
The rabid vampires followed Aiden's instruction and stopped fussing over their little visitor. Gradually, the latter began to calm down and take his new environment in.
He was afraid of Victor who had the ghastly scar across his neck, but he was even more afraid of Aiden, who, according to him, looked like a demon that hailed from the deepest layer of hell.
Many times when Aiden walked by, he shrieked out of terror and burst into tears.
The boy only stopped crying once Aiden wore his sunglasses again.
