Blood Must Have Blood Part 2

Shadow POV

We rushed towards the back door and unlocked it to see Octavia and Clarke. Octavia turned on her heel. "Bellamy!" She gasped, wrapping her arms around her brother. Jasper and Monty walked out behind us. "Sha.." Octavia then hugs me tightly before seeing Monty and Jasper. I walked over to Clarke as Maya comes out in a Hazmat suit. "It's alright, she's with us" Jasper tells Octavia. "Where's your army?" I asked Clarke. "Gone. Just like yours" Clarke tells me. I sigh "Say you have a plan" Clarke begged me. "Not really..." I informed her. "We need to talk to Dante. Maya says he's in quarantine" I explained. "Clarke!" Jasper rushed over to her and hugged her tightly, Monty following soon after. Beep beep! Beep beep! Jasper rushed over to Maya. "Damn it! Thirty minutes. We just changed it. That can't be right" Jasper shakes his head. "Um...it's her last tank" Jasper tells us. "Okay. We'll find you another one" Clarke tells Maya. "All the supplemental oxygen is on level 5" Maya explained to her. "Then we have to get you to level 5" Jasper stared. "Five isn't safe for any of us" I pointed out. "We'll take the trash chute again. It'll work" Jasper suggested. "To get in maybe. But Mayas right. Every shoulder in this mountain is there" I pointed out. "We'll never make it" I added. "We can do this" Jasper says. "We'll split up" Jasper suggested. "Okay you guys go for Dante...Jasper and I will help Maya" Octavia says.

Izzy POV

I'm chained to the wall in front of Miller as a man drills into another on the table. His screams make my ears ring and my stomach turn. Guards bring people into the room "On their knees!" They ordered before pushed them down on the floor. Cage Wallace entered the room and looked all around at our people chained to the wall. "Did we take any loses?" Cage asked the guard. "Not as many as they did, Sit. But I'm afraid I'm the only one left who's been cured" The guard stated. "Some of the kids are still missing. If you'd like I can take a team in hazmat well sweep the other levels" he suggested. "No, no more wasted lives" Cage tells him. "In 48 hours we will all be on the ground" he says. "Take off their hoods" he ordered. Each person gets their hood off. "Dad?" Miller asked. "Nate!" His dad tried to get up but a guard knocked him down. "Dad!!!" My heart sank as I see Marcus Kane on his knees. Then Abby Griffin kneeled next to him. "Elizabeth?!" My dad shouted. "Izzy?!" Abby shouted. "What's wrong with your people!!!" I screamed at Cage, fighting against the chains. "Where's my other daughters?" Abby asked. "She's talking about Clarke and Shadow" the guard tells Cage. Cage stepped towards Abby and I knit my brows together. Abby? She's our mother? "I'm sorry it had to come to this..." Cage tells Abby before walking away. The man continues to scream before stopping. "He's dead" the doctor says.it's okay. We've already got the marrow" the other one tells him as Abby and my father are chained to the wall. "Guards. We need another one" the doctor shouted. "She's next..." the guard turned to Raven. "No! No! Take me. Don't touch her!" Wick ordered. "Raven!" I screamed as the guard shocked her. "Don't touch her!" Wick shouted louder as the shocked her again. "Raven!!!" I screamed as they take her away. Ravens eyes then open and she grabbed a hold of the guard and bites his ear off. "Stop! Get off her!" I screamed as more guards begin straining her down before shocking her once again. The guard ripped her jeans before starting up the drill and jamming it into her knee. She doesn't scream at first but when she begins to I start sobbing. Her screams echo loudly through the mountain.

Shadow POV

We entered into Dante room and he shot up. "Hello, Clarke" he says to her. "Sir, we need your help again" I say to him. "It's okay. I took out the camera from the junction box in the hall" Monty says. "We can talk freely" Monty adds. "No one's watching anyway" Dante tells us. "Thanks to you. They're all on level five" Dante added. "You're not..." I pointed out. "No...I'm not" he says. "Please we don't have much time" Bellamy pointed out. "We need a way to get our people out without killing everyone" Bellamy says to him. Dante says quiet and I scoffed. "He's not gonna help us..." I shake my head. "You cut the power, risking the lives of everyone in this mountain, my people...even the ones who helped you" Dante hissed out. "We knew they'd be safe on level five" Clarke tells him. "We made sure not to destroy the turbines so you could repair them!" Clarke raised her voice. "We're the good guys here! Not you!" I approached him, standing next to Clarke. "Tell me. If we released your people and theirs what would have happened to mine?" Dante asked me. I turned on my heel to Monty. "Can you get us into the command center? We need to see what's happening on level 5" I tell Monty. "No problem" Monty says. "Let's go!" Bellamy grabbed Dante by the arm. "You're gonna help us whether you like it or not" Bellamy tells him.

We walked carefully through the halls before turning a corner. "I told you, there's no one here" Dante tells Clarke again. "Sorry if we don't take your word for it" I scoffed. "Why aren't you with your people on Level 5?" Clarke asked him. "After what I've done. They can be free. I can't" Dante tells her as we stopped at the command center door. "Deliverance comes at a cost. I bear it so they don't have to" Dante tells her. "It wasn't Cage..." I hissed out. "It was your idea to make the deal with the Grounders" I stated. He nodded and the silence could be cut with a knife. "We're in. Got them" Monty says. We stepped into the room, Bellamy went first. "It's clear...He was telling the truth" Bellamy says. "That's a first..." I scoffed. "Let's get the monitors up" Clarke advised us. Monty brings ho the monitors. "Command center is live" Monty tells us. I see the horrible sight of doctors drilling to Raven on the table. "Is that Raven?" I gasped. Monty turned the camera and I see our people. My sister "Clarke...." I gulped down. I pointed to our mother and my father chained to the wall. "Mom?" She whispered. "This can't be happening..." I shoved down the pain and tears. "Tell them to stop. Now!" Bellamy ordered Dante. "I won't do that" Dante tells him. "Emerson..." Clarke hissed out. Clarke walked over to the walkie, grabbing it from Bellamy hands. "Carl Emerson. Mount weather security detail, come in" She says no emotion in her tone. "Who is this?" He asked. "You know who this is. Give the radio to the president" She ordered him. We watched as he walked out of the dinning area. "This is president Wallace" Cage comes in. "We have your father. If you don't let my people go, we'll kill him" Clarke threatened. "How do I know you have him?" Cage asked. She pressed the button and gestured the walkie to Dante. "Stay the course, Cage" Dante tells Cage. "You won't do it" Cage tells Clarke. I grabbed the walkie from Clarke. "If she won't, I sure will. This ends now! Release my people" I order him. "Can't do that" he tells me. "It would mean the end of our people..." Dante says. Suddenly I whipped around and cocked my gun, aiming it at Dante. "Sha, we need him" Bellamy tells me. "And I need his son to believe me" I hissed. "Don't make me do this" I tell Cage tears forming at my waterline. "Dad, I'll take care of our people" Cage says. Dante turned to me "None of us has a choice here, Shadow" he tells me. "I didn't want this..." I shake my head. "Neither did I..." Dante replied. I squeeze the trigger. BANG! My gun goes off, bullet flying into Dante's chest as I keep a hold on the button. My bottom lips begins to tremble as I watched Dante struggle to breath as his wound bleeds. He then falls over and onto the ground before dying. Bellamy, Clarke and Monty all stared at me in shock. I shoved down the tears "Listen to me very carefully. We will not stop until my people are free. If you don't let them go....We will irradiate level 5" I informed him. Clarke grabbed the walkie "Cage listen to me, I don't want anyone else to die. Stop drilling and we can talk" Clarke tells him. "There must be a way to get us all out of this" She says. We watched as Emerson walked towards our way. "Emerson is coming" Clarke says. "They deactivated my key card. Can you do that to his?" Bellamy asked Monty. "That one's easy" Monty tells us. "Where's he going?" I asked as I watched Cage walk in the dining room. He then made his way to the dorm. "Monty, can you do it?" Clarke asked him. "Can you irradiated the level?" I asked him. "I can do it" Monty tells us. "Wait a second, Shadow, Clarke. We need to think about this. There are kids in there" Bellamy reminded me. "I know!" I hissed. "And people who helped us" Bellamy reminded me. "Well, then please! Give us a better idea!" I begged. We watched as they take Raven off the table and grabbed my sister. My heart sinks and tears form at my waterline. "What have I done?" I choked out. "Hey! If we don't this. There no going back" Bellamy tells us as we watched them drill into our mother. "Figure it out" Clarke ordered Monty.

"Now what?" Bellamy asked as two people run down a hallway. We watched as Octavia kills one, two guards. "They got to get out of there" Bellamy says. Bang! "He's here" Clarke tells us. "Jasper...they caught him" Monty tells us and I looked over at the screen to see them bringing Jasper into the dorm. We watched as the guard surrounded Octavia and Maya in the mess hall. "Why are you stopping?!" I yelled at Monty. "Because I did it. All we have to do is pull this..." Monty says as he pointed to the lever in front of him. "Hatches and vents will open and the scrubbers reverse pulling in the outside air" Monty explained. "Emerson is going to blow the door" Bellamy takes out his gun. "Clarke we're out of time!" I yelled at her. Clarke and I reached for the lever but we both paused as we watched the camera. "My sister...my responsibility" Bellamy whispered. "We have to save them..." I choked out. Bellamy placed his hand on top of mine and Clarke's. "Together...." Bellamy whispered. The three of us pull the lever down and the monitors begin beeping. An alarm blares through the air as we begin watching all the people in the dorm falling in the ground. My heart sank to see everyone dying, gasping for air. The guilt hit me, everyone of their people dead. "Let's go get our people..." Clarke says.

We walked into the dinning room to see everyone dead, kids and adults and it hit me. We walked through the dinning are to see Jasper holding Mayas dead body. "What did you do?" Jasper sobbed. "W-we had no choice" I tell him. "I was gonna kill Cage. If you'd just given me one more minute, it would've been over" Jasper hissed out. "Jasper...They never would've stopped" Bellamy pointed out. "We have to go to the dorm" I tell them. I stopped around Jasper and Clarke and Bellamy followed me. I walked in to see Izzy and Marcus helping Abby up from the table. "Mom?" Clarke gasped before rushing over to her. "Sha!" Marcus turned his head. I didn't care, I ran towards him tightly. "Dad...." I checked out, sobbing into his chest. "We tried..." I sobbed into him as he held me close. "We tried to be the good guys..." I tell him. "Maybe their are no good guys..." Abby tells us. I hug Marcus tighter before walking over to the table to see Abby crying over Izzy. "No!" I screamed, fighting against my dad as he grabbed me. "Ahhhh!" I wailed as I see my sister was dead. "W-what...did I do?!" I screamed. My heart has broken all over again, my sister was now gone. I turned around and hugged Abby. "Hey..." she smiled, touching my face. "I'm so sorry..." I sobbed and she brought me into a hug. "It's alright..." she tells me as the four of us cried for the loss of Izzy. A sister, a daughter and a best friend. I pulled from Abby. Not being able to see it anymore and begin walking over to Bellamy. "Where's Cage?" Octavia asked. We all looked around but I didn't see him.

It's daylight when we returned to Camp Jaha. A few guards haul Abby in as everyone in the camp shouts and chatters. I walked along with Bellamy as everyone got inside the camp "I'm sorry about Izzy" Bellamy whispered. "She'd want you to have this" He hands held Izzy locket and I keep my cries deep inside. I look over my shoulder to see Monty hugging Clarke. I walked over to her and Bellamy followed. Monty walked away as I reached her. "I think we deserve a drink" Bellamy joked. "Have sole for me" Clarke tells us. "Hey...we're going to get through this" Bellamy tells her. "I'm not going on.." Clarke says. "Clarke...if you need forgiveness....I'll give you that to you" I whispered to her. "You're forgiven" I say. "Please...come inside" I begged her. "You two take care of them for me?" Clarke suggested. "Clarke..." Bellamy says in a hard tone. "Seeing their faces everyday is just gonna remind me of what I did to get them here" Clarke choked out. "What we did!" I hissed at her. "The three of us..." I reminded her. "You don't have to do this alone" Bellamy says. "I bear it, so they don't have to" Clarke says the same thing Dante said to her. My bottom lips quivers uncontrollably "Clarke...." I choked out. "Where are you gonna go?" I asked her. "I don't know" she shakes her head before pulling Bellamy and me both into a hug. I wrapped my arms around her and Bellamy does the same and I begin to cry. "May we meet again..." Clarke choked out. She then let us both go before walking away. I sighed "May we meet again..." I then can't look as I begin walking into the camp where our people now are home.
