Temari opened her war fan and immediately sent what could equivale to an A-ranked wind jutsu in Blizzard's direction

she was clearly not amused by Blizzard's little joke

Blizzard didn't even move to dodge, which immediately sent so e alarms to Temari's head

She had almost not been fast enough to dodge Blizzard's first attack, to say she was not fast enough to dodge her own? BULLSHIT!

and her assumptions were proven correct when her attack passed by Blizzard and did... nothing

'N-No way...' Temari's thoughts almost froze (badumts)

'S-She ignored it?!' Her mind raced to find a reason, a solution, an effect that Blizzard was hiding, anything, but asides from messing with Blizzard's hair, her attack truly seemed... useless

"The wind is so nice today..." Blizzard muttered while basking in Temari's attack like it was just an everyday wind

"Tch"

'this girl... and who would call such a cold day-'

Temari's eyes widened, and a metaphorical lamp shined above her head

'That's it! cold! she made the air cold to mess with my attack!' Temari deducted

immediately she noticed that the ground where Blizzard stood was a bit cracked

Blizzard had indeed made the air colder, and that resulted in the attack going downwards

normally that wouldn't really be possible, even to an ice release user, but [Hel, lord of ice] didn't control only ice, but cold

the cold air was also controlled by it

But this revelation didn't help Temari in the slightest

this only meant she couldn't use wind attacks, or this situation would just repeat itself...

'So be it!' She immediately steeled herself

Taijutsu is not her main skill, but she would be damned if she became a kage and didn't pick up one skill or two

Rushing at Blizzard who had her eyes closed 'basking in the wind' Temari pulled no punches

closing her war fan and using it like a bat, she swung it at Blizzard

'A clone!' Temari immediately guessed

thinking quickly, she could only kick back, where Blizzard was most probably at since her attack not hitting anything messed up her balance

but there was nothing behind her

Temari's eyes widened as she felt her fan getting colder and colder

with one leg in the air, and her balance all but lost, the only thing she could do was drop the fan and jump back, using her other leg

Temari landed a few meters away from Blizzard, who was holding the now-frozen fan in her hands

*Crack CRACK*

*Shatter*

She pressed her hand and made the whole fan shatter, making Temari frown

this was unnecessary, after freezing her fan, it was already useless to her

so either her opponent was showing off... or she was not experienced in combat...

both are things she can use to get an advantage

'But, which one is it?'

Onoki looked down at the laughing girl with an angry expression

'This stupid BRAT!' He screamed internally

but he didn't shout it like he wanted, with the other kages here, he didn't want to lose his temper against a kid, he would become a laughing stock!

he couldn't know that the other kages may be in even more danger than him...

he deactivated his flying jutsu (I know it is earth style, but he wouldn't shout the name of the jutsu)and fell on the ground creating a dust cloud

from the dust cloud, two Onoki's left running to each side

"Nyahaha, you wanna play tag?" Touka laughed at Onoki, in her eyes, he was too slow

Immediately Touka became two, and each one went after an Onoki

in front of both Onoki's earth walls rose, trying to protect his 2 selves

both Toukas charged themselves with electricity, and since Raiton has always been Doton's weakness, both of them went through the walls like a hot knife through butter

'Earth style: Rock fist' Both Onokis punched against the Toukas

Both Toukas willed to Dodge, and so their bodies did

bending their backs, letting the fists pass right above them, the elasticity of a cat proved to be very useful to them

But instead of worrying, both Onokis smirked

Both of his clones showed their stony faces before exploding shortly after

Lightning user or not, there was no way to dodge such close-range explosions

Onoki slowly rose from the ground, where he was hiding using earth style: hiding like a mole jutsu

"Humpf, younglings these days..." He snorted, already taking Touka for dead

He clapped his hands, activating his jutsu again, starting to float up when suddenly

[Darkness]

The real Touka rose from his shadow and with a lightning-charged claw attack, cut Onoki's arm off!

"Nya! he dodged..." Touka exclaimed as Onoki dodged her attack at the last second, losing his arm instead of being cut in two

Onoki though didn't even scream, he immediately floated down, touched the ground, and made some stone bind his injury, to stop the bleeding

"Ungh..."

He stared at Touka with hate in his eyes

"You..." He said in a low tone, anger seeping through his teeth as he spoke

"Ah, right! It's on you, nya!" Touka 'realized' she didn't say anything when she 'tagged' Onoki

"Don't...

DON'T YOU DARE MOCK ME!" Onoki exploded in anger, his face in front of the other kages being the last thing he was concerned about right now

A rushed at Nagato, disregarding Konan

Which immediately proved to be the wrong choice, since as soon as he got close to Nagato, a few dozen paper shurikens shot at him

this time, he wasn't going to dodge, to test if they could penetrate his lightning cloak, but

speaking of Karin, she was back in the 'bunker' of Uzushio, making sure the sealing barrier kept everyone safe

Rimuru didn't want even one person to die at their side... even though he didn't quite know why he wished so...

A immediately rushed at Nagato again, this time, taking note of Konan's paper shurikens

Normally he couldn't pay attention to two enemies at once, but the lightning chakra running throughout his body enhanced his reaction time greatly

The adamantine chains behind Nagato immediately shot towards A

A dodged the first chain, using his enhanced reflexes and his insane speed, but the second chain was right behind the first

A punched the chain head-on, this didn't throw the chain back as he expected but instead changed its trajectory to hit behind him

Deciding that was better than nothing, he charged again, and the last 2 chains immediately appeared in his vision

"Hell stab" A used his famous hell stab jutsu, with 4 fingers on each hand, and made a karate chop motion, he expected the chains to be thrown down, like the other one

but to his surprise, the chains easily coiled around his arms, draining his chakra!

That's right, Nagato's adamantine chains mutated in the time he had the rinnegan, and they got the abilities of the six paths! albeit, a lot weaker than when he had the Rinnegan... and I mean a LOT weaker

but that was enough

A tried to get rid of the chains, but his arms refused to move

"What-?" He asked in confusion

He could barely move his head, looking behind him, just to see many black markings leaving the points where the chain he dodged and 'reflected' landed

'IT WAS A TRAP!' A immediately understood that he was been had by Nagato

he looked back to his enemies just in time to see Konan launch a few dozen paper shurikens at him from her... wings? paper wings, yes...

A's expression darkened

'I didn't want to do that... but...'

"Bee! NOW!"

Nagato's eyes widened, he didn't expect that Kumogakure's jinchurikki was also here

he saw barely a shadow of something moving against Konan, and immediately retracted his chains, wrapping them around Konan

Mei looked around her, many ninjas with blank eyes surrounded her, with Cooper standing behind them

'I can't break his genjutsu...' she frowned when she noticed after the nth try

"Now that you have finally stopped trying to break the illusion" Cooper started

"What do you want?" Mei interrupted him

she expected the other kages to quickly finish their fights and help her out of the genjutsu, but with every passing second she noticed that either her enemy could manipulate time in the illusion

which, albeit incredibly rare... is not unheard of

or the other kages are fighting very strong opponents and can't help her

which she would be more inclined to believe in, given her current situation...

'But what about the jinchurrikkis?' She thought, confused

"My, my... impatient are we?

But I do have to applaud you, for both your conjectures are mostly right" Cooper said, his formal tone unnerving Mei

"You can read my mind?!" She exclaimed, alarmed

"But of course!

Inside my illusion, I can do anything" Cooper said while extending his arms, making Mei look at the blank eyes ninjas she ignored before

"I am a fair man, and I wouldn't just trap you in an illusion without chances of escaping, so here is the deal

If you manage to kill me... let's say 1000 times, you win, and I free you from the illusion, how does that sound?" Cooper said with a smile

had Blizzard been here, she would have immediately called him out on his 'creepy smile', but Mei had no way of knowing that

"That seems easy" She commented, trying to rile Cooper up

Genjutsu users need every bit of concentration they can get, getting even a bit angry can make their genjutsu show weak spots that she could use to escape

"While I do endorse your attempt, I must sadly inform you that it won't work" Cooper told her

"Tch"

Mei immediately took a fighting instance, since she had no other way, she must play his games for now

"Oh, right. I forgot to tell you something"

Cooper said as if realizing something

"Don't tell me you want to go back on your word?" Mei once again tried to rile Cooper up, but this time, he didn't even deem that worthy of a reply

"Any damage you take on the illusion will reflect upon your real body, so..."

Imitating Rimuru, Cooper snapped his fingers, and immediately the blank-eyed ninjas all turned to stare at Mei, all at the same time, their eyes glowing red

'Okay, that's a bit scary...' She thought, cold sweat starting to appear on her forehead

"Try to not expire too quickly, please" Cooper said with a big grin
