Terror Infinity: Monster

"Want to know the meaning of life? Want to live… a real life?" It all started with this unassuming message. Most people would ignore it, clicking ‘No’ by instinct more than careful consideration. But for those unfortunate enough to click on ‘Yes’, a whole new world unfolds before them. Several, if they are talented. All so they may experience… Terror Infinity.

[Homelander's POV]

"Is this a fucking Ching Chong?"

I felt like rolling my eyes at her words, I was getting a little tired of her Nazi bullshit. I liked her, it felt like being with Maeve all over again, I can fuck her without holding back. And she gets me, in a way a lower being can't.

So I simply replied, "We don't know, but this could be a problem. We don't know their agenda, but they are a real threat."

I had faced Soldier Boy myself, and if this guy had managed to almost kill William, then he was serious trouble. Of course, they were weaker than me. But still, they could be a problem.

Aya cut in, "We don't know what their exact goals are, but I heard from a very reliable source that they aren't allies. Once they deal with Soldier Boy, they will be coming for you."

For me? How dare they!

Stormfront didn't seem to take the threat seriously however as she said, "Fine, we will consider it. Now piss back off to your island."

Aya looked like she was ready to attack Stormfront, and while I was curious about who would win in a fight between the two, she ended up looking at me, and said, "I think the best course of action would be to make a temporary alliance with Soldier Boy and his group, to put an end to these guys."

Electricity started dancing between Stormfront's fingers as she threatened Aya, "Did I stutter?"

Aya looked at Stormfront dangerously, before walking out. I saw how her fists were clenched through the wall as she reached the elevator.

But I had my focus broken as Stormfront grabbed my groin, and purred seductively, "I missed you."

The moment was broken by a small cough however. Both of us turned around, and saw Julius, still standing in the corner of the room.

I was about to dismiss him, when Stormfront approached him.

"This is a fine specimen… how did we never meet?"

She started patting his body, her fingers tracing his abs and groping different parts of his body, including his groin. I felt a pang of… was it jealousy? No, impossible. I don't feel jealous.

Julius, on the other hand, looked uncomfortable as he said, "I should be leaving."

Stormfront grabbed him by the groin however, keeping him in place as she said, "You two look surprisingly similar, actually."

I was too focused on her grabbing him by his man parts to look however as I nodded absentmindedly. Is she going to let go now?

And as the uncomfortable feeling settled in, I finally remembered what we had been talking about before Stormfront's arrival, and my eyes turned cold as I asked, "You did not answer my question earlier, Julius."

I walked around him, my eyes shining red as he stood between us, his heartbeat increasing. Stormfront's gloved hand slipped into his trousers, making my anger rise.

Julius gulped, before saying, "With all due respect, Sir, I do. No one else dares to tell you, but putting The Deep in charge of the Criminal Analytics was a mistake. He is incompetent, and has turned our resources and network completely useless."

I felt the heat propagate from my eyes as I walked around Julius, staring at him in the eyes, pondering on whether I should just blow his head off.

But I hesitated. I liked Julius. I couldn't exactly put my finger on what it was about him that I liked, but it made me reluctant to kill him. So I might as well hear him out.

My eyes turned back blue, while Stormfront asked, "Are you against Homelander's decision to put Supers in charge? Aren't we the ones who know best?" While she spoke, she continued jerking him off. But it's fine. He looks like me, that's why she is doing that. And she is testing him. Yes. It's fine.

Julius looked at Stormfront for a second, before turning back to me. Good, he knows who is charge.

"There are highs and lows in every race. Because most Supers are superior does not mean there aren't failures. I consider The Deep to be one of them."

True. The Deep can get on my nerves some times. And he is quite the moron.

I asked, "What do you propose we do, then?"

Julius blinked, and replied, "Give me the job, and I can ensure efficiency."

That sounds like a good idea.

"That sounds like a good idea."

Julius nodded, and drawing a little closer to Stormfront, he added, "Great. You really are above the common man. I'm glad that I don't have that arrogant Stan Edgar as my boss anymore. You are so much greater than him."

I smiled, patting him on the shoulder, "I appreciate that."

Julius looked at me with a fanatical expression, and in that moment, I understood that to him, I was his God.

Julius closed his eyes and added, "Thank you, Homelander, for giving me the job. I promise I won't disappoint."

I laughed, "I'm sure you won't."

Stormfront took her hand out of Julius' trousers, and said, "We still need Supers to be in charge however, unless we want to give the wrong idea to our employees."

I paused. That's true. But Julius seems like a good fit for the position. What to do?

But while I was pondering the question, Julius suddenly said, "I was one of the people working on your case last year, Stormfront. Couldn't I do the same as you?"

I felt confused for a moment, before I understood. Looking at Julius in surprise, I asked, "You want to be injected with V as an adult? Aren't you afraid of dying? The chances of you living through are very low."

"Abysmally low," Stormfront added, making me send a glare at her. Was she trying to sound smarter than me by using complicated words?

She lowered her head seeing my glare, while Julius replied, "Everything has a cost in this world. Of course there would be risks attached to the opportunity of becoming something greater. But I tire of this… weak, helpless form. I do not fear death, for life as an inferior being is already worse than death."

Both Stormfront and I remained silent, surprised by his views. And now, I finally understood why I liked Julius this much.

Despite being nothing but a weak human, in a sense, he was just like me. We had the same view of life, despite our vastly different levels of life. This made me curious to as what he had experienced to develop this mindset.

Holding out a finger, I said, "Then let's not waste time. Let's do it, right now."

Stormfront stayed close to Julius, which made him look a little uncomfortable, while she said, "Go ahead, bring the V here. We will wait for you here."

I frowned at Stormfront, I was finding her particularly annoying today. Is she really so much of a Nazi that she is ready to jump on the first blond guy with blue eyes?

Shaking my head to myself, I walked off to the 67th floor, where our Compound V was stored.

[Stormfront's POV]

As Homelander finally left, I turned back to examine the technician, Julius. He was tall, muscular, had blue eyes and golden hair. He looked like the perfect specimen we had envisioned so many years ago.

Physically, he was even better than Homelander. Moreover, he had the resolve to see things through. If he survived the injection of Compound V, then he might become the true perfect being.

At first, I believed that to be Homelander, but in the last year I had seen how disinterested he was towards our cause. And his various flaws, which I had ignored at first, only looked more and more glaring.

Taking a deep breath, I took in Julius smell, and was amazed to even find it to be perfect. How had I missed him?

Julius looked at me in the eyes as he said, "We didn't get to introduce each other, but my name is Julius. It is an honor to meet you, after everything I have read about you and what you did."

I smiled, pleased by his words, "Do you agree with the cause?"

Julius tilted his head, "Isn't it the natural order?"

I felt my heart melt as he stood over me, looking deep into my eyes. Despite being able to send a truck flying with a wave of my hand, I felt small in front of him. Small, and wet.
