Mystery Pill

Haru and Rin went to home after resting a bit.Haru was now level 2 and Rin got her first kill.They looted the zombies but other than the red pill only gold dropped from them.'It seems like other than the gold getting other drops are rare.'Thought Haru and looked at her sister smoking a cigarette.

When they entered the house they locked it and reinforced with a couch like the last time.Haru looked at his stat and saw something surprising.

His agility stat went up by one point.It was nothing much but it will surely help Haru live for another day in this cursed doomsday.After looking at his stats Haru wondered if he should distribute his point right now or use it in urgent situations.'I should use them now i can't know if i'll be living for another day so it is meaningless to wait.'

"Put 1 point to strength.2 point to agility and 1 to endurance."Said Haru while looking at himself to find any change.His muscles bulged and veins popped out of them,his muscles tore apart and reconstructed again in a second.His leg was shaking and he was trying his best to not fall.There was only one word to describe the situation he was in.

PAINFUL

After going five minutes of hell, every change in his body stopped like it never happened.Haru went to the bathroom and take a look at his body on the mirror.His six packs were starting to form and his biceps was more bigger than before.Haru looked at his legs and his quadriceps was rock solid.He was quite happy and proud with his body.Before the apocalypse Haru wasn't that fat or thin his body was average.He was working out from time to time though.

Haru started do push ups while Rin was preparing dinner for them.His limit was 93 push ups without a break.He then started to do some sit ups.After the workout Haru felt that he is now familiar with his body and knew it's limits.He gave a last look to his pumped body and went to eat dinner with Rin.

Haru told Rin to distribute her stat points now and get familiar with her new body before tomorrow.He was planning to reach level 3 tomorrow and make Rin level 2.

*BZZT* *BZZT*

"Huh what's going on, what is this sound?"Asked Rin while looking to Haru.

Haru looked to everywhere in the house but couldn't find the source until he found an old radio.The radio was making the voice so Haru played with it's channels.He was getting closer and then he heard a voice.

"To all citizens getting this message, come to City X and look for the military base there.We established a solid base in City X and recruiting awakaners.We will protect all of the children,elderly and disabled person.Army Of The Pykon Government wishes you luck and pay respects."

"Hell no, we won't go to any military base right Rin?"Haru asked to Rin with worry on his face.He wasn't thinking about getting under someones wings and being protected by them.He will be the wing and protect his sister.

Rin knew his brother's worries and consoled him with a smiling face and said"I only wish to be with you brother.I don't want anyone else even if its the apocalypse."

'Ah such a sweet sister i have.I am lucky.'Haru thought and lighted a cigarette.He gave one to Rin too.They smoked and chatted with each other and then Haru took the red pill out of his inventory and put it on the table.

"What is the meaning of running away nii-san if i lose you anyway?Do you think that i can keep on living without you?No way brother, if you die first then i will suicide.Instead use it if you want me to live."Said Rin while sobbing and looking at her brother with red eyes.

Haru was defeated by his younger sister and swallowed the pill without a doubt.Then a familiar feeling took over him.
