Bonus Chapter: A Symbol's Burden.

- 6 years after Kaito awakened his Quirk -

Nezu was currently sitting in the the teacher's lounge in UA. And seated in front of him was a tall and very skinny man with blonde hair and almost pitch-black eyes with blue irises. This was none other than All Might. Though in his true form.

Nezu took a sip of tea which he made himself before asking ''How have you been Toshinori?''

All Might whose real name was Toshinori Yagi replied by saying ''The wounds are almost closed now. I think I'll be able to get back in fighting shape in a few months.''

Nezu just kept a neutral expression and asked ''Are you sure you don't want to retire? I don't think anyone would blame you. You could even take a teaching job at UA. You might even be able to find a successor that way.''

All Might frowned a bit and said ''We already had this conversation Nezu... If I retire then the villains will grow restless and hundreds of thousands of people will get in danger because of it. I can't retire. Not until someone can take my place.''

Nezu just smiled and said ''Alright, I'll respect your wishes. But if you ever reconsider my job offer then just say it. I'll be more than glad to have you teaching my students.''

They talked for a while about simple stuff. All Might complaining the horrible food he was served in the hospital and Nezu just shamelessly bragging about his genius son.

After a minute or so of silence All Might asked ''By the way, how has Young Kaito been?''

Nezu took a small sip from his now refilled tea and said ''He's doing well. Though he keeps asking about you every once in a while and asking when you'd visit again. He misses his Uncle Might.''

All Might just said ''I-I see...'' He really cared about Kaito and even thought about training him to be his successor but Nezu refused and instead told him to wait until Kaito was old enough to make that decision.

''You should visit some time Toshinori. Kaito is mature for his age so I'm sure he'll understand.'' Nezu hated to admit it but Kaito seemed a lot happier when All Might was visiting.

All Might hesitated to answer but finally sighed and said ''I want to visit him, I really do. But that boy looks up to me. He looks up to All Might. If he sees the man he knows as the Symbol of Peace injured or hears that I nearly died then it might effect him mentally. I don't want the futre of a bright boy like him to be hindered because of me Nezu.''

Nezu couldn't help but sigh. All Might's logic wasn't perfect and didn't make much sense but he could see what All Might meant. Seeing your hero being injured can effect people a lot, specially young children.

After a minute of silence Nezu finally said ''I understand. I just wanted to make sure the boy had someone to talk to these days. I've gotten busier and busier by the day and it's only getting worse. I haven't even seen the boy in person in 2 weeks...It makes me worried worried Toshinori. He even started saying his thoughts out loud! I just...I don't know. I want to be there for him but it's hard...''

All Might was just shocked. He never saw this side of Nezu before. Sure he cared about his students but he never worried about them like this.

All Might quickly regained his composure and tried to comfort Nezu by saying ''Don't worry Nezu. Young Kaito is a boy with a strong will, we both saw it first-hand. I'm sure he'll be alright.''

Nezu just smiled slightly and said thanked All Might. He was still worried about Kaito but decided to follow his friend's advice and have faith in his son.

He didn't know this at the time but that faith ended up turning him into a proud father who couldn't stop bragging about his son every 10 minutes. I guess small things do make a difference at some point!
