Battle Trials.

Battle trials. Yup, that's today and Kaito was really excited when he found out. But let's talk about what happened before that first.

The second day at UA went how it usually will for the next 3 years...or so Kaito thought. Homeroom started first with Aizawa telling them important stuff that Kaito rarely ever listened to.

The next 4 periods were spent learning normal High School stuff. Present Mic taught English which Kaito was already fluent in because of his previous life, Cementoss taught Modern Literature which was pretty boring, Midnight taught History which almost every guy in the class paid attention to and Ectoplasm taught Mathematics which Kaito just slept through after solving the first few equations thrown at him in 10 seconds.

After that they were given a lunch period which lasted for 50 minutes. And during those 50 minutes Kaito ate almost all the food and made the chef Lunch Rush cook even more food so other students wouldn't starve.

All in all, it was eventful. He made Izuku, Denki and Kirishima question his stupidity, ignored Midnight and became the greatest opponent that Lunch Rush had ever faced.

But now we're here in the 5th period where All Might suddenly burst through the door and yelled ''I AM...COMING THROUGH THE DOOR LIKE A NORMAL PERSON!''

You know the usual after this. Pretty much everyone was fanboying over All Might and making Izuku seem only slightly weird.

All Might walked to the teacher's podium, exaggerating each step before turning to the class and saying ''I will be teaching you all the basics of being a hero. You'll all be learning how to be a Hero so without waiting any longer let's get into what we'll be doing today.''

All Might then struck a dramatic pose before pointing his palm forward and revealing a card that had 'Battle' written on it in large red letters while stating ''We'll be doing Battle Trials!''

Right after that declaration All Might went and slapped the left wall and suddenly racks with metal briefcases that were numbered from 1 to 20 came out.

''These briefcases have Costumes that were made based on your Quirks and the requests you sent in! They're numbered based the same way your seats are so put yours' on and quickly get to Ground Beta!'' After All Might said everyone went to grab their assigned briefcases and made a dash to the locker rooms.

A few minutes later, everyone arrived at Ground Beta in their hero costumes. Not that many of them were too interesting besides a few.

Iida looked like some knight, Bakugo looked like Typhlosion (that one pokemon.), Izuku looked like a disturbing rabbit-human and the invisible girl whose name was Toru Hagakure was just naked...and yes Kaito can see her but chooses to never look in her direction.

And speaking of Kaito, he looked really out of place when compared to everyone else since he just wore black cargo shorts and a white sleeveless vest.

Kaito couldn't come up with a design he liked that would also keep up with his stretching so he instead opted to take a page from Luffy's book and came up with this.

Anyways, after everyone was there All Might just complimented their costumes before saying ''Most of the time you'll see Heroes fighting Villains outdoors but if you looked at the data then you'll find that Villains commit most of their atrocious acts indoors where it's harder to fight them. That is why, for this class you will be split into Villains and Heroes for 2v2 indoor battles.''

All Might then went on to explain the rules from a ridiculously tiny script. Basically, the Villains get a nuke and 10 minutes to hide it. After the 10 minutes are up the Heroes will go in and either try to secure the nuke by touching it or capture the Villains by tying them up with 'Capture Tape'. The Heroes have to do one of either before the time limit runs out or they lose.

After that long and boring explanation All Might assigned everyone to teams with Kaito ending up with Momo. After that All Might drew balls with letters assigned to them to see who would fight who and unsurprisingly Izuku got fucked over by Lady Luck.

Anyways, Kaito just went with the others to the monitor room and waited for his turn. He hated seeing his friends get hurt and if it had not been training then he would've probably beaten Bakugo unconscious.

After the 1st battle Kaito just ignored the rest until his team's turn came. His team ended up being the Villains and had to go against Denki and the girl with earphones for earlobes whose name Kaito learned thanks to Momo was Kyoka Jiro.

After the matchup was announced, Momo and Kaito made their way to building D which was the place they would battle. After going into the building Momo immediately asked ''What do you think we should do, uh...Kaito-san?'' Kaito's name wasn't exactly the most common in Japan.

Almost no one has no last name and since calling someone by their first name was considered an affectionate action in Japan, Momo hesitated a bit to call Kaito but decided to bite the bullet and do it.

Kaito just ignored the discomfort Momo had and said ''Oh we won't need a plan! We won't even fight them since they'll be unconscious in less than 10 seconds after the battle starts!''

Momo was slightly shocked when she heard this. Kaito didn't seem like the type to overstate his own power and she already saw how capable he was during the Quirk Apprehension Test but she still had some doubts in her mind.

But Kaito being the emotion reader he is just reassured her by smiling widely and saying ''Don't worry! We'll definitely win this. Besides, if I can't even win a Battle Trial then how am I going to become the Number One Hero!''

Momo just decided to trust her teammate. She couldn't make any plan work if only she was the one following it so she just decided to have blind faith in Kaito.

The remaining of the 10 minutes were spent just standing around and occasionally talking about something which confused almost everyone in the monitor room.

They couldn't tell what their plan was since the cameras didn't have any sound but from what they could see they had no plan at all! This just meant they were confident in their abilities which Mina, the girl with pink skin and horns, said was definitely not something Momo came up with and all the other girls in their class except for Jiro who wasn't present agreed with. So they just chalked it up to Kaito's doing and Momo having to follow it.

After the 10 minute preparation time was over, All Might used the speakers placed outside and inside the building to say ''Alright let's begin the person-to-person combat training with Team G and Team C!''

After that announcement, Denki and Jiro made their into the building which Kaito noticed thanks to his Observation Haki. And then suddenly an aura came out of Kaito which confused Momo and everyone else that was watching through the monitors.

Suddenly, the aura that came out of Kaito expanded and kept expanding until it covered the entirety of Ground Beta. The moment this aura washed over them, everyone started to feel an immense pressure weighing them down.

Everyone that was in the monitor room was barely standing on their feet, Toru, Koda and Tsuyu had fainted and Aoyama was on his knees. All Might was the only one who was standing straight but even he was sweating buckets at that point. Not because he was afraid but because he recognized this feeling from when Kaito had told him of his dream.

Momo was doing far worse than the others. She was barely clinging on and trying not to fall unconscious but she finally gave in after 6 seconds.

But the ones who were doing the worst was the two whom this pressure was directed towards. To them, it felt as if the entire planet was put on their shoulders. Denki was the first to fall, followed by Jiro who managed to hang on for 8 seconds.

When Jiro fell unconscious All Might quickly used the speakers to say ''ALRIGHT THAT'S ENOUGH! TEAM C IS THE WINNER!''

After that declaration Kaito quickly pulled back his Conqueror's Haki. His Will was indefinitely stronger than ever before but he still lacked enough control to avoid friendly fire.

Kaito hated the fact that he put some of his friends through that but he was still glad that he could keep his word and finish the battle in 8 seconds.
