Curing Eevee (3)

Jun was determined to take care of his Eevee for as long as it takes. But he know it will only take him 4 days. Yes 4 days, he prayed silently.

He spent the first day observing Eevee's condition and reading about common illnesses that can afflict Pokemon. Since he is alone here, he got bored and turn on the tv.

Soon, he was interested with one channel called teachy TV. This tv channel as long as he can remember exist in Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen show, where a character called the Poke Dude instructs the player on basic gameplay elements like how to catch Pokemon and how to battle.

After watching the program for a while, he changed the channel to a talk show about Pokemon research. The program featured discussions between Pokemon professors and scholars about new discoveries, research trends, and many other topics

"Professor Alden, it has been said that after your team's latest exploration, you have something extraordinary to share with the audience at home. May I ask what it is?" the presenter asked.

"Yes, we discovered something in Flamecrest Mountain. In the middle of the core of the volcano area, there lived a Pokemon who controls the earth. In the ruins that we deciphered, it says that in mythology, this Pokemon had the ability to raise lands and expand continents," Professor Alden said confidently.

"Can it control the earth? Raise land and expand continents? Would it also be classified as a Pokemon God? Do you know its name?" the presenter asked.

Professor Alden shakes his head. "No, we still trying the last ancient text and then we can uncovered the historical secrets history of Emerald empire"

Jun was flabbergasted when he heard all of this. "Isn't the Pokemon they mean Groudon?" Based on the characteristics they described, it basically matched

An alarm suddenly distracted Jun's attention from the television, and he rushed over to Eevee's side. Since Eevee was unconscious, Jun knew that nurse Joy already give Eevee an intravenous infusion to ensure that the necessary fluids and nutrients were being supplied to Eevee's body.

Gradually, Jun noticed Eevee's paws moving slightly, and its eyes opened.

"Kyuu," it growled weakly while looking around, appearing frightened.

"Now, now, Eevee, don't be afraid. You are sick and need to be treated. You are in the Pokemon center now. I will take care of you until you are cured," Jun explained slowly while patting Eevee's belly.

Although Eevee was still scared, it didn't sense any malicious intent from Jun, and it gradually relaxed, enjoying the gentle patting. After all, Eevee was still a cub, and given enough attention and care, it would eventually be distracted from its fear.

As Eevee got used to Jun's presence, it gradually let go of its initial alarm and fear, and even started to nuzzle against Jun's hand as he continued to pat its belly. Jun couldn't help but smile at the adorable little Pokemon, feeling a sense of responsibility and care towards it.

Jun took care of Eevee all day and noticed that Eevee had lost its appetite and energy levels. Remembering the importance of hydration, Jun gave Eevee water and electrolytes to keep it hydrated throughout the day.

On the second day, Jun started to prepare Eevee's meals. He researched Eevee's diet and found that it needed a balanced mix of protein, carbohydrates, and fats. He cooked Eevee some rice and boiled chicken, which Eevee loved. Jun also made sure to give Eevee some fruits and vegetables to supplement its diet.

The third day was challenging for Jun. Eevee's fever was high, and its condition was worsening. Jun stayed up all night, applying a cold towel to Eevee's forehead and administering medication as prescribed by Nurse Joy. Despite the lack of sleep, Jun remained vigilant and attentive to Eevee's needs.

By the fourth day, Eevee's condition had improved. It had regained its appetite and was more energetic. Jun continued to monitor Eevee closely, and by the end of the day, Eevee was declared healthy by Nurse Joy. Jun was estatic with this. He couldn't help to peek at Eevee stats.
