Chapter 15

From Nick Fury's perspective, he received a distress call from James and Natasha, who had managed to escape from the Hydra prison. James warned him of the impending invasion by the Chitauri army in two weeks and also informed him of Captain America's capture by Hydra. Fury was immediately suspicious, as he had been aware of Hydra's attempts to infiltrate S.H.I.E.L.D. for some time now.

He ordered his agents to investigate the validity of the information provided by James and Natasha, and also to keep a close eye on any unusual activities. Despite his doubts, he knew that he couldn't take any chances and ordered the immediate mobilization of all S.H.I.E.L.D forces to prepare for the potential invasion.

Fury also ordered a search and rescue mission to be launched to retrieve Captain America, as he knew that the Super Soldier was a valuable asset to the team and could potentially tip the scales in their favour. He also ordered the deployment of advanced weapons and technology to prepare for the battle ahead.

Meanwhile, James and Natasha were on the run, being hunted by HYDRA soldiers led by Creel. They were making their way through the dense forest the jeep being destroyed by the hail of bullets in their escape, trying to stay hidden as much as possible. They knew that they had to get as far away from HYDRA as possible, but the chase was relentless.

Just as they were about to be caught, the sound of S.H.I.E.L.D. helicopters could be heard in the distance. James and Natasha knew that backup had finally arrived. They made a break for it, running towards the sound of the helicopters.

As Creel and the Hydra soldiers chased after Natasha and James, they hunted them through the dense woods. But despite their efforts, the two managed to evade capture with the help of S.H.I.E.L.D. backup finally arriving.

As Natasha and James made their way through the woods, with Hydra soldiers hot on their heels, they couldn't help but feel a sense of camaraderie growing between them. They had just escaped from prison together, leaving Captain America behind, and had managed to call for backup from Shield. They knew that they couldn't have done it without each other's help.

Natasha's training as an agent and James's combat skills had complemented each other perfectly, and they had managed to outsmart and outfight their pursuers every step of the way. They had also begun to trust each other more and more, knowing that they had each other's backs in this fight against Hydra.

During the pursuit, Creel had a moment of realization that his brainwashing was failing. The fight with James had shaken him to his core, and for the first time, he began to question the actions of Hydra. But despite this realization, the brainwashing still held strong and Creel couldn't bring himself to betray the organization. He knew that they were the only family he had ever known and that he was too deep in to turn back now. He pushed his doubts aside, determined to complete his mission and capture Natasha and James at all costs.

Creel and his HYDRA soldiers were hot on their heels, but S.H.I.E.L.D. agents descended from the helicopters, ready for a fight. James and Natasha were finally safe, but they knew that the battle was far from over. They had to find a way to stop HYDRA and the Chitauri invasion.

As they finally reached the rendezvous point, where Shield's backup was waiting, they couldn't help but feel a sense of triumph. They had escaped and managed to warn Shield about Hydra's plans. They knew that they were now even better prepared to take on the coming invasion of New York City by the Chitauri army.

As they boarded the helicopter, James couldn't help but feel a sense of guilt for leaving Captain America behind. But he knew that they had to focus on the bigger picture and stop HYDRA at all costs. He and Natasha exchanged a determined look, ready for whatever lay ahead.

"We need to go back for him or else they will move him and we may never find him again," Natasha said determined to go back and rescue Captain America

"It's not possible like we are now, were both badly wounded and lacking the firepower to stop Creel, he still has a chunk of Captain America's shield and can morph into it whenever he wants, we have nothing that can injure him. plus the sheer number of Hydra soldiers isn't something just you, me and a team of shield agents can do." James said looking at trying t find a solution but failing to come up with one, he too wanted to rescue captain america thinking that it was his fault he got captured in the first place, 'if not for me captain america wouldn't have gone on this mission and would still be ok, but ill get him back, I might not be able to do it now but with my system, as I get stronger not much will be able to stop me considering how insanely powerful some Jedi were.'

"Didn't you manage to defeat a small army before and with your blaster if you allow the shield to produce more we can easily recapture him?" Natasha said throwing all her anger at feeling useless onto James hoping he can fix it

"They were all untrained, and no one can replicate my blastor not even tony stark because you don't have the materials or knowledge necessary to do it." James snapped back at Natasha trying to get her to face the threat of the situation they were in

As they were debriefed by Nick Fury, they couldn't help but think about Creel. They knew that he was still out there, still hunting them, and still controlled by Hydra's brainwashing. But they also knew that their fight with him had shown them that their brainwashing was starting to fail. He had hesitated, for just a moment, when he realized that his fight with James had been his first real test of loyalty to Hydra. He realized that his brainwashing is failing since his fight with James.

Despite this, the brainwashing still holds strong and Creel still couldn't betray Hydra. But James and Natasha were ready to take him on, together, when the time came. They knew that they were stronger together and that they could take on any enemy, as long as they had each other's backs.

Soon after the escape of the prisoners hydra quickly moved all their scientists away from the base along with Captain America as the Hydra leader was desperate to experiment more with Captain America as he believed he could once again allow Hydra to dominate the world.

The tests on Captain America were brutal and inhumane. The scientists prodded and poked at him, drawing blood and taking samples. The Hydra leader watched on, a twisted smile on his face as he observed the progress of his prized possession. He knew that the serum they were creating from Captain America's blood would be the key to their ultimate victory. He relished in the thought of an army of super soldiers, unstoppable and unbreakable. The leader's eyes glinted with a sinister light as he watched the scientists run their tests, knowing that his plans were coming to fruition. He was determined to do whatever it takes to see his vision through, even if it meant sacrificing innocent lives. The eerie atmosphere in the laboratory was palpable, with the only sounds being the beeps of machines and the muffled screams of Captain America. The leader watched on, his mind set on one goal: world domination.
