Angel and Death Mage

Entering the village, they see people of mixed race. There were humans, orcs, elf's, lizardmen, etc…

They had their houses built on lands and trees, "this place, it's beautiful," Kathel said as she moved her eyes around to see all the houses.

The arrange of the houses were not just average looking but they were decorated with different flowers and leaves which had unique colour and shineness.

Everyone present there, staring at them, wondering to himself who these individuals were. Some of them thought that they might be some guests.

But some guessed they might be here to help them out.

It was not that they were thinking that much about who these people were, but they were staring at their clothes and armour.

"You might be feeling uncomfortable since people here have never seen people with this much prepared look.(Saying about cloths and how they all look)"

"Let's get you to the main house"

Leon just listened to the orc and said nothing.

As they walk further, all of them reach next to a house which is bigger than the houses of everyone else.

"This is the main house, where BisBle used to live. We had to modify it a bit so it could look more beautiful than ever before"

Creak…

The front door which leads to the inside of the house opens. Someone comes out.

?!...

Who's that? Leon said in his mind as they looked at the individual that came out.

"Granny din, what are you doing here?!" The orc who looked at the old human lady with a surprised look.

"Oh nothing dear, I came to check this place. I heard someone was coming so I have to see if this place will be good for our guest to stay, bad places are not good for the guest"

All of them were surprised, then the orc said. "Granny, how did you know that someone was coming? No one knew about this except for us"

"Could it be that BisBle came in your dream too?"

The granny nodded and smiled at Leon. "This young man, isn't he here to help us out"

Leon was stunned but rather more confused, the story he had made up before but more than that how did this granny know.

What is going on? Did this old lady really know about my arrival at this place? BisBle… didn't I also say the same BisBle came to my dream?

Leon spoke, "granny din, I'm Leon Ackerman. And yes I did came here to help you but I do like to ask you something"

The granny replied before Leon could question her, "is it about BisBle? Yes, he did come to my dream and told me about you. He said a very powerful young man will come and take down the white dragon."

Leon grinned, and stated, "I see, that's right I also came here to take down the white dragon. It's a dangerous dragon we can't let me move freely"

Granny looked at thag-ris the orc, "thag my boy, why not you take everyone else inside while I take a walk with this young man"

"Yes, granny din I will say as you say"

Taking the guest inside, Leon and granny continue their walk on a created path.

"BisBle, how much do you know about him?" granny questioned.

Leon just looked at grinny for a while, not really wanting to answer the question but then he said. He was careful with his words.

"Nothing much honestly, just few things that he saved the race and he was a human mage"

*It was still not that careful.*

"That's all I have known about him"

"My, My. Your quite a honest child"

The granny saw a stick laying on the ground, she picked it up and with the help of it she continued to walk.

She said, "BisBle is really mysterious person. I had stayed with BisBle for a decade before he died"

Leon asked the granny out of curiosity, he wanted to learn more about this BisBle guy because he was able to do something no one could make a place where everyone was living together.

"Granny could you tell me more about BisBle"

"There's nothing to hide from you dear, BisBle told me to tell you everything that I know"

Granny stopped, Leon who was walking behind her seeing her stop, he stopped too.

"Why did you stop granny?"

Granny turned her head around, "dear, since you want my honesty then you should answer my question with honesty before I tell you about BisBle, I do like to ask you a question"

Leon without any hesitation said. "sure why not."

He didn't realise that what granny was gonna ask him would make him rethink what to say.

"Dear, why did you come for that child with black magic?"

Leon's eyes were wide open as soon as he heard her questions. He had two choices now, play dumb or be honest.

Leon chose second… his expression turned to seriousness. "I do like to ask you a question, who are you granny?"

Granny pointed her stick at Leon's chest, "young man I asked the question first so answer first"

Leon said, "I will give you a hint only, I want to kill some humans who are gonna create some monsters that will cause a lot of deaths and damage to this world"

As he completed his answer, Leon quickly said. "Now it's your turn to answer"

Granny lowered her stick, she politely said. "Then I will also give you a hint just like you gave me one"

"I'm just an old lady, who will soon die because of her old age. But I can't die without fulfilling his promise"

"What promise?"

"I can't tell you that because I already gave you a hint"

Leon in his mind said. That wasn't even a hint, you should have given me an easy hint to understand like I did.

"Then you shouldn't forget that you have to tell me about BisBle"

"Yes, Yes. I know dear"

Granny sat down on the ground, where there was a short grass. She with her hand gesture told Leon to sit down too.

Leon, seeing her gesture, sat on the short grass. "i will not go to much in detail, all I will tell you what's important for you to know"

Leon was carefully listening to everything she was about to tell.

"BisBle, who you said is a human mage might seem a bit right"

"What do you mean? Is he not a human mage?"

"No, the truth is BisBle from the start was an Angel mage. They are said to be the most powerful mages to be ever created and send down from the heavens."

"Except for BisBle, every angel mage have to keep the balance of the world and there are totally of seven who were send down to the earth."

"BisBle who was allowed to move freely unlike any other angel mage, decided to created his own small territory of different races"

"I just have one question granny" Leon interfered and said.

"Is it about BisBle death?"

Leon was impressed by how granny knew what he was thinking. He said in his mind. Could she read my thoughts?

"Yes, if he was an angel mage, aren't angels immortal, if so then angel mage are angels too and they can't die but how did BisBle died"

"Good question, your question also relates to the thing I will tell you further on"

"BisBle never died, he sealed himself in order to protect this world from the mage of death"

"Mage of death,? Never heard of this type before"

Leon was now more curious, he wondered in his mind. That he in his past time had never faced any mage called mage of death or death mage.

"Mage of death? Is there only one mage of death or many?"

I need to question only what's important, that's what Leon was thinking in his mind. A way to know much better things about the mage of death except for asking useless questions about him.

"Yes, there's only one, not many but things are about to change."

"BisBle came to my dream and told me that a young looking man will come who will know the future, tell him that the future will be changed because he decided to change"

"Tell him to be careful, he must stop death mage from coming back to this world or else, this world will be doomed"

Leon thinks in his mind, BisBle did knew about my coming back in past? Just who is this angel mage BisBle? He's just putting curiosity in my head about him.

That means many things are gonna be changed. The death mage that I never faced before will also appear. How many things in the future will change? I need to know as much as I can.

"Granny, could you tell me who this death mage is"

Even if it was the past. There was no record of any mage with such name or title.

"Death mage, he is said to be like a fog when he appears somewhere, everything is destroyed. That's all know"

"That's why BisBle said you to be careful because even if you are strong you can't face him easily"

This mage, if an angel is telling me to be careful then.

Leon smiled, I will love to fight this so called death mage
