Chapter 1: A god

My name is John, and I think I'm dead. I say "I guess" because I feel like I'm swimming in a completely white place. If you ask how this happened, Truck-kun is to blame. To elaborate, an old lady was crossing the street when a truck was about to hit her, and I jumped to save her. Now I'm here. Anyway, let's forget the past; it is of no use to me. What will happen to me now? Will I be reincarnated, or will I continue to float in this void forever?

Just as these thoughts were passing through my mind, a man who looked old and wise suddenly appeared in front of me. Just when I thought I'd finally get my turn, God looked at me and said, "Hey brat, what's up? I guess I don't need to explain too much; you know what's going to happen, right?" He spoke in a deep and monotonous voice.

I got straight to the point: "Yes, I know. I get 3 wishes, right?" I asked God, not quite sure.

"Yes, you guessed it. In fact, these fan fictions have taken all my pleasure away. No one is surprised," God said with a smile and a slightly exasperated tone.

"Anyway, let's get back to work. Your 3 wishes and the world you want to go to."

After God said this, I started thinking, but I already knew which universe I wanted. I wanted the Spider-Verse universe.

"You know what to choose, don't you, son?" said God with a grin.

"Yes, sir. I want to be reincarnated in the Spider-Verse animation universe." God knew this even before I asked because Miles doesn't deserve Gwen. There are many reasons why I think so, but the simplest one is that Miles is really irresponsible like a child.

"Okay, then. What will you wish for?" While I was thinking about this, God said with a slight grin on his lips.

"Well then, my first wish is to become unlimitedly stronger by absorbing mana." I know this is a bit of an exaggeration, but I still wanted to try my luck. After all, where can we wish like this again? The answer is "Nowhere."

"Okay, but there will be limitations. For example, you can absorb at least 1000 mana points a day," said God. I was expecting that, and the limitation isn't that restrictive.

After that, I quickly stated my wishes.

"Secondly, I want to have Spider-Man's powers." After that, I went on to my third wish without stopping, and God was smiling at me the whole time.

"Thirdly, I want to be able to teleport and open portals wherever I want in exchange for mana, and this should apply to multiverses."

I immediately said it quickly and happily.

"Okay then, that's it. Have fun in your second life," said God with a smile, and immediately my vision darkened.

"Let's see what you will do," thought God after he left.
