Seimeigakure: The Hidden Village of Life

With no other choice, I founded the Hidden Village of Life and became the first Seimeikage. The other Great Ninja Villages: Envy! Tsunade: I thought I was a pioneer in medicine, now I know I still have a lot to learn. Orochimaru: My experiments make me look like a novice playing with a vinegar volcano compared to him. Jiraya: Why didn't I know a place like this existed?! -------------------------------------------------- I do not own Naruto or any other universe that will appear except the MC. The cover has been generated by an AI after many attempts based on my drawing. If you like Naruto fanfics, check out my previous work: "A ninja who is always hungry".

Jealousy in Iwagakure

...Raikage's Office...

"Have they left the village yet?" A asked as he did weightlifting during one of his breaks. Two days had passed since they closed the deal, and he had been paying special attention to the Seimeigakure duo, who toured around as if they had all the time in the world.

He tried to determine the true identity of the woman using the transformation technique, searched the black market for any clues or rumors about the village, and even considered secretly approaching Enel to offer him some women to improve his mood. However, according to his assistant, that could be quite counterproductive based on the profile they outlined for him.

At least, it hadn't been all effort in vain. According to his informants and the intelligence department that worked overtime these days, there was a high possibility that Ameyuri Ringo was the mentioned fiancée of Enel.

And that only made him feel more respect for that man.

"Yes, Raikage-sama," confirmed Mabui after receiving the report from the ninjas who were watching them from a respectful distance. "From the information the villagers helped gather, it seems that Enel-sama has no intention of hiding that Iwagakure will be his next destination."

"I don't know if that old Onoki will be able to see beyond the Byakugan," reflected the Raikage out loud. "With some luck, he'll despise the potential of the SMILES and divert his attention to the cloud furniture; his hip knows he needs it."

"Do you think they'll reach an agreement?" Mabui asked.

"If he can resist the urge to test them, maybe," replied A. "I just hope they catch him on a bad day, and he ends up losing this opportunity. It would be great to have the monopoly for as long as possible."

"Raikage-sama, have you noticed that neither of them seemed to be using anything they were offering?" Mabui pointed out, realizing during the days of surveillance. "Enel-sama didn't have the Byakugan in either of his eyes, and although his companion was disguised, I suspect it was the same case. They also didn't have animal features."

"Yes, I thought the same," A might seem not very intelligent, but he held his position for more than just his strength. "They might not be attracted to those benefits or..."

"...or they have something better for themselves," Mabui concluded, understanding.

But what could be better than the Byakugan? It's possible...

"Do you suspect that they might also be able to do the Sharingan?"

"I don't know," replied A as he put the weights on the floor. "But as long as we don't have a conflict of interest, let's keep it friendly. Inform the lower levels to comply with the conditions of the deal or they will be punished according to the village's laws."

"I did that shortly after closing the deal," assured Mabui, once again demonstrating that she was ahead of her boss.

"Good," the Raikage nodded satisfied with his assistant's efficiency. "Anything else to report?"

"Do you still want to go ahead with the plan involving the Hyuga clan?"

"Of course! Even if we have a supply of artificial Byakugan now, getting some natural ones might help our research department imitate their creation as well," affirmed the Raikage without hesitation. "Anything else?"

"It's about the upcoming rap concert organized by..."

Enel's POV

Touring Kumogakure was entertaining, but there's not much to see, and after a few days, I decided to leave. Pakura's mood has improved, and she seems less inhibited. Despite the tacit dates we had and a more personal approach, she hasn't really said anything about her feelings.

As expected, this relationship might need a softer approach.

But we have time; now we're going to visit Iwagakure, and then our destination will be Sunagakure.

Since we've toured leisurely, we decided to pick up the pace a bit towards our next destination. Pakura is flying on the Kinton cloud, while I use my Devil Fruit abilities to easily keep up.

Pakura laughed until tears seeing the expressions of the occasional villagers who saw us on the way, amazed as they witnessed "the thunder god kidnapping a beautiful maiden," according to the exact words captured by my Mantra.

We're moving at a height high enough not to be clearly seen, but still recognizable as humans. In fact, Pakura isn't even maintaining the transformation technique since she summoned the Kinton cloud and hopped on it.

It was cute to see her blush when I told her what I heard and glanced at me to gauge my reaction, which naturally, agreed with her.

Without a doubt, I "took" a beautiful woman.

We finished our journey with not too many incidents; there was only one occasion when Pakura laughed so much at the reactions of the villagers that she fell off the cloud, and it picked her up while she was falling during her scare.

It was then my turn to laugh heartily, even with Pakura's reproachful look; I didn't hold back at all. Seconds later, she joined my laughter, recognizing that what happened was actually funny, even if it made her heart race as she fell.

We made sure to go through less populated areas in the last stretch and landed on the ground to check the map. Once we were sure of the direction to take the nearest road to Iwagakure, we started walking there.

I wonder if Kumogakure's spies in this village will report our arrival to the Raikage later.

Will they realize that the speed at which we reached our destination is more than fast?

In any case, the entrance to Iwagakure posed no problem for me. In fact, the problem, if it could be called that, was for Pakura as she saw the female ninjas handling the visitor papers look me up and down while not so secretly wiping drool from their lips.

I had to suppress my laughter at her jealous reaction and maintain a polite but disinterested expression.

I don't know what to think, really. Whether my attractiveness is revealing itself to the world or if the kunoichis of Iwagakure have more courage to express their interest unabashedly. Although, in reality, they can't be blamed; judging by the male population I'm seeing around, they really don't have many good options available, so it's natural for them to be interested in attracting foreigners.

It's interesting that despite seeing the headband of my village, they only did the registration like the others. Very different from the rude treatment I received in Konoha, although I could still feel someone leaving after the registration.

Pakura has changed to a less pronounced feminine appearance with long brown hair; she even shortened her height to make it more puzzling.

Although I wonder if the look the kunoichi gave her afterward was because she realized she was with me or because she noticed the disguise.

I think it's more likely to be the former; after all, Pakura's level is quite high, and unless the kunoichi was a sensor, I doubt she is anything more than a Chunin.

Anyway, let's see how the visit to Iwagakure goes.

Yesterday I thought of a curious idea, what would happen in an MHA FF where the MC had the power of the Ghost Rider?

I think it would be a mess, think about it, absolute judgment for everyone regardless of whether they are crazy civilians, heroes with perfectly hidden crimes or deranged villains.
