Kekwa looked away from all the dead stan owners. All stans that were killed had evaporated into nothingness, leaving the dying owners who died in the most painful way - for some of them - precisely who was practicing black magic.
A stan user who practiced black magic would die in the most gruesome way. That's because black magic users mostly used dirty ingredients to summon the stan. It was like summoning a devil.
The ingredients were the same. A specific kind of sacrifice and it's heavily played with their souls as well. Mostly, they sold their soul to them just to obtain a specific power.
And the result was, they would gain a few powers that they promised them to. Nevertheless, it was safe to say it was just a simple scam on the black magic stan side.
