Rem opens her eyes to see a strange fancy white ceiling, and she feels comfy, and her stomach stings a little.

…

"I got killed by a child… Great… That's probably more disappointing than falling off a window…"

Rem grumbles as she just covers her face again.

"She's awake now, Barusu."

"You're right. She's awake, Ram."

Rem looks to the side and looks at the window.

"This bed is comfortable not going to lie. I'm not used to getting up with a non-aching back."

Rem closes her eyes as she holds the pillow.

"I guess I'll stay here and just sleep. I'm sure I was sent here to rest and rest I will."

"Did you hear what this woman said?"

"Yes, I heard that. I'm guessing she's the type to always try to take an advantage of something and always seem to fail at it. Right now, she's failing to even go back to sleep."

Rem opens her eyes as she sits up.

"Okay, I thought I was already at peace! Who keeps criticizing me like they're a critique of life or something??"

Rem's eyes open wide as she sees two people, one wearing a maid outfit and one with a butler attire, but Rem's enthusiasm drops since she already met the butler, but who's the maid?

She looks kind of familiar.

Rem rubs her eyes as she just yawns.

"I guess maids exist here as well… Why am I starting to think about maids, do I have a thing for maids…?"

"That's no good. This guest's mind is filled with dirty thoughts of maids, I truly disgrace her for it."

"It is no good Ram is being violated in our guest's mind."

Rem looks at them with a worried face.

"H-hey! I may have a thing for maids, but I don't do dirty things like that! I've never even done what everyone tried to convince me to do! If I remember it's called mast… E-eh whatever! I-I swear I'm not attracted to anyone!"

The door opens as Rem looks to see who it is.

It's Emilia.

"I'm glad that you're awake, but I think waking up quietly is appreciated, but since I brought you here without any consent from you, I guess we can call it a split, Rem."

Rem is relieved that she wasn't in some stranger's home, and she was brought here by none other than the cute half-elf herself.

Rem: "The outfit you're wearing. Whoever picked this one has a good taste in fashion at least. I guess I wouldn't be seeing the fashion police soon."

Emilia just smiles, and has no idea what Rem is talking about.

"I don't know what you're talking about, but It must be something boring."

Subaru looked at Emilia and put his hands behind him.

"Mimi, Listen to me."

Subaru points to Rem.

"The guest said some unspeakable things to Ram."

"Listen, Lady Emilia.

Ram points to Rem.

"Barusu was correct as I was imprisoned and violated by this woman."

Emilia walks to Rem, passing by the two.

"Please don't tease her too much."

Subaru puts his hands behind him.

"Alright Mimi. Ram will be reflecting on her behaviour."

Ram puts her hands behind her.

"Alright, Lady Emilia. Barusu will be thinking about his behaviour next time he speaks."

Emilia checks on Rem as she looks at her in the eyes.

"Are you feeling better, Rem? Do you feel discomfort?'

Rem shakes her head.

"I'm alright. I'm just not used to waking up comfortably, and I feel a little tired because I slept too long."

Rem said as she scratches her head and then looks at Emilia.

"Did you heal me, Mimilia?"

Emilia raised an eyebrow.

"Mimilia? Why did you call me that? You could've just said Emilia."

Rem: "O-Oh it's nothing."

Rem looks at Emilia.

"Though. I'm really grateful that you saved me. I'm glad for it."

She bows to Emilia but Emilia shakes her head.

"No. I should thank you. You risked your life to help us. A total stranger, just out in the blues."

Emilia looks at Rem.

"So I must try my best to heal you."

Rem just smiles and nods.

"If it's morning. Then I can officially start this new and wonderful day."

She stretches as she scratches her stomach..

Outside the mansion, Rem can see the full view of the place, and she has never seen such a place before.

Rem: "This is quite a huge place I gotta say. This is more like a prairie than a yard."

Rem is warming up for the day, and she has her jacket off but she still has her bra to cover up the things that shouldn't be seen.

Rem is doing her warm up, and Emilia is standing there, touching her own chin, watching her, and clueless to what she's doing, so she asks her.

"What are you doing? I've never seen anybody do that."

Rem stands up.

"Ah well, It's a traditional warm up exercise my parents taught me. They told me it's very popular in my hometown."

Rem stands up straight.

"If you want, you can join me! Then we can both experience the burn! But not really burning, it's just a way to feel energized and ready!"

Rem: "This one is called the second radio calisthenics."

She starts jumping up and down.

"Jump up and down, and relax your body, release all the pressure!"

Emilia was jumped by that, and she's a little confused.

"E-Eh?? W-what? What's that?"

Rem raises her hands up and down as she's doing mini squats as well.

"It's complicated, but it's better to follow what I do!"

Rem keeps going with her warm up and eventually Emilia starts to imitate her, following what Rem does.

Rem: "I'll show you what radio calisthenics is all about!"

Rem continues as Emilia follows her movements.

At a far distance.

Betty, the twin drilled loli is looking at them, especially at Rem. There's something special about her, and she can't ignore it."

Rem: "Alright! Reach for the skies, or raise your hands up and let's shout out-!

Rem takes Emilia's hand as she raises it with hers as she shouts out.

"Victory!!"

Emilia in response raises her other hand up and shouted out.

"V-Victory!"

Puck then comes out floating above Emilia's head as he raises his paws and shouts out.

"Victory!!"

Puck then puts his paws down waves at Rem.

"Hello, Remura! It's a wonderful morning."

Rem puts her hands down as she puts her hands on her waist as she looks at Puck.

"Not exactly, but it is indeed a wonderful morning."

She crosses her arms as she touches her chin.

"I woke up and walked through a looping hallway for five minutes straight and I met a vicious little girl, and after that. I met that butler and a maid! It was, let's say, a sweet and sour experience."

Emilia looks to Puck.

"Good Morning, Puck. I know you fought really hard yesterday. I'm sorry for that."

Puck sits down on Emilia's hands, which Emilia gladly lets him.

"Morning, Lia. I almost lost you yesterday."

He crosses his paws.

"Thank goodness, Rem was there to warn me about it."

Puck without looking at Rem, asks her on how he can repay her, which Rem has an idea.

Rem: "Well…"

She walked past Puck, but then inches closer to Puck.

"You're a cat. So… I have one request. Let me stroke your fur whenever I want to."

"That's all?"

Emilia questioned.

Rem shrugs.

"I'm not really the type to expect something good, and I'm not good at choosing my rewards, but if it's one thing I go for, it's cats!"

She gently picks up Puck and starts to pet him gently as well.

"I'm a weird person, but I like cats a lot! Besides dogs, but cats are really the best in my opinion, and the opportunity of playing with a magical creature like Puck anytime I want is priceless!"

She pets his ears.

"Your ears are really soft! My cats wouldn't let me play with their ears, otherwise they bite me."

She just appreciates Puck in anyway, she's almost already in love with Puck already.

"Ahh~ This fluffy fur of yours is really nice, my cats would just leave me alone if I try to ever touch them, but I feel so relaxed now…"

Puck: "Although I've already known it, I didn't expect you to be so straightforward."

Puck then looks at Emilia who is still in concern, but he decides to comfort her with Rem's innocence.

"Don't worry, Lia. Rem, has no malice or hostility against us. It's alright."

Rem looks at Puck.

"Lia is a cute name, not going to lie."

"Not as cute as you calling her Mimilia."

"Ehh?? You were listening in?"

"Of course I would be listening in, I'm always available to Lia during the day."

"You truly are amazing."

Emilia says that closing her eyes with a smile.

Rem just blushes a bit, and covers her face again.

Emilia, opening her eyes sees the two coming.

"What brings you two here?"

Rem realizing turns around to see what's up.

Subaru and Ram bows their heads down.

Ram: "Lady Emilia, Master Roswaal has returned."

Subaru: "Please come in, there's no rush so don't run."
