"Welcome, Child" the old man spoke.

The one he was speaking to slowly studied the old man. He looked to be in his late 60's with a long grey beard and long grey hair. He had eyes that shone with a billion galaxies, as if they held all the wisdom of the Universe.

The old man then chuckled. "If you continue studying that intensely child, I might get the wrong idea." He said in a joking tone.

"Hello" the one he referred to as a child responded while still not totally understanding the situation. "Where am I?"

"This is the afterlife young one, however it seems as though you won't be needing to stay here too long." He responded.

"What do you mean? Who are you?" The "child" who was a little over 22 years old questioned him.

"I am Crixius, God of reincarnation. I am also the one who stopped you from going to the afterlife."

"Why?" I responded as I slowly realized the situation I was in, the reality hitting me as I realised that this wasn't a dream and that I was truly in this situation.

"Because of what you've done child."

"What I've done?"

"Yes, what you've done. I haven't seen someone with so much good karma in billions of years."

"Good karma? But I haven't done anything."

"Oh but you have, all the way back when you were only a few months old you had already saved thousands of lives."

"I did?" I responded while not knowing what he was talking about.

"Yes, you did. About two months after you were born a group of terrorists attacked the city you were in. There were many injured and due to your unique abilities they decided to make a deal with some of the injured. They could allow them to go through an "experimental" treatment however they had to be blindfolded as it happened. If anything bad happened to the person with future side effects then they would be compensated.

This treatment was having them enter your aura, this allowed the government and researchers to attempt to get data from what was happening while freeing up hospital beds."

"Oh." I responded, not very surprised at what had happened after what had happened for the last 20 years.

"Then for the next 20 years you helped heal a total of 457,984,382 people (about $90,000,000,000,000 was scraped in by the US government from that, which is about 4 trillion per year…the total amount of takes collected since 2001 is about 70trillion give or take a few trillion… this means that they would have raked in more than double.).

"That many people?" I questioned not realising how many people had passed in front of me

"Yes, that's about 60,000 people a day, given the timeframe they had people enter your healing aura you saw about 8000 people pass you every hour in that small room."

"How did people afford it? I questioned as I knew how much people had to pay from the few words they let out as they passed me."

"Most never did, although they did live healthy as long as they tried to stay healthy for the rest of their lives, most never paid off the debt completely but they still paid off more than half. However, that's not the point. You reaped no benefits yet helped nearly 500 million people. In fact, that's just immediate help. Your aura promotes vitality and whoever passed through it would have their vitality spiked to the peak. This means that any child born from them afterwards would be far healthier than the average child. Due to the decrease in children needing to go hospitals for small or large treatments, medical manpower was moved elsewhere and within 200 years after your death the world had completely disposed of any and all natural diseases. This saved hundreds of billions from then on with only artificial diseases that were man made having any effect."

"I never would've known…. Thank you, it helps knowing that I at least did something other than sit there and simply read and game all day."

"You're welcome, Child. Now, your karma has reached heights so unimaginable that I can give you three wishes, and these wishes don't need to be restrained either. Don't hold back out of fear I would deny you as there are very few things that would make me have to."

"Three wishes? How much do normal people get?"

"Even the different heroes barely accumulate enough good karma to make a single wish, and even then the wish is heavily restricted. You on the other hand get three with practically no restrictions."

"Alright well first I want to have a place to store my items. I don't want a system as that would be annoying."

"How about I give you a HUD, you will be able to see your health and stamina as well as see what is in your infinite inventory as a status screen. I will also allow you to appraise items or people as long as you are in contact with them."

"That's fine, as long as I don't have any voices in my head. Second, I would like to be reborn as Shanks' twin brother from the OnePiece world."

"Alright, that is easy. Now what would you like for your final wish?"

"I would like a devil fruit that allows me to use Magic based off of my imagination, as long as I can think of the effect and what it appears as, and am capable of providing the necessary mana then it will activate said attack, also this devil fruit needs to be immune to the curse of the sea and sea stone."

"That one is also pretty easy, you didn't even use half of your karma on that. I'll save it for the next time we meet, maybe then you might need to exchange it for something."

"Thank you Mr. Crixius"

"You're welcome child, take care now and have fun." The old man spoke as my vision started to darken.

Next thing I knew a year had passed, I was laying in an exquisite room while listening to a conversation that was happening between my new father and our servant.
