I mean, he did say that World Laws could restrict him from speaking about the whole Reincarnation shtick.

His expression changed a bit, and I quickly figured he had guessed what thoughts were crossing my mind.

I wasn't surprised though.

Just as I didn't need to be in his head to figure out what he was thinking sometimes, the opposite was surely the case as well.
