A Path Of Obscurity

Nari was squirming in unease where she sat, which indicated she wasn't feeling any sort of optimism toward their unprecedented journey to The Void or rather The Arc Temple.

"What's wrong?" Hwarang asked as he moved his hands to touch hers, but instead, it hovered a few inches away before he swiftly withdrew it to sit on his lap.

"The arc temple. It's not safe, we shouldn't venture there, ever." Nari said in a low tone, hands clutching tightly in front of her nervously.

"I'll keep you safe." Hwarang said instantly but she shook her head slightly.

"I know, but it's not about keeping me safe, it's about keeping your resolve strengthened. They are a lot of powerful dark relics forbidden to touch, a lot of obscure dangers awaiting us in the arc temple we might fall prey to." Nari remarked in prudence.

"How did you gain knowledge of it? It's been hidden out of the sight of mortals, imperceptible to all." Yeonsi said with one lifted brow.
