Chapter 2: Acquiring A Genius To Make Equipment

Shallot, the next day, found it quite hard to even get out of bed as he was too tired and was feeling too lazy and could barely move his body.

However, he still got up, did his morning training, and even swam in the river.

After eating breakfast, he took a break, went outside, sat down on the ground, and tried to relax and meditate in this peaceful environment.

Also, along with meditation, he tried to feel the Ki in the background.

He then felt refreshed and felt like he had regained some energy and went out to meet a farmer to help the farmer with his field. As the farmer was poor, he gladly accepted the help as he could not afford machines.

Then Shallot used his bare hands to remove grass and plow the field.

The farmer was quite happy seeing that the young master was helping him by doing manual work in the area and also to see the young master was so kind and caring.

Afterward, he returned home, ate his lunch, and went to sleep. He was so exhausted that he fell asleep as soon as he landed on his bed.

Shallot then came across a pretty empty stall. While the other people had at least 3 to 4 customers, this shop had none and felt closed.

However, what he was looking for was something that could enhance his training.

He then had a talk with the shopkeeper. He asked who the creator of these techniques was and where he could find him?

As the shopkeeper heard this, he got scared. After all, he had created all these techniques and was scared that the young master would confess his floating store ID as he sold garbage techniques.

The shopkeeper replied to Shallot's question saying that he was the one who created these techniques.

As Shallot heard this, he was impressed and asked how much this shop earned in a month.

The shopkeeper then told Shallot that the shop earns around 1 silver per month, and Shallot then asked if you are willing to make gadgets only for him and if he could tell me his name.

Shallot continued, "don't worry about the materials for the equipment/gadgets, as I will provide them. I shall also be paying you by the end of the month. If you satisfy my needs, I shall increase your salary."

The shopkeeper replied that his name was Alex and would happily accept the offer the young master had offered him. He even said he would happily make equipment for the young master.

Then Shallot headed to the construction work came back home, ate his dinner, and was about to go to sleep, but before going to sleep, he felt as if someone was watching him.

He got scared and went to the kitchen, took a knife in his hands, and acted as if he had fallen asleep, but no one attacked him, and then he thought maybe he had made a mistake and felt his own Ki.

The following day after morning training, he headed to his grandparent's place as he had to visit them 3 to 4 times. He also told them how he had felt as if someone was watching him and could not sleep properly last night.

Zack was surprised by what Shallot told him. He did not take it seriously, as there were two guards stationed at Shallot's house. Who was enough to protect Shallot from any attempts to assassinate him?

Shallot then returned to his daily training and did construction work in his disguise, then came back, ate the dinner that the maid had made, and went back to his room and slept.

Every day he would train non-stop, and like this, an entire week passed.

Then the next day, Alex reported for duty as discussed before that he would be appointed from the start of next week.

As Alex arrived earlier than he was supposed to, he could not find the young master anywhere, and the maid made him sit inside the guest room.

After Shallot returned from a swim, he met with Alex and offered to join them for breakfast which Alex accepted as he had not eaten anything since morning,

While sitting at the table and eating breakfast, Shallot told Alex, "I want you to make a device that could enhance my training."

After breakfast, Shallot took Alex to the study room of the house.

Shallot then asked Alex if they knew of a way to increase a particular thing's gravity and told Alex to research gravity control.

He then told Alex that he wanted a type of ring that could amplify gravity.

Shallot told Alex that before anything, he would require a blueprint of the device and said that he didn't need to make it into a ring form. Still, it should be something that could increase a person's gravity.

Then Alex is sent home and told to return when he finds the solution to the problem.

He can make a blueprint of such a device if possible and was told to make a prototype and present it the next time he comes to the young master's home.

Shallot then, the following day after delivering milk, finds himself getting faster and faster.

He returns from training, eats breakfast, and heads to his room. Then he opens the bag that was acquired from his space pod.

He then searched the bag and found a scouter, where his scouter looked at himself in the mirror, checked out his power level, and saw that his power level was 35.

He then knew he was almost twice as strong and headed towards his grandparent's house to solve the most significant flaw that the turtle hermit training had.

Which was to never teach the disciple any techniques and how to fight.

After reaching his grandparent's house, he talked about how he lacked fighting experience. He also stated that he needed someone to tell him how to do the basic fighting skills, such as the proper kick and a fast punch that leaves a powerful impact.

After hearing this, Zack told his grandson that he could quickly get fighting experience from fighting one of the servants.

As they also had a servant who was a martial artist and could train Shallot. When Shallot heard this, he got very excited and became excited.

Then the grandparents called out to one of the servants to bring the martial artist. Still, it turned out he was busy doing other things, and the grandparents told Shallot that they would send him to Shallot's house the next day and that Shallot should return to his training.

The next day after morning training, the Shallot saw a tall young man approaching his house.

As Shallot realized this man was his teacher, he went inside, wore the scouter, and turned it on in invisible mode.

He came outside and saw the servant bow down towards Shallot, and then Shallot asked if he was the servant who was sent here to spar and teach him basic fighting skills.

The servant nodded and told Shallot his name was Williams.

As soon as Shallot heard this, he checked Williams's power level, which was 60.

Shallot was shocked as even a power level of 60 was a great martial artist, and he was not even in a stance.

Shallot asked Williams how good he was Williams in comparison to others.

Williams looked surprised that this kid gave off a thick aura which was the aura of an expert martial artist.

William then answered that he might look young, but he was a middle age man and was ranked 10,00,000th in the world martial arts tournament out of the 15,00,000 people.

When Shallot heard this, he was shocked that people from this planet were strong and even had a World Martial Arts Tournament. Shallot then inquired about the tournament, and William replied the world martial arts tournament happens once every ten years.

William also told Shallot to participate; he would at least have to be 15 years of age. He also told Shallot that the top 100 would get to showcase their talent in front of the 4 kings and said that this tournament would last for 1 entire year.

Then Shallot told Williams to wait outside as he would get ready for the spar. He went inside, removed the scouter, kept it in its bag in visible mode, and took out a similar-looking Gi that the servant had made.

It was the same Blue Gi that Goku wore at the beginning of Dragon ball.
