Following Dante's declaration, not much changed in the subsequent days, only he became more expressive and extroverted.

He spent his time on the Island relaxing and working on his company. He was currently heading the acquisition of an animation studio.

Aside from that he spent his remaining time facetiming his little sister Rukia.

A month or so later he was called for a meeting where he could put forth his request.

Dante requested to be allowed to join Aurora's military to help him gain actual experience in life and death situations.

Needless to say this request was a shocker. What kind of kid wants to go to a warzone. And to train at that. "Did he perhaps watch too many action movies and thought little of war?". Everyone thought. "Did this kid think he was some kind of protagonist?" "Can't he ask for a phone or ice cream like a normal child?".

Hinata with very much against this request. She brutally rejected it and adamantly refused to budge. And to his credit Ezio support and agree with her decision. No matter how strong or skilled he is at the end of the day he was still a child and a warzone was not a joke.

Dante being Dante didn't give up and tried to argue and reason with them. This lead to rather heated argument, with chairs and tables being throw across the room. It is unknown who is responsible for throwing the chairs and tables but it is known that this person was not remotely involved in the argument. His or her reason for thier actions will forever remain a mystery.

Finally, Aurora stopped the fight by offering a compromise. She would offer Dante a position in a division where his life is less likely to be in danger and he would be away from the battlefield but he could gain the needed experience.

His parents reluctantly agreed.

A few months later Dante walk to was walking towards a grand building, that was to be his future work place. This was an secret intelligence agency in the United Kingdom called the MI0. (AN// This completely made up, I think. All I know is I'm not googling anything about the MI5 or whatever. Less I end up on a watch list.)

Depict being of Japanese and Italian origin because of his the referral from Aurora he had somehow being given employment in the secret division of another country.

But, one thing Dante knew for sure and had been emphasised again and again by Aurora was that one he was here he was all alone, on one was going to watch his back.

After entering the building he made his way in the directors office under the watchful eyes of all present. Different emotions locked on him. Envy, curiosity, contempt and so on.

These emotions where understand after all he was the quintessence of nepotism. The poster child if you will.

He proceeded to enter the directors office, introduced himself before taking a seat.

The director was an elegant woman. With a slightly wrinkled face. She had slightly dark gary hair. Despite her age she radiated with power.

The director spent a good while just staring at him, boring holes into him. Not saying a word but it was clear her stance towards the whole thing. She did not like it, especially considering how hard she worked to be able to reach her position. Now this snot nosed brat appears before her.

"I'll be honest I'm not a fan of this. Something like this will no doubt cause disruption in the organisation."

"Just know that if you cause any trouble while you are here. I don't care whose fault it is or why. You are out. I don't care what deal you have made or what connection you have. You will be out." She warned.

"Good, if you understand get out. Go find Rachel, she will teach you the ropes." She said. Taking her eyes off Dante and returning to her documents.

Disregarding him. To her he was insignificant and nothing but a nuisance.

She quickly realised there was no movement from Dante. 'Had the kid somehow let without her noticing?' She wondered.

Finally raised her head to see Dante still seated looking at her.

"Are you having trouble comprehending what I said?"

"Make yourself scarce." She barked.

Again Dante remained sitting. This time however he spoke back.

"It is a pleasure to meet you too Director Kent." He said with a smile.

"I mainly stayed because I had a few concerns about your previous stateme-

"I do not care about your fucking concerns. Now get out before I get pissed." She said angrily, interrupting him.

"Alright. Alright." Dante said with a slight smile.

He got up and headed for the door. Seeing this. Director Kent sneered "Concerns" and returned to her work.

When Dante grabbed the door handle he said calmly "While I do not intend to cause trouble during my time here. That does not mean I will not retaliate when action is taken against me."

With that he walked out.

When he was gone, Director Kent stopped her work and stared at the door.

She sighed and sunk in her chair. "Guess he isn't a Vongola for nothing."
