Galen was part of the twenty shadow wolves who decided to hunt with Ossa. They had been walking for an hour now, and he was feeling uneasy.
"We are here," Ossa said as they arrived at the ground bear's cave.
<No wonder I felt uneasy. Does he plan to kill us?>Galen thought.
The ground bear was one of the strongest creatures in the forest, their defenses almost impenetrable. Most creatures feared them, including shadow wolves, as even though the ground bears could not attack due to their shadowy, smoky form, they are also unable to attack, their fangs and claws breaking upon contact with the bear's hard skin.
