The Sickness

I have been asleep for three days, and we never went to the carnival even though I never went to the carnival where was my dad at it felt so real that he came home and that he went to the carnival with his family. I was still wondering why Mom was upset when mentioned going to the carnival with her and Dad. while I was laying in bed I remember my mom asking me to come downstairs cause she wanted to know if I could walk all right, I made it down the stairs in one piece if you're not including the fact I couldn't feel my legs. As I walked into the kitchen I was very unpleased that my mother would lie to me about my dad not coming home cause I saw him at the end of the table eating breakfast. "Hey Dad," I said with the largest smile on my face, then my mom look at me... "Honey who are you talking to, I told you your not dads isn't home yet, come eat breakfast" I was confused about why my mother wasn't seeing what I was seeing, I saw my dad sitting at the end the of the table but my mom saw nothing there. After I was done eating I had a great idea of setting up a camera and showing my mother that my dad was there, so that's exactly what I did, I went downstairs and told,y dad in a whisper that I want to make a home video now that he's back, and he agreed with no fuss. I set my camera against the vase of flowers that was in the middle of the table I press the record button and start making funny faces in the camera l then smiled and waved goodbye to my dad and went to my room to prove that he was home. but nothing could have prepared me for what happened next...
