The Hospital

I remember waking up in the hospital seeing my family in my hospital room, my dad yelling at my mom then everything went dark. As I drifted off into the darkness I recall seeing that thing again, it wasn't looking at me or even acknowledging me whatsoever. But at the same time I couldn't move a single muscle or look around the only thing in the darkness with me was that thing I even tried yelling but nothing came out, but even though I didn't say anything out loud it was like it still heard me cause not even a few seconds later the octopus like figure turned around and started looking at me with its deep red eyes staring straight into mine. But with a deep scratchy like voice "Johnathan you know there lying to you, why do you keep choosing to suffer with them" I thought for a second what it was talking about. " what am I talking about? you may ask Johnathan, well your to young to know now but you'll know soon enough" and just like that I knew that this thing could hear my thoughts, not even a second later I wake up but to my surprise I was not in the hospital room anymore I was in my bedroom. Then my mom suddenly came into my room asking how I was feeling, "mom I'm fine mom I just want to know why you left me alone after I went to the bathroom at the carnival last night?" "Honey we never went to the carnival, I wasn't planning on going cause-" my mom just stop talking after that and I believe whatever was on her mind really had her distracted because she couldn't hear a word I was saying. "mom where is dad wasn't he with when I was in the hospital?" "Johnathan your farther never came home yet and you haven't been in the hospital, I am going to make you some breakfast and see if that helps the fever you've had for a few days" wait what fever, A FEWS DAYS.
