He forced it at first to feed his respiratory system and focus on it because he was the first to be exposed to Mana and the one responsible for absorbing it into his body at the lower levels

After half an hour , he felt his eyes become saturated and stop absorbing mana

He then changed his target and transferred it through his lungs to feed his blood circulation or his heart and veins . The operation continued for an hour and a half until his heart and all his veins were completely saturated

He can absorb Mana and try to bring it into his body in another way by focusing on his skin and muscles , which was common in his previous life
