Welcome Back

Mika opened his eyes, he was dazed as his eyes wandered throughout the room. He saw Rain and Alice sitting next to each other quietly speaking. Alice sighed and looked over at the bed. Seeing that Mika was awake she quickly walked over to the bed.

"Your awake" Alice says as she lets out a relieved sigh

"Um yes" Mika replies awkwardly, at this Alice looked hurt but quickly brushed it off

"Do you remember what happened?" Rain asks

"I remember feeling dizzy and my head hurting after hearing some things she said but that's it" Mika said as he pointed to Alice being the she he was talking about

"The last thing you said was sis, do you have a sister?" Rain asks

"I-I do but I don't know where she is" Mika says annoyed at his inability to remember anything clearly

"It's ok Ray or I guess Mika, I talked to Alice and she says she's your sister or was anyways" Rain says

Mika looked between Alice and Rain still looking every much confused

"Alice says that she lived in a different world, a more modern one than ours which didn't include vampires. She says she died and woke up as Alice, who should be the vampire queen." Rain explains

"Yes I was very confused at first but following what the people around me said, I was dressed up and led to a ball of sorts and saw. You look exactly like my younger brother Mika and seeing your messed up and cloudy memory of who you are I believe you are him" Alice continues for Rain looking saddened that Mika has no clear memories of her

"I guess that makes sense" Mika says rubbing his head

Alice and Rain looked at each other and sighed in relief "We'll leave you to rest for now, since we still have some things to deal with, we'll be back soon to rest up for now ok?" Rain says

"Ok" Mika says obediently lying back into his bed

'Welcome back Zith, how did everything go?'

'Everything went smoothly! What happened to your new body, it looks different?'

'I used a appearance changing pill from the system to match up with Alice's brother appearance, this way it'll be easier for me to complete my mission and protect her. Though I don't know much about him so I'm acting like I have amnesia, only saying bits and pieces about the future. Can you tell me a little more about Alice's younger brother with the new function?'

'Of course'

Mika - A cheerful and shy young boy who lost his parents when he was 15. Mika was shy and didn't like communicating, it was hard for him to say communicate to other's especially to strangers, he mostly kept to himself and rarely spoke. The only one he really spoke to was his sister who he loved dearly. After the passing of his parents he lived with his sister who was 18 in a small apartment though it wasn't much they were happy. After graduating Mika started his own small business and also worked many part time jobs to help his sister. One day when his sister went out she was hit by a truck and died. Mika was devastated and started to give up hope but kept pushing through with his sister as his motivation. His small business grew bigger and bigger and eventually became a company. Though he was busy he never forgetted to visit his sister at her grave every year. Mika also made a few friends that supported and love him just the way he was. He died happily at the age of 95.

Mika opened his eyes, and sat up in his bed. He rubbed his hungry stomach and walked to the door, peeking outside. Seeing that no one was around he quietly walked around. It seemed like he was in an inn, Mika walked down the stairs to see if he could find food their when someone came up behind him and cornered him.

"Isn't it the boy who has my vampire queen and a vampire hunter both worried sick about him, what are you doing here all alone?" Felix says as he pins Mika to the walls a smirk on his face

"U-um" Mika says freezing up

"Cat got your tongue?" Felix says laughing at the frozen boy in front of him

Mika is scared stiff not even trying to move. A moment later Alice comes around the corner carrying a tray of food with Rain right behind her.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO MY BRO- cough - MIKA?!" Alice shouts handing the tray of food to Rain and pushing Felix off of Mika

"I was just joking calm down my queen, you just met the boy so why are you being so protective it's so unlike you?" Felix says winking at Alice

"I-I just" Alice says

"She just likes him what are you going to do about it?" Rain says helping Alice out

"Oh the vampire hunter is sticking up for my queen what a turn of events" Felix points out laughing

"I can sense she's being truthful unlike you" Rain says with a sneer

"Now come on I just want to get to know the boy who enticed the both of you" Felix says

"Mika is just a boy how can you say that" Rain says shocked

Felix laughs at this

"He's actually 19" Alice says

"19?! I though he was at most 17, though 19 is still quite young" Rain says shocked

"So you thought of him as a younger brother then?" Felix says continuing to chuckle

"Of course so does Alice"

"You aren't much older though only 2 years older and my queen in human years would only be 3 years older" Felix continues amused

Mika stomach's grumbles which makes his face turn red from embarrassment

'How can he be so cute' Rain thinks squealing on the inside

Even Felix finds this cute though he would never admit it

"Are you hungry?" Alice asks

"Yes" Mika quietly mutters

Rain brings the tray of food to Mika and leads him back to his room to eat, Alice and Felix following behind them.
