"Mika" Alice called out through the door while knocking

"It's time to eat" Alice continued

Mika rubbed his eyes trying to get the sleepness out of them. He quickly got up and fixed his clothes and went over to open the door.

"It's time for dinner, let's go" Alice says taking Mika's hand and leading him to the dining room where Rain and Felix were waiting

Rain stood as far away as possible from Felix while Felix sat at the head of the table with a smirk on his face.

'The potion should have worked right?'

'Of course Nova there is a 0% chance that anything went wrong'

'good'

Mika took another breath before he and Alice stepped into the dinning room. Mika didn't look at Felix or Rain, keeping his head down until he and Alice reached a seat. They sat at the very end of the table far from Felix and Rain came and sat down next to them. As they ate it was very quiet and no one said anything. Mika quickly finished his meal and went back to his room, Rain and Alice quickly followed after.

They all gathered into Mika's room to discuss their next moves.

"My comrades won't be able to find us here which is good for you two but not for me, I will need to escape soon as I can't stay here forever but as long as I'm here I'll try to help you guys" Rain says her tone and expression serious

"I wish I could do more to help but I don't remember anything useful and don't even know how to use any vampire abilities" Alice says looking down

"It's fine I'll help you with that" Rain says trying to cheer Alice up

"First thing is that vampires, depending on their status, can only go a certain amount of time without drinking blood. If this amount of time is passed then the vampire will go out of control and attack without stopping until they get the blood they need or die. For you since you're the queen you should be able to go a few months without blood. Second a vampire can be killed, vampires have 3 hearts that they need to keep alive and if at least one of them is still alive they'll live but if all 3 is destroyed they'll die, also vampires can only be harmed with sliver. Third vampire can heal or regain a heart by sleeping and depending on the injury the longer they'll have to rest for. Fourth as you saw before a vampire has wings, their wings are their weakest points but are useful for escaping. Fifth, vampires have an aura that allows them to control other vampires, the higher your status the more powerful your aura is, though auras mostly don't work on humans and only the most powerful vampires will be able to use their aura on humans." Rain explained

"Did you get all that?" Rain asked

"Yes!" Alice replied excited

"First we need to work on finding where your 3 hearts are" Rain said

"What do you mean?" Alice said confused

"As long as the hearts are alive they don't need to be in your body and usually higher vampires put their hearts in a secret place so no one will find them, and I'm sure that's what the original vampire queen did so we need to find them first to make sure they're safe." Rain explained to Alice

"How?" Alice asked

"You should be able to sense them, try closing your eyes and thinking hard about them" Rain said

"I see them there in my house in a secret room of sorts" Alice says as she had her eyes closed

"Good we just need to know where they are for now, then let's work on letting your wings out, we should go outside for this. Do you want to come Mika" Rain asked

"Um sure but what can I do?" Mika asked

"You could practice with my sword since you need to learn to protect yourself. How does that sound" Rain suggested

"But isn't that too dangerous?" Alice said worried

"It'll be fine plus it'll be more dangerous if Mika didn't know how to protect himself" Rain said comforting Alice on her worries

"Then I'll do it" Mika said

Mika practiced with Rain's sword as Rain helped Alice open her wings, though the process was slow Alice eventually did open her wings up.

"Your amazing Mika, a true natural if only I could be like that" Alice sighed exhausted from opening and closing her wings up

"Sword training and opening up a vampire's wings are nothing alike but I do agree with you that Mika is a natural" Rain laughed as she looked over at the two pair of siblings one exhausted and sweaty while the other was perfectly fine and still training

"Now I think you got a handle on your wings, want to try doing an aura thing?" Rain said offering Alice her hand

"But I'm exhausted" Alice agured still taking Rain's hand

"But I guess so" Alice says sighing

"Ok so just try to tell me to do something in a commanding tone" Rain says

"Um ok I'll try it I guess" Alice replies

"Go kick a tree?" Alice tried

"Try to be more demanding" Rain said

"GO KICK A TREE" Alice tried again louder

Rain seemed to freeze for a second before walking over to a tree and kicking it. Alice looked surprised by this but at the same time really excited.

"You did it" Rain said excited after walking back to Alice

"I did it" Alice says jumping up and down in excitement

Mika saw what happened and ran over

"What was that?" Mika asked

"It's aura, I can control, and I did it!" Alice said fumbling her words

"What Alice means is that she got her aura down she can control people now" Rain says explains it further as she saw Mika was confused

"That's Great!" Mika said a smile on his face

'Too cute' Rain and Alice thought turning away

Both siblings and Rain were tired so they decided to call it a day and went back to their rooms. None of them noticed Felix who was watching them the whole time.
