Yaegaki Shizuku's PoV

Its a pity that our fight had to end like that. I am sure she still have some more to show me, however I have to say she is the first one that can counter my poison to such a degree. Even Hrotsvit wasn't able to counter it but was just not affected by it. Corrosion and Extinction was different though.

I look at my hand that is trembling from the numerous clashes we had. That was one of the most dangerous fights I have ever been in. The swords that she launches from those golden ripples are terrifying and can catch me off guard as they were fired from numerous directions around me, each of them also had different effects. If I wasn't careful one of those can hit me and cause some really bad injuries. It was a good thing [Extinction] worked well against them.

I would have had more advantages if I have already mastered [Extinction] as [Corrosion] and O-chan's poison aren't enough to overwhelm her.

[Shizu, are you alright?] Asked my partner, O-chan.

"Yes, I am fine for the most part, O-chan. However those white flames and golden ripples are truly terrifying. Not to mention the dragon slaying sword, Balmung."

[Yes, that sword is specially terrifying. It is only weaker than Samael from what I witnessed. Also can you stop calling me O-chan?]

"Eh~? But its better than calling you Oro-chi."

[Sigh... fine not like you will listen to me anyway.]

"Hey Partner, I am excited for our next match." I said with a smile in a joyful tone.

Regina was the only one aside from Hrotsvit that could fight me head on due to the poison and corrosion that O-chan inflicts. Even among the Khaos Brigade no one would want to fight me when I use O-chan. Even my own team mates are afraid as they cant cope with it. So most of the time I train using another sword, except when I train alone using the Kusanagi.

[Ah right, How is the demon eye working out for you?] Asked O-chan.

"For the most part I got used to it. During the fight against Regina I was able to see her movements more clearly. Still she really is amazing to be able to keep up with me with just swordsmanship to that degree." I said in amazement. My demon eye lets me see my opponents movement more clearly, giving me a chance to see a few seconds into the future. However Regina was able to match me with it.

"However I still can't use [Petrifying Gaze]." I continued.

[You need more time to get used to your demon eye, if you get used to it you will be able to have more of an advantage also don't worry you should be able to use Petrifying Gaze as well.] O-chan replied.

"Still its a pain to keep wearing an eyepatch to hide the eye." I complained as I cant change it back to my normal eye. So I have to hide it most of the time when im not using my fox mask, or rather dragon mask.

The dragon mask covers my whole face without any holes in it. However it has several enhancements placed on it that lets me fight as if there are no mask on my face. It also has several engravements that protects me from poisonous gases and such. Though im already immune to most poisons.

[Your the one who chose to sacrifice your eye to change it into a dragon's eye.] He retorted.

"I figured it would be the one that would help me in combat more. If I sacrificed my arm or leg, it would only boost my physical capabilities which I could achieve by training harder. The eye however would give me the [Petrifying Gaze] that you had when you were alive." I explained to O-chan my reasoning.

[You should be able to turn it back to your normal one, once you master it so dont worry for now and get used to the eyepatch when going outside the human world.]

"Yes, yes. O-chan~" I replied with a teasing tone.

I then turned to Elena who also fought on the battlefield.

"Elena-chi, did you have fun~?" I asked her.

"Yes, the Silver Princess was a good opponent, wish I could have stayed longer though." Elena replied.

"Same, I wanted to stay longer though~. Damn that bastard Rizevim sending us to a mission immediately after that." I cursed at that haughty bastard Devil.

"If I am not mistaken we are going to another ruin?" I asked my unarmed masked comrade.

"Yes, Leader according to Rizevim we are going to search for 'that' once more. The others are going over to help with the attack on the northern earth Gods." He replied.

"Sigh... lets just get this over with." I sighed at how troublesome these missions have been.

"Ah right boss. You lost your mask here is a spare one." Said the masked spear wielder tossing a mask to me.

"Thanks." I replied before wearing a new mask similar to my old one.

Vali's PoV

Haah, Its finally over. It is a good thing Lily didn't come or I would have hesitated more. I feel complicated on the next time we meet though...

I look at the device that Regina gave me before we left. From what I remember this should be a contact device they use at Regulus Dominion.

"Whats that?" Asked Bikou wondering about the device in my hand.

"Communication Device. I dont know why she gave it to me though." I replied. Well I will find out eventually.

"Still, your sisters were pretty dangerous back there. If they were at full strength they could have stopped us." Said Bikou remembering his encounter back then.

"Yes, its a good thing Shizuku and Elena managed to keep Regina and Ilya occupied before they fought me. Otherwise it would have been troublesome. Even if I went into Juggernaut Drive they would be able to fight against me." I replied.

I know that Ilya didnt show all of her full strength back there due to being weakened during the fight against Elena, however the pressure they released before we left was frightening. Especially Regina who I fought before.

"Im surprised your sister Regina actually managed to fight against Shizuku and is still that strong." Bikou commented.

"From what I witnessed when they battled, Regina was capable of fighting against Shizuka's corrosion. Even for me fighting against Shizuka is hard, I didnt think their compatibility would be that good."

Even Cao Cao from the Hero Faction would avoid fighting against Shizuka alone due to how terrifying and deadly her attacks are. As far as I know Regina is the only opponent with the exception of Hrostsvit that could trade blows against Shizuku. Most would die due to the poison. So most of the people who fights against Shizuku are those who specializes in long ranged combat.

"Oh? You guys finally arrived." Said Kuroka who greeted us.

Regina's PoV

The terrorist attack has finished and the peace treaty was finalized. The clean up were left the armies of the three great powers. I kinda felt bad for the amount of damage me and Shizuku did in the area.

We then advanced to the centre of the school grounds, in the distance the forms ofSirzechs, Serafall, and Michael could be seen giving orders to people who are their subordinates.

When Sirzechs  caught sight of us, he raised his hands.

"So you were safe. Thank goodness. —Azazel, what happened to that arm?"

Seeing the one-armed Azazel, Sirzechs gestured his hand at Asia.

Asia responded to that and applied her recovery Sacred Gear on the opening of Father's wound. Pale green light healed the wound on Father's arm, but the lost arm wasn't fixed. Ilya has already tried using Avalon on it however it also didnt regenerate.

"I was caught by Katerea and nearly self-destructed along with her. I had no choice but to cut it off."

"I see. Her matter was a problem on the devil's side. About that wound—"

Sirzechs-sama tried to say words to make up for it in another form, but Father held him back with his hand and showed that it "wasn't necessary".

"I also…caused trouble with Vali."

"…So he betrayed you."

"From the start, he was a guy that poured into only power. If you look at it from the results, it's possible to understand and say [Ah, I see]. However, it's my responsibility that I didn't stop it from happening."

As he was saying that Father's eyes seems lonely. Seeing that we approached Father who smiled at us and pat our head.

"Father..."

"Its fine."

Michael then came toward a us.

"Now then, I'm returning to heaven at once and will work on a plan for the matter of peace and countermeasures against the [Khaos Brigade]."

"I'm sorry, I had arranged things this time. We who set up the place of this conference feel ashamed."

"Sirzechs, please don't feel so responsible. As for me, I'm just glad that the three great powers are walking on the path to peace together, you know? With this, useless quarrels should also decrease."

"Well, subordinates who don't agree with that will also leave."

Father made that sarcastic remark.

"That is inevitable. Because we've been hating each other for a long time. However, it should change even a little from now on. —The problem is the [Khaos Brigade] that we can't assume is good."

"Then let's cooperate and discuss from now on regarding that matter."

Father and Michael-san nodded at Sirzechs' idea.

"Then, I'll return to heaven at once. I'll come back immediately, so we'll conclude the formal peace agreement at that time."

As Michael was about to leave Issei then called out at him.

"U-Umm. Michael-san!"

"What is it, Sekiryuutei boy?"

"There's just one thing I'd like to ask of you."

"Very well, there isn't time, but I'll hear this one thing."

There was a wish that I wanted to be granted at any cost.

"It's because of the [system] that Asia and Xenovia receive damage when they pray to God, right?"

"Yes. If Devils or Fallen Angels pray to God, the [system] moves and decides to give them light damage. Because this was included in the system with or without God's presence, it moves naturally. What about it?"

"Can't you make it so that there is no damage when  Asia and Xenoviaare praying?"

When Issei said that everyone was shocked before Michael gave a warm smile before turning towards Xenovia and Asia.

"I understand. If it's only two people, I may be able to do something aboutit. The two of them are already devils and can't get near church headquarters. Asia, Xenovia, let me ask you. You know God is absent, right? Even so, will you still pray?"

At Michael's question, the two of them shook their head and then nodded.

"Yes, I want to pray even if there is no Lord."

"Me too. I'll give thanks to the Lord—to Michael-sama."

Michael smiled at both of their responses.

"Very well. I'll do that right away when I return to headquarters. Fufufu, it should be fine if there are only two devils who don't receive damage whenpraying. How interesting."

"With this, you can pray to God without problems, Asia! …Though he doesn't exist."

Asia became teary-eyed and embraced Issei.

"Ise-san!"

"Ise, thank you."

Xenovia as well thanked him. Issei then stroke both of their heads as Xenovia turned red.

"Michael-sama, about the aforementioned matter, please do as you said."

Yuuto-kun requested something to Michael-san.

"Following your advice, I swear on the Holy Demonic Sword you gave us that I will not allow Holy Sword research to produce any more victims. Itwas a huge error for us to flatly reject important believers to this extent."

When did he have that talk? Im surprised and smiled at Yuuto-kun.

"That's great! Kiba! (Yuuto-kun!)"me and Issei said at the same time.

"Yeah, thank you, Ise-kun, Regina."

Father spoke to Michael as they pleasantly watched our exchange.

"Michael, I'll leave the explaining to the Valhalla guys to you. Since it wouldbe problematic for me to move imprudently. Afterwards, you'll have to convey what happened today to Mt. Sumer as well."

"Yeah, since there would be no persuasive power if either the Governor of the fallen angels or the Maou explained, I'll have to tell them. I'm accustomed to reporting to [God], after all."

Michael said agreeing with Father's words.

"Michael-san, about the matter I spoke to you about." I called out to him remembering our discussion earlier.

"Ah yes, I'll see when you guys can visit. Sirzechs I'll also contact you regarding that matter." He nodded in agreement.

Hearing that Sirzech nodded as we watch Michael took a great number of his subordinates and flew to heaven.

Father then declared ahead to the Fallen Angel troops.

"I have chosen peace. The Fallen Angels won't fight with the Angels and Devils at all from now on. Those who are dissatisfied with this may leave. However, I'll kill you without reservation the next time we meet. Only those who want to follow come with me."

[We will live for the sake of Governor Azazel till the day we die!]

The subordinates' loyalty became a roar. Azazel saw this and expressed his gratitude with a small "Thank you". I also smile seeing this.

After Father issued orders to his troops, the Fallen Angels deployed magic circles and returned.

The Devil troops also seemed to be transferring from magic circles.

The school grounds that had once been crowded with all those troops became rapidly desolate, and then only the few people gathered with us were left.

"I'll leave the cleaning up to Sirzechs. I'm tired, so I'm heading back." Father and us said our farewells and head towards the school gates.

Father tried to wave his hand and head back, but he stopped just once and pointed his finger at Issei.

"That's right, Sekiryuutei. Since I plan to stay here for a little while, I'll help

that [Bishop] of Rias Gremory. Because I can't stand it, to see a Sacred Gear which can't be controlled."

"Eh?"

Ignoring the confused Issei we head back home.

"For the red, it's women. For the white, it's power. —Either one is so purely simple that it's shocking."

"Isn't that fine? Its better than some idiot who wants to take over the world." I said to Father as we walk out.

"Well, enough complicated things. Where do you guys wanna eat for dinner?"

"How about Wagnaria? I heard it was pretty interesting there." I replied.

"Sure."

"I'll call Raina and Lily to join us." Ilya added.

"Ah right, Father use this for now. We can't exactly have you going into a restaurant with a missing limb." I then took out an arm from the treasury and gave it to Father. It was an arm that is similar to Shiro's body.

"Whats this?" He asked while curiously looking at it.

"Just put it on your arm and it should fit like your old one."

Doing as I said he put the arm near it and it transformed into a similar arm as the old one.

"It can transform into weapons, such as swords and guns." I briefly explained its usage.

"How did you even create this?" He asked in amazement.

"Alchemy" Ilya responded.

"We created a living weapon. I'll introduce you to them." I told him as we went to the restaurant.
