Jason's driver pulled up in front of a fancy restaurant in the suburbs of the city and Layla was surprised to find it empty as she walked in.
Jason was sitting in his wheelchair by a table in the middle of the restaurant, a warm smile on his face, and his eyes were on her.
A waiter came and pulled out a chair for Layla to sit by the table. "Did you rent out the whole restaurant?" Layla asked when the realization hit her as she looked around.
"You look beautiful," was Jason's response, his smile widening.
Layla blushed. "Thanks. Thank you for the dress and the shoes."
"It looks great on you, way better than I imagined."
"I didn't know you had such good taste in fashion," Layla said smiling. Jason quirked a brow at her.
"I knew you had good taste in fashion but not female fashion," she explained.
